The entrance was hard to find and was disappointed that it wasn’t handicapped accessible. It made it hard to come in with luggage so I can’t imagine if someone needed a walker etc

Pleasant stay. No pool here, but I was there basically for a place to sleep

Meat with breakfast would be better. Heater vents very old & loud. Beds could be a little more comfortable. Was not handicap acceptable anywhere. Bathtubs very old. Manager on duty Samantha was the greatest. Hotel outside doors kept unlocked, not very safe. Should only be able to enter with room dor key

I was rather disappointed that the security lock on the back door was broken off. So anyone could get in. Also my TV remote would not work and despite bringing up the issue to different staff members it was not resolved. One staff member finally showed me how to change Chanel’s from the back of the TV. Breakfast was also a very big disappointment. First there were no plates or utensils. Then when a staff member found them finally there was only 2 cold pancakes and one rubbery egg left. Coffee was good. Staff was polite and curtious Beds were ok

It was our first stay in Canada and we are use to the amenities provided in United States. Here in Canada, they had one waste basket, no elevator for two floors and they didn’t have enough outlets for the appliances they provided. I had to unplug the lamp to plug in the coffee pot they provided. The bedside lamp was not worthy it continued like a strobe light. I did not have an available outlet to recharge my phone unless I unplug one other appliance.

I wasn’t happy that there was nowhere to sit and do work in the lobby while other slept.

The manger on duty was awesome. our phone didnt work, but was fixed the next morning, no tub stopper, had to ask for one from front desk. no elevator overall was good for the price.

The hotel is pretty rundown. Our room was not clean. Lots of dust and hair in the bathroom.

Bad smell, garbage and dust under beds and on desk, toilet ran all night long, no lobby or area to sit outside of the room, breakfast was limited and lacking for the price paid. Overpriced for this poor quality.

The friendly professional front desk staff certainly are impressive, and the room was very nice, clean, and had a very comfortable bed for a great night's rest. The TV remote was easy to use. The front desk and housekeeping staff simply do an amazing job. I will most definitely be returning for another amazing friendly, clean, and comfortable stay.

Clearly unwashed sheets and towels. Found multiple long black hairs in one bed and on towels. Disgusting!

PLace was not clean,doors were dirty in room and in hallways rug in hallway was dirty,holding support in tub was missing,hairdryer did not work.Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpfull

there were ants in our room. hair on the unused bed. poor air conditioning. few towels. Good service. Decent breakfast. Good price.

The room was not cleaned properly. The bathroom door would not close without force; the bathroom fan was loud, being held up with a tie wrap. There was days' worth of dust along the baseboards in the closet & cobwebs. There was someone's sock in the corner. The floor was only washed at the entrance. The coffee machine had dust inside the reservoir.

the chamber was not clean before we arrived. and have some blood on our sheet. to be honest dont take this hotel is all bulshit. the photo on the website is far a way to the reality.

Rooms were clean. Limited electrical outlets and television not working properly. No heat after turning on heat in the middle of the night. Very limited breakfast selection and coffee was not good.

The staff was superb. The room was clean. It was a nice hotel. But the noise at night was a little much. A loud metal slamming sound woke me out of a dead sleep. Twice. It sounded like it was IN my room, but on inspection, I dont know what it could have been. And the door slamming in the halls starting at 430am . I didnt get any rest at all.

You get what you pay for. Cheap motel. No daily cleaning of your room. Outdated. Tiny beds. Not enough sheets.

Staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean. This facility is old and the AC makes very loud noise. Breakfast menu was very limited. There was no fresh fruit, or anything that doesn’t have sugar. The location is very convenient. I’d use this hotel just because of the nice staff and convenience.

Room was really loud. There’s a funny noise with the plumbing and the ceiling fan in the bathroom was deafening. The TV didn’t work in the night. The bedding was comfortable and clean.

Check in was quick and easy, staff friendly. Soon as you walked in, it felt and smelled clean. The rooms need renovations, and beds are extremely hard.

Room 235: Desk chair and towels seen better days, motor for shower fan on last legs. Heater works but runs too constant. Other then that things were good

hotel was very noisy, every time the door opened, you could hear it. could hear the front desk talking to guests, I asked for a ground floor room, the curtains didn't close, so it was parking lot lit, into the room, plus, little privacy. Walls had dents and paint missing, behind bathroom door, was dirty, as well as under the sink. If you just need a place to sleep, its okay, for anything else, not good.

