We stayed at this hotel for seven nights during our Nagano ski trip in late January 2025. The location was convenient, the rooms were comfortable, and parking costs $10 per night. Be sure to move your car before 11 AM and park after 3 PM, as spaces fill up quickly in the afternoon. The hotel has a microwave in the lobby and a Lawson store right downstairs. We’ll definitely stay here again for our next ski trip!

夜に疲れて到着したので、チェックインを素早くすませられてよかった。全体的に設備やサービスにとても満足しています。ただ、一つだけ、苦言です。バスタブにお湯を張ったら，入る前になのに垢が沢山浮いて来ました。バスタブの内側を触ったら、ザラザラ。お湯に浸かりたかったのに、諦めました。お掃除、どうなっているのかと酷く残念でした。

移動するのにとても便利な立地でした。残念なのがお風呂場の床に水漏れがあった事と浴槽やシャワーカーテン等に髪の毛が付いていた事です。従業員の方達の対応もとても良かったのに残念に思いました。

チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらうために寄ったのですが、そのまま手続きできるとのことでお部屋までスムーズにご案内いただきました。掃除も行き届いて清潔で、ユニットバスでしたが初めて湯船にお湯をはって浸かりました。すれ違うスタッフさんにも皆ご挨拶いただき、何も不自由のない、とても快適な滞在でした。おすすめです。

The hotel staff were very kind and helpful; however the hotel itself was not quite what we were hoping for. The location is great: right next to the Nagano train station but the cleanliness and maintenance of the building was not kept up. In our rooms, the floors were not vacuumed, the sheets and walls had stains on them, and the shower was not properly cleaned before we came in. The laundry facilities were not functioning either when we arrived (there were only two machines for the whole building and one was always out of service, with the second one being out for two days). We did not try the food because we were not impressed with the rest of the hotel. The lobby was not clean, mud and dirt consistently on the floor the three nights we were there, and the elevators were genuinely not cleaned-it looked like they had not clean them in a long time. Overall, we survived and the staff were extremely nice and accommodating, but it was not a great introduction to Nagano.

建物自体が古いのですが、リフォームされてて部屋自体はキレイでしたよ！　只、バスルームに長い髪の毛や短い髪の毛が3ヶ所に落ちていたのは残念でした😢　それ以外はホント良かったです、1階にはコンビニや飲食店もあり駅も近くて便利でした、それにフロントの方達もいろんな事に丁寧に対応してくださり、とても助かりました。

駅から近くて便利なので何度か利用しています。アルピコ交通・長電交通の営業所もすぐ、駅ビルも東急もJAのシップも近く、コンビニも同じビルにあるし、とても便利です。５階がフロントで、客室階へのエレベーター前に電子レンジがあるので、駅ビルで買ったお惣菜を暖めてから部屋に行けるのでありがたいです。今回１点だけマイナス評価だったのは、バスタブの排水溝にたまった毛髪が除去されていないためなかなか排水が進みませんでした。お掃除は最後まで徹底していただきたいです。

We only stayed here for one night. The location was super convenient. We didn't use the amenities much and didn't have breakfast at the hotel either. The room was super small. We managed as we had only a carry-on with us. Tall people or people with luggage might've found the room inadequate. Staff was very helpful, check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. Nothing to complain about!

The hotel and rooms were clean. There’s a karaoke place in the building (separate business) which was good to go to with our kids after dinner. A lot of places to eat, a don quijote and a mall across the bridge. A few steps from Nagano train station. We accidentally left an item in our room and the staff assisted in shopping the item to our next hotel.

Very pleasant stay. Walking distance to everything. My only minor negative feedback would be the western breakfast. The eggs, bacon and sausages were all cold as they were not kept covered in the bain marie.

Overall, I had a great time staying at this hotel. The location is very convenient - near the major train station and buses. Souvenir shops are also nearby. Breakfast is very good but could use some variations. The staff is very polite and helpful. Will definitely stay here again. :)

Excellent service from start to finish, location can’t be beat near Nagano station and bus stops. Having the laundry machine status on the TVs in the room was a real helpful bonus, would gladly stay again - highly recommended.
