Convenient hotel close to train station and shopping area. A little noise at night from trains. Massage chair in room. Free sake tasting. Great breakfast buffet with excellent view from top floor restaurant

The hotel was just a short walk to Nagano Station. The staff was very friendly throughout our stay. We had the Grand Queen Room on the upper floor. As promised we had a massage chair and a nice view of the city. The breakfast service offered an extensive selection of delicious food. The complimentary sake tasting and baked products were very much appreciated. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Great place to stay. Short walk from the station with plenty of shops and eating opportunities nearby. The hotel was great, clean, good sized room and an excellent breakfast in a Japanese style restaurant on the top floor which had great views. The hotel had free saki tasting in the evening along with free bakery items. Staff were excellent and we would definitely stay here again. Bikes were available to hire from reception.
