This is a great hotel! Our room was on the fjord with fantastic views. Everything inside was in great working order and very clean. The beds were so comfortable, we slept fantastically well. Highly recommended! The only thing that would have made it more perfect was if there were a hot tub by the pool.

Très propre, propriétaire sur place, personnel souriant, accommodant pour personne a mobilité réduite. Piscine très propre et chauffée. 2 petits bémol: il n'y a que des échelles de 3 marches pour sortir dans la piscine. Aucune marche pour entrer graduellement exemple pour enfant ou avec mobilité réduite. 2e chose, notre réfrigérateur de chambre émettait un sillement qui était dérangeant la nuit. On l'a donc débrancher seulement la nuit. Sinon, c'est à y retourner.

La vue sur le Saguenay est spectaculaire et la piscine est très appréciée pendant les grandes chaleurs. La chambre était propre, avait tout le nécessaire incluant une climtisation performante

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour au Motel Panoramique. La chambre était propre à notre arrivée, lits très confortables, piscine propre et chaude. Les balançoires et le carré de sable étaient un gros plus pour notre fille. Le seul petit point négatif était la grandeur de la douche qui est un peu petite. Autrement je donne 5 étoiles pour ce séjour !

Extremely clean and reasonably priced everything needed in the room was there including a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine. Only thing that disturbed us was a perfume or odour from a cleaning product. My wife is bothered by strong perfumes and the presence of such causes allergic reactions.

Only stayed 1 night but definitely would recommend. Extremely clean units, comfortable beds and spectacular views. Check-in was smooth friendly. 10/10 motel rating. Will definitely stay here again.

Au niveau de la propreté c’est bien au niveau du bruit ce n’est pas bien insonorisé et il ne font pas la chambre si vous ne le demandez pas

Déçu de ne pas voir le lac de notre chambre. Cela a fait en sorte que toute la beauté de l'emplacement a été annulé. si j'avais eu la vue sur l'eau cet emplacement aurait mérité 5 étoiles et j'aurais voulu rester 2 nuits

Perfect Motel room for exploring the Saguenay area. Other than the internet being very weak, everything was perfect!

Super vue depuis ce motel, demandez les chambres avec vue. Des tables de pique-nique et des barbecues en libre-service ainsi qu'une machine à laver er un sèche linge, ce qui est tres pratique. Les chambres sont grandes.

Very nice and helpful staff. Nice, clean property with pool over looking the river. Paper thin wall and people walking g on balcony on upper level outside resonated within the room. We were lucky the guests were quiet people on vacation. Nice pool to lounge around.

The room was nice, bathroom a bit small but very functional. The location and grounds are very nice. The staff were extremely helpful. I would return.

Check in was warm pleasant and friendly. Like their laundry facility especially when we are on a month long road trip.

This establishment has horrible communication and misinformation. I made a reservation for my workers coming in from Montreal after a long day of deliveries. The reservation was confirmed and payed for over the phone and all was set up. I asked the receptionist what time they close the front to know at what time my drivers can arrive she said they close at 22h but she will send a text to the driver and give the room code. All was confirmed and ready to go until 19h30 when my husband received a call to confirm that it was him that made the reservation. My husband confirmed and all was good. 5 mins later, i received a phone call from the original receptionist to say that the reservation was cancelled and there is nothing that she can do for me an did not give me any reason for the cancellation. My husband recontacted them to see if there was an exception that can be made and they just said no. The reason was because the drivers have a physical credit card with them and they need ID. I advised them that they have ID with them but they argued that they need a physical card however they had already taken the payment from my card at the begging of the reservation. -1000/10 for this establishement. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and no empathy for the drivers working all day in the cold weather.

Great riverside location. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Large swimming pool heated to 30 degrees which means you can use it when the weather is cooler. Very helpful staff on the front desk. Easy 5 min drive into town centre.

Ils m’ont appelé pour dire qu’un autre client avait réservé la même chambre que moi. J’ai du changer mes plans.

Wonderfull service

Pour nous il y a 2 critères importants : l’accueil et la propreté : ici c’était tout à fait remarquable !!! Merci ! Un accueil chaleureux par des personnes souriantes. 23/9 : quelle chance la piscine n’était pas encore fermée mais bâchée. On a demandé à tout hasard si malgré le temps maussade il était tout de même possible d’en profiter : mais oui et la piscine chauffée a été disponible. Quand il fait assez frais, quel bonheur de nager « au chaud ». On nous a en plus donné des serviettes. On n’avait pas d’assiettes pour notre souper : pas de problème, on nous en a donné. Le barbecue que nous avons utilisé était super propre. La chambre sentait bon, tout était extrêmement propre et malgré le temps nuageux la vue sur le fleuve était bien reposante. Nous avons pu remercier la personne du ménage le matin ; tout est nettoyé jusqu’au plafond de la coursive ! On n’a pas souvent logé dans des logements avec autant de qualités. Nous serons vraiment heureux de séjourner chez vous une prochaine fois. Ne changez rien à votre service ! Du négatif ? Juste pour nous qui aimons le café noir, un peu fort, on est un peu « fâchés » avec les machines Keurig qu’il faut, nous a-t-il semblé, « remplir d’eau au maximum » pour fonctionner, ce qui ne donne pas un café très fort. Mais généralement au Canada on boit du café plus léger que ce dont nous avons l’habitude. Alors ce n’est pas vraiment un point négatif ! Et merci pour les capsules à disposition dans la chambre. C’était bien agréable.

Tres bien situé

Hotel Panoramique overlooks the Sagueney Fjord just west of the city. It is old but very well maintained. You step out of your room onto the shared balcony and the on a sunny day like today is lovely. You can see the other side and long to visit it- which we are. We would recommend the hotel for its location it’s view and it’s classic ambiance.

À 3 minutes du Centre-ville de Chicoutimi, c’est parfait pour y séjourner. Accès facile et autonome à la chambre. Chambre et salle de bain propres. Déco simple.

Un motel où il est impossible d'appeler une chambre ? On doit laisser un message à l'accueil et ils transmettent ? Vu le prix c' est ordinaire ! Sur le site ils parlent de déjeuner possibles, et bien non ! On demande le réveil, 2 sonneries, ils n' attendent même pas qu' on décroche pour confirmer notre réveil... voilà

Personnel courtois et vue incroyable malheureusement pas de déjeuner sur place ni tout près. Motel super bien entretenu et lit confortable mais la salle de bain mériterait une rénovation en profondeur … c’était propre mais vétuste!
