Es muy tranquilo, el personal es amable y la construcción se encuentra en buenas condiciones, solo que al estar en una loma la subida a pie puede hacerse pesada para adultos mayores o niños, e igual la disposición de las habitaciones es complicada de memorizar al principio, dado que lo tienen señalamientos

The complete hotel was in need of repair. DO NOT EXPECT IT TO LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS. The place is way overgrown and need extreme maintenance. The bar is not open for use , The restaurant food was prepared in a microwave which is only open until 1:PM . The amount stairs and path you have to walk to your room is unsafe . One big obstacle course full of overgrown bushes ,cactus and plants hindering path . The main entrance and lower room look all manicured but nothing like the rest of the hotel . THE PICS ARE VERY MISLEADING IN THE APP..

Es una bella construcción, con mucha vegetación, vista a la catedral y la ciudad, cerca de plazas comerciales. Camas cómodas. Solo necesita remodelación del mobiliario. Sin duda regresaríamos. Solo quiero comentar para futuros huéspedes que se suben muchas escaleras y si traen adultos mayores se les complicaría el acceso. Nosotros sin problema con este tema

El lugar está muy bonito, lamentablemente los servicios están algo deficientes, tres veces tuvimos que informar que el wi fi no funcionaba y tardaron más de una hora en corregirlo en cada ocasión. La línea telefónica de la habitación no funcionaba por lo que teníamos que ir hasta la recepción para hacer cualquier solicitud. En la semana llamé para preguntar si tenían plancha y además de tardarme pues me pidieron todos mis datos, me dijeron que estaría en la habitación desde el viernes, cosa que no fue así y una vez más tuve que acudir a recepción para solicitar algo que ya había pedido. Afortunadamente un empleado con buena actitud, a diferencia de algunos en recepción me comentó que la clave de wifi era la misma para todos los accesos de internete dentro del hotel, lo que facilito y permitió su uso,

the property was cold climate - dining area. much stone and tile creates cold. The heaters are older models in the room, no rugs to absorb any warmth. I changed rooms from the first with heater not working and no hot water. The colonial style building is nice but it needs upgrading to create a pleasant environment for guests.

Los cuartos y el hotel en sí están muy bonitos, coloniales. La ubicación es muy biena, y tiene buenos lugares de estacionamiento. Sin embargo, tuve muchos problemas ocn el internet, y dado que necesitaba trabajar, eso fue un gran inconveniente. El WC estaba tapado y eso fue desagradable.

Los cuartos y el hotel en sí están muy bonitos, coloniales. La ubicación es muy biena, y tiene buenos lugares de estacionamiento. Sin embargo, tuve muchos problemas ocn el internet, y dado que necesitaba trabajar, eso fue un gran inconveniente. El WC estaba tapado y eso fue desagradable.

Huele mal, personal grosero,inseguro dejar sus pertenencias en la habitación ya que su mismo personal ingresa a las habitaciones cuando no estás y llegas y los encuentras, no hay restaurante, difícil acceso a las habitaciones ya que está construido en un cerro muy alto y hay que subir muchos escalones, insegura la zona, cobran extra a lo que pagamos y te dan sofá cama, cobran un depósito que aunque te lo devuelven pero se supone que ya está pagado el hospedaje, chapas de la puerta no sirven, pésimo hotel

Es una bella construcción, con mucha vegetación, vista a la catedral y la ciudad, cerca de plazas comerciales. Camas cómodas. Solo necesita remodelación del mobiliario. Sin duda regresaríamos. Solo quiero comentar para futuros huéspedes que se suben muchas escaleras y si traen adultos mayores se les complicaría el acceso. Nosotros sin problema con este tema

Inside parking, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Great mountain hotel and close to all services. You can walk to many coffee shops and food places even grocery stores. Overall great location.

El hotel es muy bonito, tranquilo, caminas entre los jardines para ir a la habitacion, un lugar para relajarse. Los desayunos deliciosos. La unica queja son los colchones, ya deberían cambiarlos, no pudimos descansar como debería ser.

The complete hotel was in need of repair. DO NOT EXPECT IT TO LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS. The place is way overgrown and need extreme maintenance. The bar is not open for use , The restaurant food was prepared in a microwave which is only open until 1:PM . The amount stairs and path you have to walk to your room is unsafe . One big obstacle course full of overgrown bushes ,cactus and plants hindering path . The main entrance and lower room look all manicured but nothing like the rest of the hotel . THE PICS ARE VERY MISLEADING IN THE APP..

the property was cold climate - dining area. much stone and tile creates cold. The heaters are older models in the room, no rugs to absorb any warmth. I changed rooms from the first with heater not working and no hot water. The colonial style building is nice but it needs upgrading to create a pleasant environment for guests.

This is a beautiful and unique hotel for the area. We had a great time. Would be a perfect 5/5 but the shower wouldn’t stay warm longer than 30 seconds. Overall still an excellent stay.
