We stayed here on our trip out east. We don’t speak French but all the staff we encountered spoke English and were very friendly. Rooms were clean and new. The pool was a bit small and had a capacity for 10 people, but it was clean. The breakfast was great, lots of variety. The hotel is on a quiet street and we felt very safe.

Room clean and renovated Looby is under construction but didn't affect anything. Complimentary coffee and juice 24h in the lobby Breakfast good Good water pressure 2 car charger in the back Was happy of my stay with my family.

The hotel is fairly modern, must be recently renovated. The staff is beyond kind, helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious and, my family loved the breakfast. The only things that I would mention on the less positive side is that the gym and the pool are on the smaller side and, the gym equipment could be updated. But, those are minor issues.

Breakfast was great. When we got there the eggs were all gone but they quickly brought out fresh batch. Selection was great. I love the coffee machines. My cafe mocha was awesome I have PHEV so nice to plug in and since it was level 2 it was charged in less than 4 hrs Our room (king accessible) was beautiful. My wife had some mobility issues so walkin shower was great - nonslip floors and grab bars

Excellent free breakfast, very clean and spacious room, plenty of free parking, next to ferry crossing, next to very nice and friendly mall. A fan is needed in the bathroom to prevent the mirror from fogging, but the overall ventilation in the room is excellent. Will definitely stay again.

The property is close to the highway. Its clean and well maintained. The staff is welcoming. The pool is small and the water isn’t warm. But overall the hotel is relaxing.

Had a great stay for the one night we were passing through. Loved the updated style of the hotel/room. Staff was very friendly, even called shortly after check-in to see if we needed anything, and how our stay was so far. The room was so clean, shower pressure was great. As many others have mentioned the included breakfast was amazing, and the 24 hr available tea/coffee/juice bar in the lobby was a nice bonus! Well done !

Convenient to highway for stopover. Pet friendly which we needed. Excellent breakfast. Loved the tea/coffee/juice/ water available in the lobby 24/7!

Free electric vehicule charging, very clean and up to date. The only downsides are no spa (pool only) and no bacon for breakfast (plenty of other choices). Overall an excellent choice and good price for the quality.

When we arrived the counter attendants were great. We had room 309. The entire floor right off the elevator smelled like cat urine. It was late so we didn’t have a chance to leave as we drove a long while or we wouldn’t of stayed… The smell was that strong we hardly slept. Got there around 11 pm and left by 7 am all feeling terrible and exhausted from the smell. Told front desk and their response was “I’ll look” Not happy with our stay at all.

We have stayed here several times and the rooms we have had are always clean, quiet and pleasantly decorated.

The room was clean and sizeable. The bed creaked when I would turn at night. The hallway on the fourth floor smelled pretty intensely of either cat urine or mold, fortunately that smell was confined to the hallway. I mentioned it to the staff on check out who said she would have someone check on it; (they accept dogs and cats at the hotel, so it could be one of the other).

Our room on the highway side was quite noisy due to the traffic.

The room was a wonderful size for three of us. Beds were comfortable linens were crisp and light. A very comfortable place to relaxing after a busy day. Food options for breakfast were also plentiful. The Internet was not reliable for the television. It kept looping even on local channels.

Lovely staff and recently renovated rooms, breakfast included as well as lobby beverages throughout the day. Bed was firm and tv interface difficult to navigate and it required your own device.

The only thing bothered me is the air conditioner is too noisy. The rest things were perfect!

Loved the renovations to the hotel especially the bedrooms with lovely design, extra reading lamps and three bedside tables.

Close to highway. Really big nice room, love all the new technology added. Very clean. The bed was a bit too hard. Will stay there again!!

A convenient location to stop overnight on our trip from New Brunswick to the West Island of Montreal. It’s worth taking the time to choose the location of your room. While it was helpful to see the highway to observe traffic, it also meant we could hear cars. I would definitely stay here again.

Likes: Friendly, efficient, helpful staff; clean and comfortable rooms; excellent breakfast food and room Dislike: the Wifi connection. Even though the front desk staff helped connect the cell phone, the overall room experience was disappointing. It took about 1/2 hour before the iPad connected (I used my cell ohine as a hotspot till connected) and the tv streaming kept buffering and temprarily freezing. Needless to say, my husband was not impressed while trying to watch Game 5 of the World Series. Was it just the room connection or the overall wifi system? Fix wifi and, yes, I will return.

