Spaceous rooms and comfortable beds. Free outdoor parking shared with the mall in the area. Costco gas nearby for fuel with a few nice restaurants in the area, but keep in mind many of them close early (7pm). Only complaint would be the traffic around rush hour as the roads back up around the nearby bridge. Outside of those busy times it is a great location with easy access to both shores of the St Lawrence.

Pleasant concierge staff at check-in. The room was very clean and spacious. Lots of free parking and food and shopping options close by or short drive away. The staff at breakfast could have been a bit more helpful and courteous. Clean pool and exercise room. Overall great experience!

There was black mold in the shower. Which was difficult to see as the lights in the bathroom did not work. The hideabed was a complete mess and did not look like the sheets were clean, just left a mess and hid the bed away. The stay did not meet expectations if I’m honest. The staff and breakfast were positive notes.

The room was clean. The water pressure in the shower (2nd floor) was terrible and the pillows on the bed were small and not supportive. It was very clean and the free breakfast was plentiful and fresh and the attendant in the dining room was friendly and attentive

Bedspread was stained. Hair in the sink. Tap on shower hard to work. Breakfast was the worst buffet breakfast we’ve ever had anywhere as it was the exact same food all four mornings we were there. Definitely not what we expected staying at a Hampton inn. Will not return to this location and will not be recommending others stay there either.

My only issue was the shower pan could have been cleaned better. It was farily clean but i could see drit in The doorway of the shower. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel was very nice, room was visually nice as well however, the beds were terrible. They are clearly very old and extremely uncomfortable. We both woke up with sore backs because of it. It was disappointing.

Clean and modern hotel. Comfortable beds, good shower, great breakfast. We had to drive for a meal as everywhere around the hotel was closed, fast food, or the hotel restaurant (too expensive for what it offered). Would have given 5 stars if the bathroom doors locked and shut properly. They are only sliding doors. Apparently every room has them. Not great at all for privacy or security.

The room itself was decent, however, there was a junior hockey team staying just down the hall from us. Apparently they were unmonitored. At 4:30 in the morning they were pounding on each other's doors and by 5:00 there were 4 teenage boys loudly wrestling in the hallway in their underwear right in front of our door.The front desk informed us that because we paid through hotels.com that they couldn't do anything about the bill. Will not stay here again.

Room was very clean, There are no blackout curtains Shower pressure was very bad, similar to a 2 star motel. Breakfast was a great benefit and really made a big difference. However, the breakfast was lacking and did not have good tasting meat options. Area around the hotel is very very busy in the morning and if you are trying to go north or south you will get stuck in the traffic. There is also not much food in the area.

The room was adequate for a highway stop over. It was clean, but we found the bed very hard and uncomfortable. Additionally, we missed out on a good nights sleep due to a pile of kids in the hallway whooping it up until almost 1am. I don’t know why the parents are allowed to leave their kids unattended. Very upsetting as a paying guest needing rest before a 10hour drive.

J’avais téléphoné pour demander si on pouvait faire le check in à 11h et on m’avait répondu que le message sera acheminé puisque déjà certaines chambres étaient libérées. Si ça n’avait été une réponse affirmative je n’aurais pas fait d’arrêt à l’hôtel à 11h mais me serait rendue à mon autre arrêt prévu. Mais à mon arrivée la chambre n’était pas prête et on ne pouvait me dire à quelle heure elle le serait. Vraiment déçue de cette situation.

The room being water flood and told us to change to another Hilton in the City. Actually is a good arrangement . But the hotel charged us double in both side of the hotels, which is crazy. They said the payment for the Hilton Downtown was just deposit and to be refund in few days. But after I checked the credit card. The hotel charged us as room fee instead of deposit. This is so much unbelievable. They even handled the refund for almost a month. What kind of management is? So incredible……

Some of the staff was good but some over rude. We requested 3 times for our room to be cleaned but told we don’t change sheets, towels or washroom until 4 days. We ran out of toilet paper ..gave us one roll For another 2 days ..shower gel finished !! No refill . Worse worse experience ever ….very rude and UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

This location of Hampton Inns was newly renovated. Extremely clean, the rooms were very spacious. Washrooms was clean and nice hot water with good pressure in the shower. Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, lots of options. Parking was easy and close enough. Parking
