tiene buena ubicación y las camas estaban cómodas no rellenan el agua en la habitación, solo dan un para de aguas al check in y nada mas el resto de la estancia el servicio de café en la habitación es insuficiente y no trae palito para revolver ni servilletas, el control de la tele no funcionaba correctamente ni los canales en la tele un elevador no funcionaba y no era suficiente para todo el hotel el área de la piscina no está renovada y las bebidas que pedimos estaban horribles la reservación no incluia el desayuno en general muy mala experiencia

Parking is an issue. You need somebody from staff with a special key to operates the elevators from parking lot to front desk. If nobody is available you need to get your lugagge all the way thru the stairs. Looks like that the same person is the valet parking and bell boy

La habitación estaba limpia, el personal es amable, el recepcionista Guillermo brinda una excelente atención. El hotel luce viejo y oscuro. Las toallas del baño, parecen jergas, muy percudidas y deshilachadas. No funcionaba la caja de seguridad, la regadera tenía moho. Uno piensa en Hilton, pero este hotel es un 2 estrellas por los blancos, y los platos de la comida, parecen de fonda, muy viejo y descuidado para ser un Hilton.

La habitación estaba limpia, el personal es amable, el recepcionista Guillermo brinda una excelente atención. El hotel luce viejo y oscuro. No valía la pena abrir las cortinas, y no solamente porque tiene una mala vista, sino porque los cristales estaban asquerosos, llenos de popó de paloma (hay muchas). Le uuuurge mantenimiento al hotel, el baño olía horrible (no tiene ventilación y aparte tiene mal olor). El personal es muy amable y atento, sin embargo las instalaciones en general le hacen falta mucho cuidado

La vista al mar excelente. El único pero que le pongo fue la pantalla que ya era muy vieja y no se podía ver ninguna plataforma como Netflix,HBO, etc etc Comunique esto y me cambiaron la pantalla por una smar tv, pero el detalle es que no cargaba por la señal de wifi ya que era demasiado lenta

La rampa para personas discapacitadas está mal hecha, es muy empinada y no se puede accesar con silla de ruedas, el personal de front desk muy groseros y déspotas, el buffet muy caro para lo que ofrece, la gente de limpieza y valet muy amables, el cuarto muy limpio y la estancia agradable.

Toda la atención muy buena atentos y amables muy limpio y buen servicio buena ubicación lo único y que fue lo que nos decepcionó fue que nosotros rentamos tres habitaciones y el una de las habitaciones se dejó dinero en la maleta y desapareció se que el error fue no ponerle candado o dejarlo en la caja fuerte pero pues confiando en que estas en un lugar seguro… pero bueno en general todo muy bien solo aseguren bien sus cosas de valor.

Excellent breakfast buffet! I enjoyed delicious Veracruz-style picadas with black beans, pork rinds, and red sauce, prepared by the cook; very artisanal, despite being in a hotel. I'd love to know her name to write it down, but I made sure to tip her well for her service. The entire restaurant staff also provided excellent service despite the crowded restaurant. Also my wife loved the front beach locations near the Historic down town.

The staff was very nice. The location, right on the malecón is great for enjoying the beach. You can walk out on the nearby breakwater. The zocalo, the main plaza of Veracruz is a 25-minute walk away.

Very close to all central attractions,!seawall, beach just across the street, very friendly staff, big room, very good breakfast and at reasonable prices,the pool was gorgeous. Excellent Hotel.

Excellent breakfast buffet! I enjoyed delicious Veracruz-style picadas with black beans, pork rinds, and red sauce, prepared by the cook; very artisanal, despite being in a hotel. I'd love to know her name to write it down, but I made sure to tip her well for her service. The entire restaurant staff also provided excellent service despite the crowded restaurant. Also my wife loved the front beach locations near the Historic down town.

tiene buena ubicación y las camas estaban cómodas no rellenan el agua en la habitación, solo dan un para de aguas al check in y nada mas el resto de la estancia el servicio de café en la habitación es insuficiente y no trae palito para revolver ni servilletas, el control de la tele no funcionaba correctamente ni los canales en la tele un elevador no funcionaba y no era suficiente para todo el hotel el área de la piscina no está renovada y las bebidas que pedimos estaban horribles la reservación no incluia el desayuno en general muy mala experiencia

Pague desayuno y su restaurante es insuficiente. Tenía que lista de espera d e20 personas. También se negaron a facturar en representación (fiesta americana y otros hoteles) me facturan de esta manera Ojo la ley fiscal lo permite No tienen conocimiento de esta modalidad

Excelente, pero.. Viaje en familia Camas y almohadas muy confortables, las amenidades muy bien, limpias las instalaciones, muy cerca del centro, alberca grande y limpia. Pueden mejorar el servicio de alimentos y bebidas en el área de alberca, es deficiente. Muy deplorable realizar una reserva y que esta sería cancelada si por algún motivo no pasaba el cargo de la 1ra noche en mi tarjeta, tuve que comunicarme al hotel para corroborar que todo estuviera correcto Considero que resulta en vano realizar todo a través de la app, si al final todo tiene que hacerse por teléfono.