The staff were very polite and helpful and all spoke English as we are not bilingual.

The main reason I booked this hotel was for the kids’ playroom, which was advertised on the website and in description. However, upon arrival, we were informed that it was unavailable due to renovations—something that was never mentioned beforehand. That was a huge disappointment. Second, I requested a late check-out at 1 PM since I was traveling for work (a conference on Sunday morning), and my wife and kids were planning to stay at the hotel until I returned around 12:30–1 PM. This was another key reason we chose this hotel, as the playroom would have kept the kids entertained. Initially, I was told that late check-out was only available for “members,” as if I had to sign up just to extend my stay by two hours. After multiple requests, they finally made an exception, but it felt like I was asking for something completely unreasonable. Lastly, after a long Saturday, I went to the reception to grab two beers. The staff assured me they would charge them to my credit card on file, so I returned to my room. However, after 10 PM, the front desk called—waking up both of my sleeping kids—just to inform me that they didn’t actually have my card on record. When I asked if I could settle the payment in the morning, they refused and made me come back downstairs past 10 PM, despite having just disturbed my kids’ sleep. I’ll finish by saying that nothing was done with bad intentions, but the way things were handled was simply not professional and not customer-focused.

booked a hotel for two nights and received a confirmation number. When I arrived at the hotel, I showed them the confirmation and gave them my information. The front desk told me they were fully booked, they had no room for me, and said the confirmation number was invalid. They told me to contact Expedia and said they couldn’t help. I spent two hours on the phone with an Expedia agent, the first time they hung up the phone on me. I was Indian gay then I called again but it was a complete waste of time. Nothing was resolved. This was a terrible experience, and I will never book a hotel through Expedia again.

This hotel is outstanding. Their service is amazing. Our refrigerator was broken and they came and provided us a new one quickly. They have a generous breakfast and the rooms are very clean. The beds and pillows are very clean and comfortable. If we ever return to Quebec City, we would only think to stay here. And very reasonably priced.

We rarely write reviews but the staff was so pleasant with us we wanted to leave one. My husband and I traveled with our 4 kids and a dog to this hotel - the staff was incredibly friendly and didnt mind that we did not soeal french (we always feel so rude that we dont), made sure we had everything we needed and our dog, too! They even had a bowl set with a mat, a god bed with a blanket and two little treats as well as a poop bag for our dog. The shower was very spacious and so was the room. The hotel is very clean, breakfast was great and parking was so easy. This hotel is also close to highways for traveling and has shopping around fhe corner such as Walmart, in case you need anything. We will definitely be back!

Convenient location but noisy right beside the highway

Wonderful place when you want to be near the highway. Quiet, clean, charming staff and wonderful breakfast. There is a walkable restaurant and coffee shop. Other restaurants are a 10 mins drive. The ferry to Quebec City is a 10 mins drive.

Great location for taking the ferry to Old Quebec. Newer hotel. Great rooms. Good breakfast.

Great reception staff, good breakfast and exceptional room. Best shower by far. Great place to relax, easy 10mins drive to ferry, park there. Then ferry across to Québec city, up the elevator to the centre of the old town.

Amazing two nights stay! Very happy with inclusion of free breakfast options. I would recommend this hotel. Very convenient location for Levi’s-Quebec ferry terminal.

There were no sidewalks nearby

I booked this property because expedia said it was close to the cruise port. It was not. It was a 35 minute drive. Other than that, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful.

Hotel is next to Highway, some construction going on in the area, not much choice for dinning.

It’s a clean property but not close to any attractions. Breakfast timing is too early. Pool was small and crowded.

Breakfast was great. Good selection of hot items (sausages eggs homefries waffles) and cold (cereals yogurt fruit). 24/7 juices and coffee/tea. Rooms were spacious and clean for families.

Modern, very clean. Excellent breakfast with good variety. Coffee machines with good selection of coffees. Free juice all day (kid's favourite).
