Thé gym opens at 7am and closes at 10pm. Plus it’s like a bunch of old equipment tossed into a room. It’s like a sardine can!! I was super unimpressed. The hotel is dated but otherwise unkept. The play water area is cute.

Déco et mobilier d’une autre époque. Coin aquafun, bien pour les enfants mais propreté des installations à revoir. Gym désuet. Service de ménage très minimaliste: viennent seulement porter des serviettes propres sans faire les lits. Laissent la vaiselle sale et pas de café pour le lendemain… Personnel aimable mais très jeune et manque d’expérience.

Les chambres sont propres mais ok sans plus, on entend bcp les gens dans le corridor. La piscine, spa et jeux et vestiaires étaient dans un état lamentable, vraiment sales (c'était la semaine de relâche). Points positifs: Le personnel est très accueillant. Il y a des bornes de recharge. Bien situé.

Très bel hotel, les jeux d'eau pour les enfants so t super. Cependant, une forte odeur d'humidité est présente dans la salle de bain dans notre chambre. Aussi, le fan pour évacuer l'humidité ne fonctionne pas. L'odeur est assez désagréable. Les mouchoirs et le papier de toilette n'était pas remplis, donc manqué de papier. Mais l'hotel est bien. L'aile A aurait besoin d'une mise à niveau, surtout avec les tapis partout qui sont très propice pour les allergies.

Le personnel était impeccable, mais la chambre n’était vraiment pas à la hauteur des photos en ligne. Les murs étaient très mal insonorisés et l’hôtel, totalement plein. Le repos n’était pas facile. Le prix de la nuitée est trop élevé pour ce genre de chambre et d’hôtel.

Valeur sure, bien situé, chambres rénovées, bonnes grandeurs. Le seul inconvénient a été le manque d’insonorisation. Entendre les voisins rires et parler en revenant de veiller, entendre la climatisation du voisin…..pas très agréable.

Ein Teil des Hotels riecht sehr stark nach Chlor von den Schwimmbädern her. Das Zimmer war riesig, aber insgesamt wirkt das Hotel etwas veraltet. Ich habe ein kleineres Hotel erwartet, es besteht aus mehreren Einheiten mit vielen Zimmern.

La climatisation est âgée et ne fonctionne pas comme elle devrait. La chambre était belle et confortable, mais la salle de bains: défraichie, petite et vieille robinetterie qui rendait l'ajustement de la température de l'eau impossible ou presque. En plein milieu de ma douche, l'eau est devenue brûlante. Je ne comprends pas non plus la différence de prix de plus de 65$/nuit de plus pour une chambre avec 1 lit vs une chambre avec 2 lits... pour 500$/2 nuits, je ne recommande pas l'hotel.

a l'arrivée dans la chambre en soirée l'air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas,ait donc appelé service qui ont pris charge 30 min apres l'appel ce qui est tres bien,résultat air climatisé réparé - service a offert suite pour pallier au inconvénients de notre nuit bien apprecié et quel belle suite tres calme et tranquille service A1

The only good thing about the hotel was that the beds were comfortable enough. But the layout of the hotel itself makes no sense, the room we were in (2 bed) was tiny (not accommodating of 4 people as advertised). The room had a constant smell that was similar to a locker room. The bathroom had a faint smell of porta potty (probably caused by the dried pee splatter behind the toilet). There were multiple of what one would assume are pubic hairs around the toilet and regular hair in the tub. The carpet had a lot of unknown stains. The pool and splash park were warm but also had a mildew smell. When we arrived for check in (4) the power was out and stayed out for over 4h, we had to make different accommodations on our first night because we are from a different time zone and our kids were exhausted but couldn’t sleep in the hot room. The hotel refused to offer us a discount saying no one else had to sleep elsewhere so why are we special. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel as it’s overall dirty, overpriced, breakfast is not included, & the staff un-helpful.

Reception staff one girl in particular seemed lost asked her nicely basic questions and she didnt know what to answer me. Happened also on the phone with the same staff and she started telling me random stuff as saying im part of a hockey team ( in which in not and never mentionef anything related to it ) it was so weird

Je me suis trompé dans les dates de ma réservation, oui c’est de ma faute ! Mais , apres m’être présenté a la réception le gérant en devoir m’a dit très cavalièrement que le fait de ne pas m’avoir présenter la veille, la chambre etait déjà facturée et qu’il ne pouvait rien faire pour le soir même ????? Il a de plus specifier au prochain client de s’avancer a ma place. Plus jamais je vais référencer cet établissement.

The staff at reception were very welcoming and helpful, Natalie made sure we were in a quiet tower and we were thankful for that. Everything was spotless at the hotel. Restaurant was excellent and there are many great restaurants within walking distance. Hotel is walking distance to great shopping, it’s an ideal place to stay, we enjoyed it.

The hotel is well located and we had a room upgrade which was really appreciated. The staff were very pleasant and the check in was easy. Also nice big parking lot.

As best as usual. Pool dangerous ( for children and adult) when there is the big boat in the middle but perfect in other time Very good restaurant at the hotel. Near a lot of restaurant and shopping center.

L’hôtel est parfaite mais pour ce qui es du restaurant relié avec l’hôtel ( la revanche) il est ÉNORMÉMENT trop cher pour ce que nous avons eux. Portion très petite.

I stayed in Tower B which was not renovated. Also Breakafast is not included in the daily rate . However the Hotel is well positioned close to all services and restaurents

Very well kept hotel with good amenities and situated in an area with many shopping opportunities, restaurants, cafe and gas stations, several in a short walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is excellent, with a remarkable North African menu.
