Very fresh hotel, I could not fault it. Check-in took a little bit longer than usual. Aside from that, no complaints, the place seemed that it was refreshed, the room was clean, no carpet which was ok for us. Bathrooms very good. Ice and coffee on the main hall.

Super friendly and bilingual staff. Extremely clean rooms. A nice coffee machine in the lobby for cappuccino, hot chocolate, etc. There is no pool or anything else but it's well priced for how nice it is.

J'avais une chambre avec 2 lits. Un des lits était aussi dur que le plancher. L'autre était à peine moins dur. Il y avait une très forte odeur de poussière de plâtre. J'ai d'ailleurs trouvé de la poussière de plâtre à plusieurs endroits. J'aime dû prendre des comprimés contre les allergies pour diminuer mes symptômes d'allergies à la poussière. J'avais une fenêtre à manivelle, sans manivelle pour ouvrir et une porte donnant sur une galerie, sans clé pour ouvrir. Le bain/douche ne drainait pas bien, j'ai pris ma douche avec de l'eau aux chevilles. En plus, chaque douche entraîne un dégât d'eau, que j'ai dû ramasser pour ne pas endommager le plancher flottant de l'entrée de la chambre. Les planchers étaient sales. En marchant pieds nu, on sentait vraiment beaucoup résidus nous coller aux pieds.

Rooms are large, with tall ceilings and recently renovated. They are clean, and quiet. I would recommend the hotel add a shelf in the shower to make it easier to use products, and provide guests with conditioner. I also recommend they dispose of their old towels- the towels in my room had long strands of fabric coming apart.

Generally the room is very good except for lack of curtains to block out outside lighting. There are only shear curtains with decorative curtains that do not pull across the windows. With very bright street lights directly outside the window it was very bright inside the room all night. Who designs a motel room like that? I regret not asking for another room, didn't notice the issue until time for sleeping, I got very little sleep.

Atrocious customer service; when checking in they announce everyone's room number to everyone in the entire lobby. We booked two nights, returning to the room on the second afternoon the key did not work. At the front desk when I asked to please have the key re-programmed, the women at the counter lectured me on how I kept the room key too close to my cell phone. I travel with an RFID wallet, on the opposite side of my body from my phone, so not possible. She rolled her eyes as if i just lied to her. I expect what may have happened was that the door key was programmed for one night not two when we arrived. She asked the room number; I showed her the property card holder with my room number on it; and she read that out loud to the lobby while reprogramming the key. Nice touch. Rooms are clean, freshly updated (older property, so rooms seem a decent size) and as pictured on the Hotels dot com site.

Last minute booking (90 min. B4 arrival); as expected same day bookings are non-refundable at this property. When checking in, the woman noted that I had just made the booking; and I confirmed 'Yes". She then asked if the booking was paid for, AND if I had a receipt. Last minute (non-refundable) bookings are paid immediately. Thinking there may have been a 'glitch' with the credit card or Hotel dot com booking site I opened my phone to check the confirmation and receipt; and asked my wife to check the credit card transaction. I pulled up the emailed receipt, and turned my phone towards the woman she said "it's OK, I don't need to see your receipt as I can see the booking was paid for in our system by Expedia. I was just checking to see if YOU knew the booking was paid for; as sometimes customers show up not knowing if they paid." I was speechless as this evil person asked me to prove that I paid for a booking that she could obviously see was paid for; just to mess with me and my wife. Then she coded our room key, and read the room number out loud for everyone in the lobby. This terrible person should not be working in the motel/hotel industry.

Modern minimalist room with high ceilings, microwave, small fridge coffee maker and a large comfortable bed. There was no comfortable chair to sit in and no desk setup, just a small kitchen type table and two upholstered straight back chairs. Small things were missing ie they had an ice machine in the lobby but no ice bucket or container for that purpose. In the stand alone shower there was no ledge or shelf to hold soap, shampoo etc. The location is on a busy road in an industrial type area. A couple of restaurants were close by but really no place to take a walk. Good location for driving with many restaurants etc a short drive away. Also close to the highway with good access..

The purpose of our stay was to meet up with family along a road trip from Ontario to NB. The rooms were clean, comfortable and modern. The lobby and hotel overall is very modern/white and bland (no art and no frills). There are no amenities. One thing my husband noticed was that there didn't seem to be any security cameras. I also thought it was odd that the main doors lock after a certain time, but the back door doesn't and I don't remember seeing that a key card is required to go in-out of the building. So, we probably won't stay here in the future for that reason, but the hotel is pretty new and if that changes, I would reconsider. The price point was ideal, especially considering how everything else in the area was SO expensive. It is worth mentioning that we thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant that is just a hop skip and a jump away. I didn't have high expectations for this hotel and I wasn't disappointed. Was I wowed, no, but we just needed a clean and comfortable place to spend the night.

We stayed for one night and had a great experience. The location is very convenient, just off the Trans-Canada Highway. The hotel is newly renovated, very clean, quiet, and felt safe throughout our stay. We stayed in a double bed room — the beds were comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep. There’s no breakfast offered, but this is an excellent place if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable stop to sleep and continue your journey. I also got a great deal on the room, which made it even better value.

Between nights we expected house keeping to refresh towels ECT they don't When asking it's only upon check out they clean It's ok but for the money you should get breakfast at least Beds were not comfortable
