Château Beauvallon

Large suite, needs a little upgrading. Hot tub had no jets, didn’t go in it to just sit in still hot water with other guests. Very Disappointed Had to get new pans. All scratched and no good for cooking

Good place to stay, amenities are good, pool table is on its last legs but still nice to have. Unfortunately hot tub was broke down first day and it’s the main reason I pick this place for after snowboarding but was up and running the rest of the days. Overall good spot

La piscine et le jacuzzi extérieurs étaient fermés, et l’eau de la piscine intérieure était verte, donc non baignable. Malgré cela, on nous disait que tout était correct, alors que plusieurs clients se plaignaient de la situation.

Hot tub jets not working although water was hot.

On the website it says that the outdoor pool is heated but it wasnt and was very cold (70 degrees). The spa was nice and big. The indoor pool is small but nice. It was very quiet at night.

Pool was closed with no notice, fireplace didn’t work. Living area & dining area furniture dated.

The room was clean, segregated bedroom was 4 degrees warmer than the adjacent living area. Exhaust fan was too noisy to use. The outdoor pool, indoor pool and hot tub were out of commission. There is no restaurant at the hotel as it did in the past, the bar area was closed and there was no shuttle service. Cleaning staff was great.

Only one note. In hot tub did not bubble now

Nous avons séjourner le weekend du 16 Août Très bruyant, enfant qui cours a minuit le soir. Piscine très sale et froide. Le staff n’est pas très accueillant. Chambre sale et taché un peu partout. Les photos avant réservation ne représente pas l’état actuel de cette Hôtel. Comme c’est très touristique et proche de tremblant , il sera toujours plein.

L'espace de la chambre et les commodités, étaient très pratiques. Par contre la propreté n'était pas à la hauteur. Le tapis était très sale, on y a trouvé des chips et beaucoup de gravier

The property and rooms look a lot nicer in the pictures. There was also visible mold in the showers.

Our room was not clean, fridge was dirty, hair in the bath, and on the pillows, stained carpets. No plugs in room to charge phones. Our room smelled of fish and seafood. Fan in bathroom did not work so couldnt "air out" the smell..The beds do not have contour sheets but a sheet laid down on top of matress so you wake up directly on the matress because the sheet moved...you hear the people on top walking... Outdoor spa needs a facelift (paint is very old) and rocks around falling. Only good is close to everything!

Property needs some updating, carpet in family suite was dirty and stained, bathroom shower curtain had mold, would not recommend this property

This was not super clean (stain on carpet, mould in shower, water in the pool…)

Unfortunately this property was very run down, and was not what we were expecting. The room was not cleaned well. Our duvet was dirty and the shower curtain was moldy. The pool was green and cloudy so we would never have swam in it. There is no food on site at all, and they charge for coffee or tea in the lobby. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything going on in all the rooms around you. When I requested a change of towels on our second night I was told I had to bring my wet towels to the front desk for an exchange. I would not recommend this hotel, nor will we ever be returning.

The property is nice and the staff is kind and friendly but the room was not clean. Stained carpet, couch, walls, curtains. It did not feel like a 4 star room. It’s a shame because had it been cleaner, it would have been a really nice place.

The free parking and shuttle to the village (about 5 minutes away) are very convenient. However, there are no food shops or dining options on site, so be prepared to drive to the village if you don’t plan to cook. The rooms could be much cleaner, dirty laundry was left in common areas. Some guests cooked in rooms with their doors open, causing unpleasant onion odors throughout the hotel.

PROS: Great location, just minutes from the village. Our room was on the main floor so no stairs or elevator which was convenient. The hotel has a lounge area with a pool table (my husband and kids enjoyed it!). Parking was ample and free. CONS: The carpet in our room was quite stained and dirty. Both the mattress in the king bed and sofa bed were absolutely horrible. Both mornings woke up with severe back pain. The television in the living room did not work properly. The swimming pool water was not clean, the water was cloudy and murky. WIFI signal was poor and the connection kept disappearing. Overall, the hotel is pleasant looking but some renovations and updates are needed.

