Très bon accueil. Chambre très propre et grande. La piscine extérieure est ouverte et chauffée. Le point négatif: manger son petit déjeuner dans la chambre. Nous n’avions pas de table donc on a du manger sur le lit. C’est pas top. Sinon un hôtel sympa pour une nuit.

As we are an older couple we choose pool view room assuming that it would be ground floor. We did have pool view but it was a second floor room and there is no elevator. That was a bit of a challenge with the stairs. next time I will request ground floor for mobility reasons. Thank you

A good place to stay. Nice outdoor pool. Counter space in bathroom is small and we could not find either TVO (TV Ontario public) or MSNBC (American) on the television. Walk to downtown is maybe 2 - 3 km but it's an easy walk.

Easily accessible location this motel was clean and comfortable. They have an outdoor pool. Unique front entrance with back patio door allows you to sit outside without watching traffic. The staff are helpful and very friendly. Would stay here again!

The front desk people were so nice. Great service. We had a room facing the pool. Loved it. Pool is heated so I was able to swim mid September which I really enjoyed as well. I’d stay here again. Price was very good too

The hot tub was clean, powerful with relaxing jets. We loved that it was a drive up and has two doors one opening to a courtyard where the dogs could play some ball and suntan.

Nice staff, fun pool. Room was just okay. The Air conditioner was really dirty, as was the window. The shower had some mold. The sheets were inside out with a mattress pad beneath that barely covered the bed.

Nous avions deux chambres. Celle de mes parents était propre. Ils ont eu un problème électrique et la dame à l’accueil les a changé de chambre pour une nuit le temps de tout régler. Le service était excellent. Notre chambre étaient sale. Il y avait des traces partout dans les miroirs. Des toiles d’araignées dans un coin de la chambre. La balayeuse avait été passée mais il restait de la saleté un peu partout. Il y avait une odeur d’humidité dans la chambre. J’avais magasiné les hôtels à Gananoque et le prix était très cher pour cet hôtel. Il se trouvait dans moyenne des prix. Il était plutôt sûr de trouver un logis abordable dans cette région.

The windows were filthy. I had to ask them to clean it. A lot of spiders in the room. Bathroom was so tiny. You hit your elbow when wiping. The heater was FULL of dust. Hot breakfast is pancakes. Breakfast is a continental breakfast. They didn't have yougurt. The good part of this was I had a room next to the pool.

It's an old property with small rooms. The lighting in the rooms is limited, and there's only a baseboard heater on the front wall to keep the whole room (and bathroom) warm. There's also a small window-type A/C unit for cooling. We were there during a warm spell in October, so it was all fine. The place can also be a bit noisy since it's all at ground level near the highway. It's OK for a night or two if you're exploring the area, but don't expect amenities.

Nice room, jacuzzi tub is huge and was relaxing! Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Nice town, we felt very safe. Check out Mavericks for any meal it was amazing and close by.

The rooms are dated which does not concern me as long as they are clean and comfortable. The room had a musky smell and the Queen Bed (?) felt more like a double. Do not book a single queen room, as you will not be able to get out the window side of the bed. The space between the bed and the window was less than 4 inches, and there was an electric heater on the floor. My wife had to sleep on the pull-out couch bed which was uncomfortable and smelled. The washroom shower was excellent with hot water. The toilet on the other hand you and to use side saddle as the clearance between the wall and the toilet was less then 3 inches. The staff was very good, especially the lady that was there in the morning and afternoon. Would I repeat, probably not, as there is a couple of newer hotels built that offer better value for the price.

I would definitely stay here again. Staff were excellent and friendly, made it feel like home away from home. We stayed in the king suite and it was amazing (especially the big soaker tub) im going to miss it for sure. Had a blast thank you!!

The staff was wonderful the room was very clean, unfortunately the air conditioner was so noisy we were not able to sleep. I would go back to that hotel if they replaced the air conditioner. This seem to be a very old hotel that has been refurbished but as I mentioned the AC was old and noisey and the patio door did not have a lock. we were in Room 102.

Air-conditioner noisy and temperamental. Bed is hard/very firm. Room was clean but very noisy due to outside traffic, loud air-conditioner, a very loud bathroom fan and when neighboring room filled their jet tub. Free bagged breakfast is nice, parking was easy and free. Hotel was clean, close to amenities and felt safe.

We were on our way to Montreal but a rain storm, slow traffic and a fatal accident that closed the 401 near Kingston doubled the length of our drive so decided to stay here in Gananoque. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice my stay was and that it was reasonably priced. Check in was fast. Our room was in a one level section (didn’t explore so not sure if there was a two storey section anywhere). We parked directly in front of room door, with direct access to the room from outside. Inside, at the opposite side of the room we’re sliding patio doors to a grassy courtyard. There was an outdoor pool but we arrived late and slept in so didn’t have time to use it. The room was equipped with a microwave and good size compact fridge. We didn’t turn on the tv so not sure of the tv coverage. The front desk staff Tanya and Kevin were amazing, so helpful and friendly. Tanya went way beyond the call of duty. Beds were comfortable, rooms were very clean, AC worked well and was surprised at how quiet the room was. We had people on one side and didn’t hear a peep. Would definitely stay here again.

Tanya was awesome at check-in. She was personable, helpful and very informative. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 1611. Tanya was apologetic and went to make sure somone was going to get it ready right away. We could tell the housekeeping staff rushed to make it available. There was garbage beside the bedside table, crumbs on the bedside table and hair on the toilet and edge of the bathtub.

The staff ensured that my cousin’s family and mine had rooms beside each other. We had a great room that had a walk out to a large grassy area and the pool. The staff was extremely polite, helpful and kind. We were so pleased with our stay!

The service was a disapointement. The room smell humid just like a pond would. When we asked for help about it, the lady was rude and did not really want to help us. We had to ask over and over the have our room changed. Won't be back.

I can't say that I had any problems here. I didn't use anything except the room, but it's in a good location with lots of restaurants, shops, and a grocery store less than half a mile away. For me, it was inexpensive, no frills, and was exactly what I needed.

My girlfriend and I wanted to save some money and choose a more budget-friendly hotel, but at the same time enjoy a frill or two so we booked a room with a jet tub. The room was perfectly adequate, if not exceeded some expectations, and we especially loved the tub and outdoor area (a simple setup of chairs outside the door). We also enjoyed the breakfast (pancakes were great), and above all the staff were fantastic. A special shoutout to Tanya and Kevin, who seemed so friendly and helpful. Really a wonderful stay that vastly exceeded expectations, thank you so much!

Beds were smelled, checked in needed to go to other hotel, rude staff. Most importantly, why do they added breakfast in booking as they do not serve any breakfast. If coffee and juice is breakfast then it’s weird. I will not recommend this garbage hotel even for free of cost.

The accommodation is okay, but not great. The best part was the staff at the front desk. They were friendly and helpful. The worst part was the breakfast. It as "grab and go", or, in other words, a bag with inexpensive and low quality items. On the other hand, the coffee that was available 24/7 was quite good.

I was disappointed in the false advertisement for the breakfast as it advertised bacon eggs cereal etc and when we went to get the breakfast it was just pancakes from a machine muffins in a package as I paid a lot for the room that included breakfast and this was the only option it was very disappointing and I had to go somewhere else to eat when I booked the hotel expecting to get a breakfast

Top notch motel. Nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Excellent staff. We were surprised to find that the breakfast consisted of a paper bag full of an apple, an orange, yoghurt. Much more healthy than the usual fare.
