I liked the view of the pool. I admired the different lamps and lights that were unique and artistic in the lobby and corridor. Bar was closed and restaurant was only open for breakfast which would have been nice to know when we booked. Breakfast was good. And there are restaurants within walking distance. Enjoyed our room over the pool.

The room was clean. We arrived late and in snow. Pathways were cleaned and salted even with snow continuously falling. Staff was kind, courteous and helpful. Very easy experience. When we went to breakfast, we noticed the pool area for the first time, which was attached but separate from the dining area, separated by a wall with easy viewing access. The dining room was clean and organized. The pool area was nothing short of breath taking. The pool was well maintained and clean, with many plants and trees. It felt like a vacation in a warm place. In very generously sized bird cages were numerous large birds. They chirped happily, with the natural foliage all around. We watched as the plants were watered, and spoke of how it would be beautiful in our own home one day. It was like a solarium, with the sun hitting the leaves of the plants. Over the pool hangs a giant metal or wooden bird, with many small birds carved out in the winds giving texture to the piece.

Excellent value for the price. Breakfast was included, the room was very clean, and the pool and hot tub are beautiful. Staff was friendly and pleasant, and the location - so close to the highway, gas station, and convenience store - is really convenient and easy.

Although our stay was good, the room looked clean on the surface but the edges of the floors near the baseboards could have used a vacuum. The mattress wasn’t very comfy and some of the pillows had somewhat of a smell to them. On a more positive side, the breakfast was fantastic and service and the pool were great.

Family with kids under 10 Our room key kept being deactivated by hotel staff. On day 3 finally got a response “sorry, someone is not reading the computer Room was dirty with someone else’s dirty clothes left behind under the chair. I cleaned it anyways and it was late so we stayed but would not recommend for families unless the pool can make up for everything else. Also there is no housekeeping but 4 tip envelopes laid around the room.

The lobby, restaurant, and work areas were very clean, welcoming. Very helpful staff. However, in the room,the bathroom fan didn’t work, the floors were dirty. The outside spotlight shining onto the building also shone right into our room.

The room was not really clean. The wall in the bathroom falling appart. The mattress his so old and not confortable. The owner or the GM forgot the first rule of a good hotel, It is to provide the guest a great nite sleep. If they're not shy to charge premium pricing for the room... they should provide at lease a great quality of mattress. Also getting in the hotel at the reception area, the smell of moister is really strong.

Room was very good and clean. But sports team arrived on second day and it completely ruined our stay. Kids were screaming in lobby, playing and yelling in the hot tub and pool, and they were running in on our floor hallway none stop in the evening and we could hear their voices through our door in the room. This went on all afternoon and well into the evening. We had to go outside for a walk just to escape the noise. We came here because the rooms are advertised as soundproof, so this hotel is not for us.

Had to go down to front desk three times in 3 days because both our key cards stopped working at various times. The last time, was told both should be working, only 1 was. We just made it work- but quite a hassle. There was a LOUD birthday party in a room in basement. The noise on the 2nd floor was crazy. Called down, it got better for a while, but then they turned the music back up. This went on until after 11pm.

Every aspect exceeded our expectations. The ambience, the room, the spacious corridors, the pool area, the service - everything. Concierge Alex was very helpful and patient with us as we tried to converse in French as much as possible. We loved the indoor pool area at the hotel. It felt like being down in the Caribbean with all the live plants and decor of the indoor pool. The whirlpool hot tub was very large so even when a few people in it, lots of personal space. Enjoyed the included breakfast, hot eggs, sausage, potatoes, beans with toast, croissants, yogurt, juice. Room quiet and clean. Friendly staff. Close to many chain restaurants and shopping. We parked and took ferry over to Old Quebec City. Overall good stay.

We spent a day in Quebec city on our way home. This hotel was close enough to Old Quebec that we toured during the day and just hopped on the ferry to get to the hotel. Price point was much better AND was able to hop on the highway in no time to complete our trip.

Location was right off the highway so was easy to get in and out. Service was good and the place was clean. Room was quite spacious. The higlight was the great pool and hot tub. We stayed late till it closes off at 10am. Overall recommended. Its located just adjacent to a gas station and electric charging station, so that is one more convenience.
