I'd give it 5 stars except that it's not in Centro Historico as indicated. One man in the front was super nice and helpful as was one housekeeper. I requested a refrigerator and they were so nice and brought one right up.

Clean room, clean shower, but flooring needs updating. It smells dusty and old. The breakfast buffet is good, but very overpriced. The location is not that close to centro historico. Don’t expect to walk there easily. The pool is warm, and the jacuzzis are nice, but very understaffed and people overstay the hot tubs and don’t allow people to enjoy them.
