The property was well managed except for the pool. The temperature was far too low and what they might have saved heating the pool they lost in hot showers after the kids turned blue from swimming in it. When I mentioned it at the front desk she said there wasn’t anything to be done which we both know isn’t true. Lying to customers is not good.

The towels in the room were disgusting. Pulled one that should have been clean off the shelf and opened it to a bunch of black hair falling to the floor. It was everywhere. Not a couple strands, but looked as if someone cut their hair onto the towel. Not sure how that was left in the room. Gross.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and our three-year-old was quite disappointed to leave the hotel, which was a testament to how much we all enjoyed it. The hotel was exceptionally clean, conveniently located, staffed with friendly personnel, and very welcoming to families.

Rooms were cleanish. Found hairs in the sheets and on the bed. Ceiling inside the back door was leaking so buckets everywhere to weave around to get in. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful.

The hotel and the room itself was very clean. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean and cozy. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, the food was very fresh. It was very busy the morning of our stay, but hotel staff managed to keep the buffet well stocked, despite the large crowd of hungry teenage baseball players. When something ran out, staff was there almost immediately to refill it. We were pleasantly surprised to walk into a cool room upon checking in, on an extremely hot day. Housekeeping had already turned the A/C down, so our room was gloriously cool. It's the little things like that, that make the stay awesome! It was much appreciated after hauling our luggage. The hotel is not located within walking distance of any dine-in style restaurants or shops, for a nice meal but there is a McDonalds and a rest stop with a Wendy's and Tim Hortons right beside the hotel. Parking was easy and not stressful at all. Ample parking available. Overall it was an excellent stay and the exact reason why we always stay with Holiday Inn.

I went here because of great reviews and they were accurate. This hotel is immaculate and handy just off the 403. Breakfast was hot, had lots of variety and was clean and well stocked by helpful staff. I was at the Ancaster Fairgrounds for an event and this was a great place to stay without having to go into the city of Hamilton.

Lovely hotel, clean and spacious. Excellent breakfast and complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day. Only downside is that it's not eco-friendly at breakfast; all the plates and utensils are paper/plastic and there are no recycle or compost bins.

We stayed here for the family day weekend. All the staff were friendly. The hotel and room was clean. The bed was comfortable and we were able to control the heat. The hotel was very quiet so we had a wonderful sleep. The full breakfast was incredible. Fresh and lots of options. The hotel is walking distance to Tim Horton’s, Wendy’s, Mc Donald’s, Taco Bell, and KFC. The hotel is located close to highway 403 for easy arrival and departure. I would definitely stay here again.