The room has no central air or fans, just one unit in the main room, with none in the bedrooms. The beds are uncomfortable and we found used Kleenex in the sheets and popcorn in the pull-out couch. There is a lack of lighting and outlets (none near the bed), and of the minimal outlets only some were working. The gym has only 2 pieces of equipment, a few free weights, no mats or sanitary wipes and is ridiculously hot as it overlooks the indoor « mini » pool which looks unsanitary. The well promoted bar is only open for a few hours on Saturday evening. There is no restaurant or in-room dining onsite and the village is not within walking distance nor are there any walking/hiking paths nearby (the cycling path is not an option). As a result we left early and never got a refund for the unused pre-paid night.the guest portal is useless and the wifi drops regularly.

The room is too hot and the pillows are uncomfortable. The toilet has problems. The screen door on the patio doesn’t lock. The room looks worn out.

The hotel has plenty of charm, though it does feel a bit dated. We had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, but they upgraded us to a larger one with working AC — no complaints there. That said, we weren’t the only guests experiencing AC problems, so it seems to be a recurring issue. In +35°C weather, that’s hard to overlook. Overall, still a good experience.

Big rooms, we booked 4 of them. Love there are 2 bathrooms. Compfy bed but pillow were bad in all rooms. Grounds are nice, quiet. There are no food options and vending machines were broke. Nice place to stay in tremblant.

We loved how big the rooms were with two separate rooms with their own washrooms. Also fireplace in room was excellent. Excellent friendly staff…. Great value for your money! We will return!

I booked the 3 bedrooms unit .. the layout is good..spacious .. it has 2 bathrooms. The indoor swimming pool is so small.. a few ppl is okay or a family.

The location and shuttle to the village was great! We did not have maid service for the entire 3 days we stayed and our trash was running over. The heated floors in the bathroom did not work, which made it cold getting out of the shower. We could not get our room to cool and it remained very hot despite it being near freezing outside, so we had to sleep with the door open.had to sleep

Loved everything except for the fact that there were almost no outlets in the room.

The Chateau definitely needs some TLC. Rooms need updates. Mattresses for both bed and sofa bed, as well as pillows, are not comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms in a suite is definitely nice. Cleanliness in suite was good, but definitely not in detail. Common areas and hallways can use some work to make them more inviting. Service was good, shuttle definitely makes up for the rest of the negatives. Location is great.

Cozy hotel and room but service was definitely lacking, especially the front desk. We asked to leave our luggage at reception earlier than our check in time and the man at the front desk made it very difficult for us. We were not given enough sheets for the extra beds and when we asked for them they were dirty and stained. Overall mediocre experience.

We had a broken curtain in our room and were assured it would be fixed, but unfortunately, it wasn’t. When we escalated the issue, we were offered a 15% discount for that night. We’ve been regular guests in the past and always had a great experience, but it seems like things have changed with the current management and operations. Breakfast service has been discontinued, shuttle frequency reduced, and now this curtain issue, all of which have left a disappointing impression.

looks nice outside. Inside outdated. bed and room comfortable. Staff needs training. We have a Murphy bed in the room and we asked front desk to put it down for us and was told it will be done at 7pm when staff comes in with beddings made. We were out for activities and returned exhausted with kids at 10:30pm and the bed was not taken down. The kids just wanted to sleep so we asked front desk. The front desk said the bed was broken and he could not put it down and we can use an airbed they have but I have to take it and do it myself. And I have to make the bed myself. All he said was excuses how he was not able to do it. I was like...okay...another front desk staff took the airbed to our room and inflated it for us. The airbed is not very clean as might have been used many times but what else can we do? At least this staff did not make any excuses and just did the work while the other guy just kept explaining why he could not do it. Wow...are they in business? Does the staff get any proper training before putting on the job?

We really liked the room and the aesthetic of Chateau Beauvallon. The night staff were very friendly and helpful upon check-in. Everything was smooth for the most part. The only downside was I forgot my shoes in the closet after we departed the hotel. We called the front desk numerous times only for the same staff member to keep hanging up on us and transferring us to a voicemail because we asked for someone who spoke English to try and help us ensure the boots were still there as we drove back. He was really rude and dismissive after 7 phone calls. It was really disappointing. I hope staff can appreciate tourists are not all French and still try to be kind and helpful to English speakers in the future.

