Stayed 3 nights

Did not use the pool as there was a dance competition at the hotel and the area was over run by children. The 4th floor of the pavillion where we stayed was extremely noisy with children running and screaming in the hallways outside our room until well past 11pm. The room itself was spacious and clean. The front desk was very good and our interaction with Busi was wonderful. She was a gem!

Lots to do, we had a great family trip as we started this tradition last year with our baby. Our room could have been cleaned better, we killed a spider and noticed cob webs, stains on chair and sheets. We also could have benefited from a microwave in the room but none in the building we stayed in. The staff was all very helpful and friendly! Our meals at the main buffet were delicious!
