It was almost perfect! The shower some shower wall tiles are deteriorating and looks a bit nasty. However, everything else was great, excellent. The free breakfast buffet was delicious and well maintained. I will definitely be back.

I was disappointed by the lack of communication regarding the airport shuttle service. Immediately after checking in, I reserved the hotel's airport shuttle for the following day. The reservation was confirmed by a member of the hotel staff, so I had every reason to rely on that confirmation when planning my departure. However, when I checked out the next morning, a different staff member informed me that the shuttle had been booked by mistake because the hotel does not operate the service on Sundays. As a result, I had to arrange last-minute transportation to the airport and pay for an unexpected ride. While mistakes can happen, what was frustrating was that the error was only discovered at checkout, leaving me with no alternative but to incur an additional transportation expense. I hope the hotel improves communication between staff members and ensures guests are not affected by internal misunderstandings in the future. I am extremely dissatisfied and I feel totally disrespected. What a lousy hotel!