Le personnel à la réception n'avait pas d'entregens. On a demandé l'horaire de la navette on nous a dit qu'il y en avait pas ce weekend. Le bar était fermé, on nous a dit que c'était fermé ce weekend. On a demandé comment ça fonctionnait pour faire ouvrir le Murphy bed et ce n'était pas clair . On nous a dit que le garçon qui faisait ça était déjà parti, mais qu'on pouvait appeler et que quelqu'un irait. Quand ce fût le cas , on a demandé s'il y avait des oreillers extra. On nous a dit non. Plus tard, j'en au trouvé dans un garde robe. Il y a un beau salon et foyer, mais il ya avait un groupe qui se lançait des bas sales et se promenaient nus pieds. Un soir , il nous a été impossible d'utiliser le spa car il y a avait plus d' une douzaine de jeunes (18-20ans) à faire le party dans le spa à crier. Il y avait de fortes odeurs nauséabondes dans l'hôtel en entier de nourriture de toute sorte. Le dimanche matin à 11h09, un employé a cogné sa clé en sauvage sur la porte pour nous aviser (en anglais seulement) que le départ était à 11am Nous avons quitté à 11h09am laissant la chambre plus propre qu'à notre arrivée. Service désagréable et zéro professionnel C'était notre 3e et dernier séjour.

Everything clean except the sofa bed mattresses were old and dirty; they should be changed. The staff helped me out but it really seemed that I was putting them out -no apologies though they were polity except the gentleman who changed the mattress in our room (mattress was dirty). Otherwise I love your place-it's my go to place for Tremblant.

Great place to stay. We arrived late and it was difficult to see the signage and entrance to the property. Please install proper lighting so the signage is visible for late arrivals.

Our room was beautiful and the hot tub was appropriate temperature. Good beds and easy parking.

Good location for access to Tremblant and St Jovite.

I enjoyed this property and would definitely come back. It’s well located about 3 min drive to the Village and about 10 min drive to the city center. The property is, clean with comfortable beds. I came here with my teenage boys and my parents and we were all pleased.

Il faut poser des questions - en parlant, il sont gentils. -Plusieurs services ne sont offerts que la fin se semaine (ven. à dim.) : Navette gratuite, Sauveteur, Bar... -La publicité sur l'hôtel indique qu'il y a un « accès au lac », mais c'est faux. -L'affiche de l'hôtel est mal éclairée et difficile à voir la nuit. Il faudrait améliorer la signalisation. -Prix réel : il n'y a pas eu de frais cachés comme plusieurs autres hôtels.

close to a beautiful lake, very good location

I loved the ambiance and the family room was perfect and confortable. Loved the outdoor Space. I found the pool cold (78) and there was no dining options not a café…

We have stayed at this hotel in the past, and it continues to be a comfortable option just outside the Village of Tremblant. It is a convenient location to stay while skiing and the kitchenette was useful in making breakfast I do think the hotel is beginning to show it's age a bit, and while very clean there are definitely some updates that could be done. I also remember there used to be an included breakfast and I think that would have been nice to have.

The pool wasn’t working no restaurants very disappointed

The room was fine but the pool was closed for maintenance and there was no restaurant on site. They offered no discount for those unannounced inconvenience. Plus the property mistakenly charged my credit card again for the booking. I had to call them to correct that mistake. they acknowledged and are issuing a correction credit to my credit card.

This place was great. Friendly service, good location, nice property. The only thing I would suggest is a restaurant at the location. This seems like a revenue generator and would be a great added feature!

We have stayed at this hotel on the past when our kids were smaller. The hotel is starting to look dated now but is still nice and offers a shuttle to Tremblant but only on the weekends. The outdoor pool heater wasn’t working during our stay. Housekeeping could do a better job cleaning as we found food crumbs and broken crayons on the carpet. If you have a room with a Murphy bed the hotel sends someone to take the bed down and put it up during your stay. There are no restaurants on site but there was a cooktop in our room we used for breakfasts and a fridge microwave and dishwasher. The beds are comfortable but the bedding is looking worn and could be refreshed especially for the Murphy and sofa beds. The staff weren’t very welcoming - no one smiled or appeared friendly when we checked in and out. The patio outside our room was nice but no other windows in the room other than the patio door so the bedroom was a bit stuffy at night. The bathrooms were clean and the shower was great. All in all a decent family hotel but don’t expect five star service or any dining during your stay.

It would be more convenient if this hotel had a dining place at least for breakfast.
