There was undisclosed construction going on, only one functional elevator. The pillows were way too soft. Inroom issues - AC system was very loud, lots of vibration felt in pillow. The alarm clock wasn’t checked and woke us up at 5am on our one night stay. The bathroom fan was supremely loud. Overall just not even close to the last time we stayed here.

The restaurant was available but pricey - CAD$ 28 for breakfast buffet until 10am. CAD$ 15 for caramel dessert. Restaurant barely had guests. Being that it's off the highway, it's not easy to go out for food but with a car, you can explore the area. You can probably have food delivered or visit the concession stand in the lobby.

Bruyant, buyant et bruyant. Mal insonorisé. Entendre le voisin ronflé, entendre l'alarme de cellulaire de l'autre voisin. Vieux système d'air climatisé ultra bruyant qui décolle au 20 minutes. Le couloir, tellement bruyant. J'ai payé plus cher pour avoir une chambre de plus de qualité pour me rendre compte que nous sommes beaucoup mieux au bestwestern. Je n'irais pu et je n'envoyerais pas de mes employés à cette endroit.

The hotel had me charged double at the checkout. As I had checked my credit card I was able to notice it right away I called back to question and the staff mentioned it was a mistake. Not sure how can that be a mistake. But something to consider to watch out in the future.

It was an amazing experience. The front desk staff were the most dedicated people. They assisted us with everything from language differences. They helped us get to our events easy and with direct routes. The front desk lady was the most amazing person to deal with. She was very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay. I stayed at the Hilton to attend my uncle's funeral. On Saturday morning around 9:30am while leaving the hotel to attend the funeral. I noticed that our vehicle that was parked in a parking space located in front of the hotel was missing. We immediately went to the front desk and where she called 911. The car was found and completely damaged on the inside and outside. I ended up missing the entire funeral. I stayed calm though out my stay until Sunday when Manouka, a staff , who works at front desk, came outside speaking about the theft and telling us that she hoped we enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. This is when I calmly expressed to her that this was the worst experience I had at the hotel and while I was talking Manouka walked away and said have a great day. I went back to my hotel room to get the rest of my belongings while my family waited in the car. I went back to the front desk to check out and asked to speak to manager, her name was Kelly Damal. I tried explained to Ms. Damal, Who didn't let me complete my sentence and Who already explained me to me that she knew the entire situation. I explained to her that as a person who has utilized Hilton for travel for years that this was the worst experience I had, she replied to me what else would you have want us to do for you? I expressed that they need further training in customer service, she then "apologized" by saying "I'm sorry but this happens everywhere, there's nothing we can do.

The only issue I have with this hotel is how dangerous the one entrance is off the highway, it requires you to cross 3 lanes of highway traffic in an instant and can be very dangerous.

Our biggest inconvenience was the ice maker on our floor (6) was difficult to engage. You really had to push hard to get the cubes to flow. Other than that, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and we thoroughly enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. The on site snack selection was phenomenal.