The staff are very inflexible. Asked for about a half hour late checkout and he came knocking at the door promptly at 11:30 to ask us to leave. Hardly any people in hotel. They don’t enter the room at any time and if you need clean towels you have to leave them on the floor outside your room.

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve been to. The staff was not friendly when it came to checking in. My credit card was not working with their machine and instead of sorting out a solution, they just kept repeating “I’m sorry, it’s your card, not our machine”. Without creating any solution, they wouldn’t check me in or look at possible options to stay. When I asked for managers card for a phone number to follow-up, they refused to give me one and said I’d get a callback. As a result, I went to a different hotel where I was greeted with kind service, machines that worked and no issues there. Lost business the night of check-in and future business!! Would not recommend staying here at all! 0/10 service.

Nice and clean and staff tried to assist and responded. Did not like the room charge system. I had booked 3 rooms which were set up for each party to pay upon our arrival. When got to hotel I reconfirmed this and was told it was that way. Went to pay for my room and card declined. Paid otherwise. When got into room checked my credit card and found that hotel had put hold on my card earlier in day for all three rooms. At this point I have had charged for 4 rooms put through and told that it would take 2 or 3 days to clear the other 3 charges. The other parties arrived and paid for other rooms and had been arranged. There appears to be major lack of communication between Expedia and hotel. I had to spend an hour resolving this issue with hotel. This is 2nd time I have had issue between Expedia and hotel agreement. The previous involved a hotel that was indicated had free cancellation prior to a date. When I tried to do that I was told by Expedia person that I could not do this despite the online listing continuing to indicate that there was free cancellation. Again I spend considerable time resolving this. I am at point where I am unlikely to use Expedia again and instead will go directly to the hotel or airline directly.

Exceptional staff at check-in. Allowed for early arrival and ran up to turn the air conditioning on for a cool rest on a very very hot day. Excellent value for money.

The manager, Samantha, was extremely helpful and made the check in super easy.

Took deposit off my card immediately still waiting for it to be returned every day we had to get new keys as they stopped working and we got locked out breakfast was sub par staff was limited and understaffed run down buildings no elevator ohh and belongings stolen from truck box during 3 night stay Samantha is a incompetent manager unable to provide results or resolve issues Never ever stay total rip off what a way to ruin your vacation

We were not able to check in as it appeared that all of our credit cards were declined, and there were four of us and two rooms. The clerk insisted his computer system was not at fault. We called our credit card companies who said they received nothing from Days Inn and our cards were good and it was their system. The asst manager had no time for us and the clerk was insistent that it was our problem. We asked to cancel the reservation but he would not do that either. Then another group of guests arrived and tried to check in with their credit cards and guess what? They were also declined! After being there for 1-1/2 hours they finally agreed it was their computer and cancelled our reservation, thank goodness. Will never return to this hotel!

Had a great stay!! The assistant GM was all over that place greeting customers and making sure we are having a great stay and if we needed anything else to make our stay even better!

Very conveniently located with restaurants across the parking lot and shopping.

Good location, close to the mall and shopping. Lots of good restaurants nearby and quick access to the 403. The hotel is good, renovated in the last few years I'd guess, new flooring throughout. Breakfast is adequate. Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful.

Very busy built up noisy area around property. Room clean but wall damaged and worn. No lobby seating or decor. Bedding rough, scratchy feeling. For the money should be more comfortable.

Close to banks, groceries and other stores. Very clean and neat. Laminate floors and not carpets so more sanitary. Good cable tv. Excellent reception staff helped me (a senior) with bags after a long trip and friendly offering any help needed.

Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and when anything was needed, they were brought to the room quickly. The breakfast provided was good for the price you pay for the hotel. No complaints.

very easy to locate, receptionists were very attentive and professional. free breakfast was very minimal, the muffins were hard to eat. the cleaning young man on the 2nd floor was smelling really bad, had th whole floor smelling like dirty arm pits.

The hot breakfast isn't hot, not much of a choice their was no fruit or apple, irange juice. The English muffins were still frozen.

The heater was incredibly loud. Couldnt hear anything but the loud loud fan. The keys did not work. Had to have staff fix it everytime i left the room. Free Breakfast was cereal but no milk. There were no bagels or muffins no fresh fruit and the hot scrambled eggs bacon etc was empty by 730 am. Nothing was refilled in the hour i waited.

Nothing Fancy. The continental breakfast was the cheapest ever. Almost next to nothing. I wouldnt stay here again
