Gran hotel, muy bien ubicado, cómodo con excelente servicio. Lo único malo fue que algunas zonas como el business center estaban en remodelación y no pudieron ser utilizadas. Lo recomiendo!!!

Hotel bien ubicado, muy cerca del zócalo, iglesias y muchos restaurantes. Nos quedamos en el 4to piso, recién remodelado, todo nuevo, moderno, camas muy cómodas (el elevador solo llega al 3er piso, no fue un problema). Pudimos dejar las maletas antes del check in, lo que fue cómodo para poder irnos a caminar los alrededores sin ese pendiente. El hotel tiene estacionamiento, se paga aparte.

El hotel es precioso , muy bien ubicado y hemos estado muchas veces , el único problema es que las dos caminadoras del gimnasio tienen la banda rota y PUEDEN OCASIONAR UN ACCIDENTE , en Diciembre del año pasado nos quedamos con ustedes y les hice la misma observación , NO LAS HAN REPARADO .

CUIDADO! -el hotel organiza eventos en su patio y no cuenta con las instalaciones adecuadas para hacerlo sin perjudicar a los huéspedes. Nos tocó una graduación y tuvimos que soplarnos la música altísima de baile hasta después de las 12 sin poder dormir. Cuando llamamos a la recepción nos dijeron que ya nada más faltaba como una hora para que terminara la fiesta. Las ventanas vibraban de lo alto. Se supone que es un hotel de 5 estrellas pero tuvimos que aguantar la música de fiesta como si estuviérmos en cualquier casa y en nuestro propio jardín hubiera una fiesta de quince años. Muy mal, muy mal de verdad. No lo recomiendo pues a cualquiera le pudiera tocar la mala suerte de que el hotel organice un evento durante su estancia.

El hotel está bien conservado, hicieron mejoras importantes en el elevador el anterior ya estaba muy dañado, sin embargo me asignaron una habitación en el cuarto piso a la cual no tiene acceso el elevador y se tiene que bajar del elevador en el tercer piso y después ir caminando por un largo pasillo y subir las escaleras para accesar al cuarto piso, si es sin maletas está bien pero como ya traía maletas grandes es pesado.

This is not a five star hotel. The drains don’t work the bathrooms as well as the carpets are old and grimy. Go ahead and sit down at the buffet, but you will not be served coffee nor will they refill simple things like butter, even after asked. Certainly, you won’t see this review since hotels.com has the right to delete it, but these are the cold stone facts- John stay here – you could stay at many other places for the same price and have a much nicer time

Me dieron una habitación muy descuidada con parte del guardapolvos levantado y la alfombra sucia y deteriorada. El personal muy amable me cambiaron de habitación pero mi sentir es que la ubicación es sensacional pero están descuidando el mantenimiento de las habitaciones.

La limpieza de las habitaciones. Se me cayó un arete y abajo de la cama parece que no ha entrado la escoba en años. El upgrade NADA comparado con lo que hemos tenido en otros hoteles. Vi una habitación superior a la que me dieron. Deja mucho que desear.

Es un ex convento y eso da una vuelta al pasado, anteriormente había visitado este hotel y tenía muebles antiguos y eso le daba más magia al lugar. Ahora encontré este hotel un poco abandonado, le hace falta mucho más limpieza para estar a la altura de un hotel 5 estrellas

Muy bien ubicada, muy cómodo que tenga estacionamiento. Se entiende perfecto que es una propiedad ubicada en una casona antigua, y el ruido sea algo difícil de controlar, pero acceder a tener eventos como bodas cuando sabes que hay un problema con el ruido, eso si me parece mal. Hubo una boda que terminó 1 am y yo viajé con un bebé que no pudo dormir hasta esa hora. Otra área de oportunidad es el baño que es extremadamente pequeño e incómodo. Fuera de eso, el cuarto es muy espacioso y la hacienda muy linda.

This is an excellent hotel. It is beautiful and well equipped. The rooms are very comfortable. Good fast internet. The bed was very comfortable with nice linen. The tv is good with Chomecast so we could watch Netflix on the tv from our phones. It is well located for exploring the historic center of Puebla.

Lovely historic property although the reception staff could benefit from training on how best to address guests. Unfortunately upon arrival at the hotel at 1pm we were told there was no electricity due to maintenance and it was scheduled to come back at 3pm (check in time). The hotel reception charged our credit card in full for the stay for two rooms at 1pm. They were not overly polite or accommodating. At 3pm, upon our return for checkin, there was still no electricity and one of the rooms was not ready. For such a highly reputable property, we did not understand how the second room was not ready when checkin was 3pm and the hotel had fully charged us for the two rooms 2 hours earlier. The reception staff again advised it was due to maintenance issues and not overly accommodating. We waited 30 min and again returned to news that there was no electricity and second room still not ready. 4pm the second room was finally ready. Electricity however still had not returned. We requested further explanation. Finally reception gave us the full back story and delays were due to the local electrical govt agency. Electricity was finally restored at about 5pm. The general manager did call us later to apologize for the inconvenience and sent us a plate of fresh fruit.

Pedí una habitación doble, una de las camas tenía las patas rotas, la recamarera intentó entrar a la habitación aún cuando teníamos el letrero de “no molestar”. El desayuno de baja calidad. Las instalaciones en general están muy descuidadas y no tienen nada que ver con lo era este hotel hace unos años. Se le comentaron estos puntos al personal de la recepción y simplemente dijeron que tomarían nota, pero no hicieron nada al respecto. No les importó y sólo argumentaron que algunas habitaciones están en proceso de remodelación, pero entonces no deberían de ofrecer las que todavía no están listas. En general, fue una muy mala experiencia.

This is an excellent hotel. It is beautiful and well equipped. The rooms are very comfortable. Good fast internet. The bed was very comfortable with nice linen. The tv is good with Chomecast so we could watch Netflix on the tv from our phones. It is well located for exploring the historic center of Puebla.

The hotel has been nicely remodeled since my last stay there about 9 months ago. Very nice enhancements without losing its charm. There now an Italian restaurant on the premises which upgrades the dining options without leaving the hotel. This is my favorite place to stay when I go to Puebla very year

Somewhat disappointing. The price is rather high (I booked the best so to say room) but the room is not very clean I do not think they vacuum every day, the description on Expedia mentioned bath robes but they were not present and it took two requests to get them. The fridge is not really cold it is only somewhat cold. The common areas are nice but tables are missing in seating areas where you would enjoy a drink or a book or both, The food is only average.

Honest Review! This hotel has a Mexican soap opera vibe. The establishment is very clean, rooms are also very clean. There is a mini split a/c unit in the room which keeps the room nice and cool on hot days. The staff is very nice. The location is also top tier, walking distance to the plaza from where you can get transportation to literally anywhere. The buffet in the morning is very good, they have a variety of food to eat and plenty of cook-to-order food (tacos, omelets, pizza etc.). Also tried the Italian restaurant Panadero in the hotel and the food was surprisingly just like the food I tasted in Italy. Staff mention the owner is Italian and it’s his recipes that are being used ( not sure if it’s true, but the food was delicious). I slept like a baby, bed was really comfortable, felt built for royalty. I would 100% recommend. Will be staying here again when I come back.

El hotel muy bonito. Me gustó. No me gustó que llegue a las 12 de la noche el sabado y tuve que subir el auto al estacionamiento pues no había valet parking. El bufette de desayuno muy amplio pero no muy buena la comida. En dónde ponen el pan debería haber un hornito tostadora para calentar el pan pues está un poco tieso. El personal muy amable y atento
