I would stay again. Took one star off the rating because the hot tub was not working. From the comments on google I get the impression that the hot tub is always closed, every time there's a different excuse as to why it's not working. Everything else was great. Breakfast is simple, the staff in the breakfast room are very nice, room in the tower were bright and clean. Great location, close to a few nice restaurants and breweries.

The Location is not bad but there were some things that I didn't like. For one the privacy curtains in the room had substantial tears in the fabric. The bathroom was very small. A king size bed with queen size pillows. When the housekeeper made up the room rather she didn't replace dirty glasses and coffee cups. The complimentary bathrobes and towels were very rough, a little fabric softener would go a long way. The dining facilities are closed on the weekend due to a shortage of staff. The breakfast on our second morning looked and tasted like leftovers from the first morning - or it just wasn't fresh. Over all the property was clean as was the room. But based on the above I would say it was overpriced.

The hot tub was under maintenance. They did not notify us before. The only reason we paid ao much money for one night here was because of their hot tub. I we had known that before, we could have cancelled and booked somewhere else. But no. Terrible experience.

Staff was friendly and helpful rooms where clean beds where comfortable In our room curtains where ripped need some updates The health center is a joke 3 different exercise machines and the hottub is very small fits 3 max 4 peoples and it was not hot just warm Breakfast was good

Only had our room cleaned once ,no garbage pick up had to put the garbage in the hall to get picked up ,had to ask for coffee and cups and towels everyday . When say they would delivery things never happened . We stayed for 6 days .

This was a great hotel to stay at! Rooms were super clean and we had a nice view of the Ocean. The only bad thing I can say was you could not change the temperature of the room, but they did supply a fan which helped cool the room down and you could also open the window. A large buffet breakfast in the morning was very delicious! We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

One side of the building the rooms are not very well sound insulated. There is a major crossroad right out side of the hotel and traffic noise is loud from early morning to late at night. It does quiet down at night.

The service was beyond description! I stayed for one night prior to leaving for a wilderness trip, and they allowed me to leave my rental car in the hotel lot at no additional cost until i returned. They even held onto the keys for me for safe keeping while i was away! There was an impressive breakfast buffet and it was close to the fisherman's warf to observe wildlife

the property was very nice. the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. at one point, we asked for some more coffee and a man said he would send someone up, but instead, he brought it up himself and we really appreciated the personal touches. we had a few minor problems with the room, but the staff was very understanding and helpful. Its a slightly more expensive hotel and the room service was extremely over priced.. but other than that, it was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend.

Stag were pleasant and helpful but I walked in earlier in the day and they said they had no room. I walked out to my car and booked a room with them using Expedia. At check in time they were very disorganized and I had to wait an extra hour for my room to be ready. I was concerned that maybe they didn’t actually have a room for me.
