En la habitación donde estábamos no llegaba la señal del Internet, no estaban pendientes de la flauta de toallas en la zona de la alberca siendo que es una regla de ellos usar solo las toallas de la alberca que están destinadas para eso, las instalaciones en la alberca un poco descuidadas

Estuvimos 5 dias, y en ningun dia hicieron la limpieza a fondo, solamente superficial, no barrieron ni limpiaron como se debe, el hotel en si muy comun, nada extraordinario, la atención del personal mala, muy gestudos y nada amables, y al rededor hay pocas opciones para alimentos. en otra ocasión buscaría un lugar mejor con otra opción de hospedaje, me decepciono, pensé que era mejor a otros en los que ya me he hospedado en Hermosillo. Es un Hotel muy comun.

Estuvimos 5 dias, y en ningun dia hicieron la limpieza a fondo, solamente superficial, no barrieron ni limpiaron como se debe, el hotel en si muy comun, nada extraordinario, la atención del personal mala, muy gestudos y nada amables, y al rededor hay pocas opciones para alimentos. en otra ocasión buscaría un lugar mejor con otra opción de hospedaje, me decepciono, pensé que era mejor a otros en los que ya me he hospedado en Hermosillo. The room we got was dirty with hairs between the sheets. The second room was dirty in the bathroom. There was no iron in the room when I asked for one they gave me one that was dirty and didn’t work. Second iron was dirty as well and couldn’t use. The young people in front desk don’t care about the customers. The restaurant in the property served coffee cold first day and again second day!!

This hotel is very much overpriced for Hermosillo. The rooms are not in very good repair and have minimal amenities, the walls are paper thin, and the WiFi is unusable. The location isn't terrible but that's the only good thing I can think of to say. Front desk was not particularly helpful most of the time.

My gawd, the checkout is at 1 p.m. or something absurdly late, but the housekeeping staff knocks on your door nonstop at 8:30 a.m. to ask whether you're in there or want them to enter and clean up -- and they do that to every door next to yours. So much for sleeping in with their generous checkout time when you're jetlagged 😅 (No, there was no hanging sign nor a button to ask not to be disturbed.) When I asked the front desk why that had happened, the young woman brushed me off, like she couldnt be bothered to understand why anyone would be upset by that. What a joke -- it's like a bunch of foolish children playing grown-ups.

no ofrecieron desayuno incluído aunque decía en la reservación, el teléfono nunca funciono, nunca dejaban toallas las de limpieza y teníamos que ir hasta recepción porque el teléfono no servía. Solo pedí que me tocará una habitación que sirviera la bañera para poder usarla y no servía el resumidero. Y no querían hacer válida la reservación al principio, decían que había Sido cancelada, cuando no era así, tardamos mucho en recepción para que al final vieran que no estaba "cancelada".

La atención del personal amable, en todos los turnos, la cercanía a la plaza y a otros lugares turísticos estuvo muy bien. Respecto a la limpieza del cuarto, los pisos no estaban barridos en el área de la cama. Refrigeración excelente, alberca muy bien, las instalaciones en general muy bien, el restaurante carecía de mantequilla , la leche parece que estaba echada a perder. Las meseras amables.

La atención del personal amable, en todos los turnos, la cercanía a la plaza y a otros lugares turísticos estuvo muy bien. La propiedad se ve que le falta mantenimiento, me tocaron unas toallas limpias pero descosidas. Contrate desayunos y de los 3 días que desayuné dos no había café. Lo meseros son muy muy amables pero mucha gente fue grosera con ellos por qué no tenían café .

The room we got was dirty with hairs between the sheets. The second room was dirty in the bathroom. There was no iron in the room when I asked for one they gave me one that was dirty and didn’t work. Second iron was dirty as well and couldn’t use. The young people in front desk don’t care about the customers. The restaurant in the property served coffee cold first day and again second day!!

Muy bien todo exepto el bufet tenía un compromiso importante ala 8 y alas 7 aún no estaba el bufet se llegó las 7:40 y apenas estaba sacándolo definitivamente muy desatentos en ese aspecto solo comimos un trozo de huevo café y jugo rapidito y nos fuimos para no llegar tarde

It was a good stay, close to where we were planning to go. The air didn’t feel as cold since it’s really hot in Hermosillo, but overall a good stay for the price.

A little run down and not as modern. Doesn’t have room service and check in took around 15 minutes. But for a quick stop, not bad.

There was a bit of confusion with room 415... apparently there are 2 units with the same number. Luckily next to the other and we managed to go in to the rigth room and enjoyed a peaceful nigth.
