El hotel está en muy buenas condiciones y limpio. El personal fue atento y amable, cuenta con estacionamiento pero debido a la demanda se llena, en esta ocasión la alberca estaba fuera de servicio y el plan era usarla lo cual nos decepcionó un poco. A media noche se nos terminó el agua y bajé a comprar una botella en el restaurante del hotel, no pensé que me la venderían 4 veces más cara que en una tienda de conveniencia. En general el hotel está bien sin embargo creo hay opciones un poco mejores a precios más accesibles

El hotel está en muy buenas condiciones y limpio. El hotel está bien, pero no tiene la alberca en funcionamiento. La habitación que me dieron fue muy lejana a pesar de tener disponibles otras, pagué "desayuno incluido y un espacio más grande" y ahí me dijeron que no. Pedí desayuno a la carta y pregunté si incluía café y me dijeron que sí. Al final me lo cobraron también

Friendly staff but...Tv remotes not working, Tv Channel package AWFUL, pool out of service, asked to separate /pay two separate bills- one for hotel stay (in advance), one for room service. Will not repeat a stay at this property. To be fair, price was in the range for a quick unexpected need to overnight in the city but there are at least 5 other well known branded properties in this price range and area.

En el tercer piso, la alfombra del Pasillo se encuentra muy sucia, se ve que hace mucho no ha sido aspirada.. La puerta lateral que sale al estacionamiento está dañada y por ello permanece siempre abierta y cualquier persona puede entrar a cualquier hora. Una vez fui a cenar al restaurante, se tardaron mucho en atenderme y la comida estaba fría evitaré volver a hospedarme en este hotel

Muy sucia las instalaciones en general , alfombras sucias y manchadas , son zoclo en el piso en el Area de abajo de la ventana , vidrio de la regadera sucio y con sarro , fuga del lavado , no porque sea un hotel antiguo tiene que estar sucio . He visitado otros fiesta inn y si son muy diferentes , nada que ver con este .

Tiene buena ubicación (cerca de restaurantes y centros comerciales) pero las instalaciones lucen viejas, en los pasillos para accesar a las habitaciones tiene alfombra y se percibe un olor a humedad en ella. La ropa de cama luce vieja, no se siente suave, el baño tenía partes en las que hace falta retoque de pintura, el cancel de baño tenía sarro.

I have stayed here many times, and the last 2 have not been what it was before. I travel a lot for work and expect things to not always go smoothly. This trip just had some issues that would be easily resolved. I had to request towels, my toilet did not work and needed to get fixed, and the Wifi was not able to connect. Even with management helping me. I will unfortunately be looking at other hotels for my next stay in Saltillo in a couple of weeks.

El servicio fue muy malo. Tuve que solicitar en 4 ocasiones un frigobar para que me lo llevaran a la habitación. El servicio de restaurante a cuartos pésimo, intenté que me comunicaran en 3 ocasiones al restaurante sin éxito, hasta que hablé con el gerente cuando me llevó el frigobar a la habitación para que me pudieran atender por teléfono en el restaurante.

El servicio fue muy malo. Tuve que solicitar en 4 ocasiones un frigobar para que me lo llevaran a la habitación. El servicio de restaurante a cuartos pésimo, intenté que me comunicaran en 3 ocasiones al restaurante sin éxito, hasta que hablé con el gerente cuando me llevó el frigobar a la habitación para que me pudieran atender por teléfono en el restaurante.

En comparación con otros Fiesta Inn, el de Saltillo deja mucho que desear en instalaciones (limpieza, alfombras de pasillos sucias y viejas) y servicio en áreas de alimentos. Habitaciones sin agua caliente, solo tibia, y toallas muy gastadas. No pierdan su tiempo llendo al supuesto Starbucks del lobby, no siguen las políticas que aplican en los Starbucks normales (cobran la leche light, precios más altos, mal servicio). El personal de recepción es muy amable, ahí no hay queja.
