Nice hotel at the foot of the Tremblant village. Room was clean, service at check in was good. We were there the first weekend of September, weather was still warm. I was disappointed that the pool was already closed.

The room was large and clean. Beds were comfortable and the room had a well stocked kitchenette. It was very noisy and you can easily hear people in the hall having a quiet conversation. The elevator was broken which made packing up difficult, especially in ski boots. I’m not I would stay again.

Nice property but did have some shortcomings. We experience no room service, on day one of of our two night stay. The room had a lingering odour of cigarette smoke and the floors, both the bathroom floor and carpets were dirty. It was a shame as the hotel is nicely located and fairly new.

Pros: in the heart of the village, easy walking access to the area. Hot tub and pool are nice. Cons: not very clean, spider webs around the corner in the room!! the sofa bed was too noisy. the staff (at least one of them that we checked in with) was not very friendly. no water bottle in the room (were advised to drink tap water). Overall, good for a 3 star hotel for one or two nights.

The location and staff were lovely. However on a beautiful sunny day we were asked to leave the pool for half an hr for the lifeguard to take a break. The hotel was clean and the room was a great size, my only complaint is the very dirty grout in the shower. Other than that it was a nice stay overall.

The location of the hotel is great. Steps from the Cabriolet. The facilities are nice. The room was great. Booked a studio that had a kitchen and there was a small balcony where we could sit outside and look towards the lake. Very nice. Front desk staff helpful and efficient even though it was quite busy.

I never stay at a hotel with no air condition. I set my room temperature at 18 degrees C , and after 3 hours the room temperature was 26 degrees c + humid. I ask front desk, they said because of low season , no air condition. I checked out at 6:30pm and they said no refund even I won’t stay.

Overall, a great place to stay at Tremblant, clean, great staff, nice rooms. One bonus is even though its a little farther away from the hill, its very close to the gondola that runs all day back and forth to the base of the mountain so getting your gear from the hotel to the runs is very easy. I only didn't give the hotel an excellent rating due to the condition of the bed mattresses. Lumpy, uncomfortable, and I've never had a bed that the mattress itself creaked and groaned so badly that anytime anyone moves it wakes up everyone. We had a junior suit with queen bed and a pullout for our son and both of them were equally poor quality. For the cost of the hotel, and the fact that when you've been skiing all day and want a good nights rest I think they need to invest in some better bedding.

Yikes…I’ve never left a review before, but I feel compelled to after that stay. The staff is incredibly rude and unwilling to assist. Our room was not ready on time, housekeeping showed up once during a 5 day stay (we were out of the room by 8am every day to ski), and when we asked the front desk if they knew the name of a local taxi, we were simply told “just google it”. Book any other property, the extra 12 steps to the Cabriolet will be worth it.

We booked three rooms, which ended up being all far apart from each other. The rooms themselves were fine. Our bed was not made well, with several edges sticking out and some dust in the bathroom. It was passable for one evening. The staff are very kind but obviously overworked. We checked in early and we were told we would receive a call when the rooms were ready. Only 2 of the 3 rooms were ready by 4pm. We waited in the lobby alongside many others who either did not receive a call when the room was ready, or the room was not yet ready. People were very frustrated. While very convenient, I would not stay at this hotel again.

The staff went above and beyond. They called two hotels to get a wheelchair for my mother that couldn’t walk far. My daughter dropped her cell phone and it fell thru the elevator shaft, they did all they could to retrieve it. They got in contact with the elevator service company, who could come the next day to retrieve her cell. They gave us a later checkout so we could stay and wait for the service guy to get her cell. which he was able to retrieve. I’ve never had a hotel that has ever gone above and beyond to help and assist their customers as much as the staff at the Voyagers. Also we had a problem with the people next to us being loud their kids running around at midnight making lots of noise. We called the front desk and asked if there was anything they could do. They promptly sent a security guard and advised the people next door to keep it down. The service and professionalism, and just kindness was AMAZING. We definitely will be returning!!

The location of the property is very good, right at the base of the village where all the action is. Although it was not winter, this would be an excellent location for people interested in skiing. The hotel is located right at the base of the cabriolet gondola eliminating the need to walk very far to the main gondola that actually goes up the mountain.

Great location for Tremblant skiing and cabriolet to the Gondola. Also Beaver Tails and maple candy. We would stay here again. We parked in P1 due to our car roof box (underground parking height restrictions) which was very nearby. We didn't need our car for the week, the entire ski village is easy and walkable.

This is a great location for skiing. The cabriolet is just around the corner. The breakfast and other restaurants are steps away. The hotel staff is very helpful, we were arriving very late and received super help.
