Very quiet and nice property not far from downtown. Room is nice and staff cleaned daily. Enough parking but it is tight fit when busy weekend and larger vehicles. Pet friendly but charge $15 fee/night(asked $17 if paid by card or $15 with cash (questioned and paid $15) and $50 if not advised before check in). All good stay overall

If you have your own car the location is fine. Nice enough place, never had an issue with parking, room had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, TV channels were ok. Only took a star off because neighbours could be easily heard, luckily they got quiet around 11pm.

No complaints other than my jacuzzi room was ground level and had blinds instead of curtains. I went outside and could see through the gaos between the blinds. Never used the jacuzzi as I didnt want anyone peeking through the blinds.

The property was better than expected. Beds very clean no remaining hair from the last guest. Bathroom clean. No buggies Heat was working very well. Staff was very friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommend for a cheap stay without the worries usually associated with less charge.

There was no towel rail in the bathroom, black mold in the bathroom window, the room had an overpowering smell of mint, we had to open doors and windows to get the smell out, it was causing headaches

Very clean and cozy place, with friendly staff! Our rooms were also spacious with comfortable beds. The location was great! (Make sure to check out the bbq place across the road from this motel.) Continental breakfast was good and had your basic items: coffee/tea/juice, toast/waffles/bagels, fruits, cereal, yogurt,…. only one toaster though, so there was a bit of a wait each time someone used it. Overall, we would highly recommend this place!

The room had strong smoking smell; the carpet was disgusting and very stinky; the bathroom walls and door were very dirty, the floor had moho; the bathroom door handle was wrapped in toilet paper. Extremely expensive for such a filthy place

We didn’t like the bed sheets has so many stains that were not cleaned properly. Not one sheet there’s were 3 sheets was extremely dirty stains on we asked to be changed at. The two Indian staffs serve the bed sheets don’t speak english which the front office counter staff came in our room . Front desk counter staff was very rude and disrespectful to us not properly trained at all the way he speak. We’re just asked to get bed sheets change that’s all. His common said we’re not at Marriott Hotel. We paid $211.54 for one night stay its average above. Believe me we’re not going back or recommend anyone’s because of dirtiness bed sheets and bad management front counter desk staff.

Stayed two nights in Huntsville for the Fall Colours:) Knights Inn is a ‘get what you pay for’ motel. Good price, decent bed, working heater, hot shower. We were happily surprised with main room, new headboard and nightstand, but they forgot to include the bathroom with upgrades… at least throw some paint on that rusty old baseboard heater!!😳😳😳 Breakfast was average. Plus side: Across the street from a fun little place with live music!!

The walls were stained, we parked our rental car in the car park someone done a hit and run, we asked the to motel to check cameras they said they would took pictures of the damage but after checking cameras they are refusing to help and were very rude to us and started hanging up every time we ring and claim they didn’t take any photos we are now liable for the damage on our rental car DO NOT STAY HERE

I had a very pleasant stay at the Knights Inn in Huntsville. The room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable night. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. The location is convenient, just a short drive from downtown Huntsville and close to restaurants and shops. The room itself was just ok but not on par with other hotels in the area which are closer to the downtown core. The biggest issue is that we never got our deposit back. We called them and the lady was rude and not helpful. They claim they refunded it but refuse to provide any proof that they have done so. Credit card company says they have not.

We had a few issues. We rented a room with a hot tub which is an extra charge and there was barely warm water coming from the tap. When i mentioned it i was dismissed then promptly told i cannot have my service dog in the office because they also serve breakfast there. Which i was about to have. I politely attempted to explain my service dog. Providing my medical note for having her. She was under control and this staff member had no reason to ask us to leave. Staff need to do better. Im a first reaponder who now needs this animal and dont appreciate being discriminated against by people who are unfamiliar with the law and how it involves their job.

Quite honestly the only thing that was decent was the view. Pictures show absolutely nothing of what is visible. Hotel sign shows breakfast and the was no breakfast.

The rooms are quiet and clean. The staff is very nice and the little breakfast in the morning is good. The coffee is not good, but the muffins, bread, different cereals and bagels were very good.

The hotel itself is older and the rooms are s bit run down, particularly in the bathroom. But the room was clean, beds clean and comfortable. Price was decent and they offer a basic breakfast: cerel, toast, waffles, muffins, yogurt, juice and coffee. The room had a mini fridge and microwave. Staff were friendly and alert.

Great quick visit to Huntsville. We stayed one night and had no issues. The breakfast was basic in the morning but actually exceeded our expectations. There was bread and bagels with cream cheese or peanut butter/jam, blueberry & chocolate chip muffins, yogurt, bananas & apple's, orange juice and tea/coffee. For the room, it was a bit tired but really matched to what we were expecting. Either way, we would've hesitate to stay there again.
