Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos en este hotel, la verdad lo escogemos por conveniencia, ya que tiene un gran, amplio y seguro estacionamiento. Está a 5 cuadras de la catedral y tiene muchos negocios cerca a pie. El personal es amable y se nos hace a un precio adecuado a lo que ofrece. Lo que se pudiera mejorar es en las camas, son muy duras y las habitaciones son algo viejas. Si esto lo mejoraran, fácilmente le pondría 5 estrellas.

En general el hotel esta bien, lo utilizamos para dormir ya que asistimos a un evento. Llegamos muy noche y los estacionamientos estaban cerrados, hay que acercarse a recepción y ellos te abren. Y al siguiente día te están marcando para recordarte que debes abandonar la habitación.

Buen servicio, muy atentos. Muy valioso que cuente con estacionamiento propio en el mismo hotel las 24 h y EN EL CENTRO HISTORICO!!! Lo complicado fue llegar al hotel. La aplicacion envia erroneamente al Poniente, sobre el periferico, en zonas de dudosa reputacion, a varios kilometros de dictancia; no al Oriente, en el centro, donde se encuentra el hotel. Despues de varios kilometros de trayecto equivocado, pude dar con el hotel.

El hotel si se ve muy limpio pero la ropa de cama deja mucho que desear solo ponen una sabana y la sobrecama que esta en muy mal estado roida manchada y de aparencia percudida asi como las toallas percudidas y deshiladas las cortinas rotas eso no me va con la calidad de estos hoteles . Espero que puedan hacer algo al respecto .

En general todo muy bien. Limpieza de la habitación, regadera con agua caliente y buena presión, amenidades en el baño, toallas y ropa de coma en buen estado. Servicio de internet de unos 40MB estables, pantalla led y cable por TVbox con excelente servicio. Consideren que las instalaciones son tipo colonial y son de hace mucho tiempo. El hotel esta en la zona centro cerca de la Catedral de Morelia, rodeado de bancos y tiendas, si te gusta explorar es ideal para caminar los alrededores en el día, aunque moverse en auto puede ser un poco complicado por el tráfico normal de la zona. Las calles alrededor son seguras de noche y hay vigilancia policiaca presente, pero se pueden sentir un poco solas después de que la actividad comercial cesa.

We expected more from a Howard Johnson chain hotel. But we were warned when we went to the elevator and the entrance was black with years of use. The hotel itself was clean, but outdated. The bathroom bars were rusty and the towels were threadbare. There was a hair dryer, but it didn’t work. The plugs and light switches were totally outdated. The beds were very uncomfortable. The hallways were not lighted well and the carpet seemed to be from the 70’s. Good thing the floor in the bedroom was not carpeted! We ate breakfast there one morning. Decent but slow and not anything to get excited about. We had to ask for things several times before they were brought to us. Unfortunately, I don’t recommend staying there.

Lo bueno: Amplias habitaciones, alfombradas, limpias, muy centrico, estacionamiento gratuito. Lo NO tan bueno: mucho ruido tanto de habitaciones contiguas, se escucha hasta el canal de tv del vecino, mucho ruido del tráfico matutino ya que al estar en una zona tan cercana al centro se escucha el tráfico matutino. Del baño, la puerta estaba vencida con lo cual no cerraba. Sugiero que cambien cuanto antes las almohadas, son literalmente unas piedras deformes.

La habitación estaba bien, pero daba hacia la calle y las ventanas no cancelaban nada de ruido. Mi bebé no pudo dormir en toda la noche porque el ruido es demasiado fuerte, entre los coches, bares (música y gente). Definitivamente no lo recomiendo si buscas descansar

La estancia fue en general pasable, excepto porque el ruido de otras habitaciones se filtra y no dejan descansar . Mi mala experiencia fue en el área de restaurante, íbamos mi familia y yo con ánimos de tomar un buen desayuno y me Indican que como tienen un evento aparte mi desayuno tardaría más de una hora así que en general vi las intenciones del mesero de no querer atender y tuvimos que salir a buscar donde comer fuera

Booked a king size bed and was sent to a double bed room. when called reception they offered a refund as long as restroom and bed weren’t used. Since it was a busy holiday they rented our room out to someone else and didn’t respect the reservation made. Took advantage to make a quick buck.

La habitación estaba bien, pero daba hacia la calle y las ventanas no cancelaban nada de ruido. Mi bebé no pudo dormir en toda la noche porque el ruido es demasiado fuerte, entre los coches, bares (música y gente). Definitivamente no lo recomiendo si buscas descansar

En general todo muy bien. Limpieza de la habitación, regadera con agua caliente y buena presión, amenidades en el baño, toallas y ropa de coma en buen estado. Servicio de internet de unos 40MB estables, pantalla led y cable por TVbox con excelente servicio. Consideren que las instalaciones son tipo colonial y son de hace mucho tiempo. El hotel esta en la zona centro cerca de la Catedral de Morelia, rodeado de bancos y tiendas, si te gusta explorar es ideal para caminar los alrededores en el día, aunque moverse en auto puede ser un poco complicado por el tráfico normal de la zona. Las calles alrededor son seguras de noche y hay vigilancia policiaca presente, pero se pueden sentir un poco solas después de que la actividad comercial cesa.

La estancia fue en general pasable, excepto porque el ruido de otras habitaciones se filtra y no dejan descansar . Mi mala experiencia fue en el área de restaurante, íbamos mi familia y yo con ánimos de tomar un buen desayuno y me Indican que como tienen un evento aparte mi desayuno tardaría más de una hora así que en general vi las intenciones del mesero de no querer atender y tuvimos que salir a buscar donde comer fuera

Todo excelente, el único PERO es el servicio del Restaurante, el horario no quieren dar servicio después de las 20 horas y lleviendo a dónde vas, por la mañana todo el servicio fue para INEGI y POLICIA FEDERAL y tus huéspedes que ??

Quise desayunar a las 7.30 peo se me informó que no me podrían atender sino hasta media hora después ya que tenían que atender a un grupo. Entonces para que ofrecen el servicio?, una noche antes había preguntado y me dijeron que desde la 7 había servicio

This is a smaller, comfortable hotel located within walking distance of the main zocalo in Centro Historico. There are OXXOs, coffee houses, banks, pharmacies, fast food, VIPs and Sanborn's all nearby, and many beautiful old churches. Breakfast is available in the main foyer/lobby: buffet style standard mexican fare, and cooked to order omeletes from the kitchen (well made, too!). Prices are fare (standard hotel range). The staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed. Beds are hard but, with the nice duvets, are quite comfortable. And the shower has good pressure and plenty of hot water. No coffee makers in room, but hot & cold bottled water is available in the corridor, near the elevator, so I was able to make tea at any hour. Television is in spanish AND english, so that was great! I get the impression that this hotel is popular with Mexican nationals. This was our 2nd stay there and, no doubt, we will return! The price, per night, can't be beat...

Really good location! The place is old, needs a little maintenance. My son got bit by an insect .. maybe spider, the first night. Not a simple mosquito, his arm was numb. Good thing we had some Benadryl with us. We reported to the from desk, and they cleaned and sprayed the room. They don’t provide ice after the kitchen is close. Overall not bad. Staff is not very friendly.

The room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities, but they don't give the password fort the internet and the air conditioning is dirty. Plus, the bed is a little bit on the hard side, but I guess that's a question of preferences. Overall good but not excellent for the price
