Its a beautifull hotel in a great location.Staff were super helpful and friendly.I was sick my first day there and they even offer to go to the pharmacy for me. Only negative thing i would say is that my room was close to the stairs and reception ,so almost every morning got awaken up at 5/6am by people leaving the hotel or the cleaners strating their shift. But not the hotels fault. All in all ,stayed was great.i would highly recomended.

Las instalaciones muy bien excepto que para el agua caliente hay que abrir por mas de 10 min las llaves del lavabo y regadera para que empiece a salir, la verdad es un desperdicio de agua potable deben de mejorar eso

Cuando llegamos al Chek in nos comentaron que era a las tres de la tarde por lo cual les mostre que mi reserva decia que era a las 14hrs ellos dijeron que la aplicación estaba en un errror. Me entregaron dos habitaciones a las 15:30 y la tercera una hora y media despues.

I would like the collaboration with our traveling agency and made arrangements for us as they where convenient for us. The cleaning crew was always responsive and whiling to accommodate as needed. More fans need to me available as some of the rooms get really warm.
