Friendly personnel and clean hotel. The problem is the sauna. It was the most inefficient I've seen. Probably the installer has no clue about any physic rules of the heat. The heater on the sealing doesn't warm up the room at the feet level at whole. Spend about 20 min, but no pleaser.

Nous étions là 3 nuits. L’endroit est charmant les gens sont accueillants place tranquille près de tout. Mais pour la propreté on repassera. J’ai laver notre salle de bain moi même parce que les joint de céramiques étaient oranges de saleté accumulé et le rideau de douche sentait la vielle guenille. La cafetière de la chambre avait un gerbe d’eau à l’intérieur sans parler de la poussinière sur les tables de chevet et les têtes de lits. J’en ai fait part aux responsable. On a changé le rideau et ils se sont excusés mais s’en plus. Malheureusement je n’y retournerai pas. Désolée la propreté surtout dans un établissement comme celui-ci est primordial.

Nous sommes arrivés et la chambre n’était même pas prête! Essayez de faire comprendre à 2 enfants de 2 ans et moins qu’on doit attendre dans l’auto parce que l’hôtel n’est pas prête!! Une fois arrivée nous nous sommes rendus compte que les lits n’avaient même pas été lavés. Il y avait pleins de cheveux et de graines dans les draps!!

The room had a view on the indoor pool. This was very noisy until 10 pm and it made the room dark. Room was okay. Plenty of parking space. Beds are not made every day. When we returned the second day the cleaning staff removed the empty bottles that we assembled in a bag. They were not in a dustbin. When checking out I mentioned that I did not think this was correct. I know it has minimal value but they only should throw things away that are in the dustbins. The receptionist had zero empathy. No excuse nothing. Only that he would mention it.

Hôtel situé dans une zone commerciale en périphérie de la ville, facile d'accès. Personnel très gentil. La piscine intérieure est très agréable mais à condition de ne pas avoir la chambre qui donne dessus. La chambre était étroite, sombre et bruyante en raison des bruits générés par la piscine dès 8h du matin. L'hôtel date des années 80 et ça se voit: la literie et les équipements (frigo, micro-ondes) ont aussi quelques décennies.

Je n'ai rien à redire concernant les installations de l'hôtel mais considérer que l'isolation est très médicre. Durant les 2 nuits séjournées, nous avons que très peu dormi à cause des voisins de chambres qui faisaient la fête jusqu'à très tard dans la nuit. Nous avons avisé l'accueil à quelques reprises mais à part de leur dire de baisser le volume, cela n'a rien changé et la fête à repris. Nous étions avec de jeunes enfants qui ont peu dormi à cause de la situation. Cela a contribué à ne pas apprécier notre séjour.

La dame à l'accueil m'a appelée très tôt le matin pour régler une situation qui aurait pu attendre. Elle ne s'est même pas excusée d'avoir appelé si tôt et de m'avoir réveillée. Elle était vraiment déplaisante au téléphone et tout aussi déplaisante plus tard quand je suis allée la voir à l'accueil. Service à la clientèle = gros zéro !

À l'accueil j'ai eu droit à des commentaires sur le fait qu'il était toujours préférable de réserver directement par l'hotel au lieu d'Expédia? Pour la chambre qui était qualifiée de supérieure (206) ne donnait pas sur lAtrium (les chambres de l'Atrium ne sont pas disponibles par Expédia. La toilette est installée dans un espace comme un armoire à balai. Un bruit de goutte à goutte est constant jour et nuit dans le mur. On nous donne un mot de passe sur notre carte de chambre pour le Wi-FI mais on nous averti pas lorsqu'il change. Le ménage n'est pas fait chaque jour et on nous dit d'apporter nos serviettes à changer à la réception pour en réclamer d'autres? Alors dépendamment de l'heure que l'on se présente au comptoir, on attend avec nos serviettes que l'on nous serve. Je ne comprends pas l'enveloppe dans la chambre pour le pourboire de service de chambre. J'ai réparé moi même la clanche de la toilette qui était sur le point de tomber dans le réservoir.

It was a horrible experience to stay in that hotel. first of all the hotel staff member are so rude , the lady at the front has a very bad attitude named Isabel, I was looking for a support as a tourist and they was so horrible in customer services.Rooms are not sound proof and the noise is everywhere.. The cigarettes smell was all over the room as my neighbour was smoking inside the room. My privacy had been breached with another customer by staff members who were talking about my children disabilities, where I was from, how long I was staying there and that I was a single mom. I even confronted the staff at the front for releasing my personal information to other customers and they denied doing such a thing. NEVER WASTE YIUR MONEY IN THIS HOTEL . It was a truly horrible experience

Hôtel situé dans une zone commerciale en périphérie de la ville, facile d'accès. Personnel très gentil. La piscine intérieure est très agréable mais à condition de ne pas avoir la chambre qui donne dessus. La chambre était étroite, sombre et bruyante en raison des bruits générés par la piscine dès 8h du matin. L'hôtel date des années 80 et ça se voit: la literie et les équipements (frigo, micro-ondes) ont aussi quelques décennies.

C’est un gros hôtel. Le service est bon. La chambre était ordinaire avec une vue ordinaire sur les toits des commerces avoisinants, mais elle était de bonne grandeur et propre. Les lits étaient confortables. C’était aussi tranquille et on y a eu un bon séjour. Cet hôtel est situé près des 2 gros centres commerciaux de Chicoutimi.

L'ensemble du lieu et la propreté était bien. Nous n'avons pas été au restaurant de l'Hôtel car il y a beaucoup de choix aux alentours. Belle situation géographique pour faire quelques achats à pieds et secteur tranquille. Bien situé géographiquement pour aller faire du tourisme dans le secteur.

Quiet, very clean, nice big rooms that offers lots of space. Great amenities like a coffee machine, ice bucket, a fridge, a microwave and even bathrobes. Plus, a great restaurant for dinner and breakfast. I will go back there.

Super rapport qualité-prix. Les enfants on adoré la piscine interieure et le spa. Le sauna ne semblait pas fonctionner par contre. Nous savions déjà que la cuisine/restaurant etait fermés à cause des rénovations donc on ne peut pas donner notre avis là-dessus. La chambre était propre, petit hic: pas de ventilation dans la salle de bain. Nous étions sur place pour 5 nuits. Ca a été super facile de changer les draps et serviettes et de vider les poubelles durant notre séjour. Nous y retournerons a coup sûr.

Went on a family snowmobiling trip. The hotel was clean and very well maintained. The pool and hot tub were wonderful after a day on the trails. The restaurant had 5 star service and the food was so amazing we never had to venture outside for any meals. We look forward to coming back before the snowmobile season ends.

On my last stay there, the room seemed a bit in disrepair and the cleanup rushed out. But this time, it was absolutely perfect. Everything was clean, well maintained and my girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience. The all you can eat breakfast on Sunday's is absolutely fantastic
