Had a good stay, very convenient for skiing and love the outdoor spa. Recommendations to the management is perhaps better lighting in room and also have a look at the sauna as the wood on benches and floor is in disrepair (which is surprising for a Fairmont). Service from all staff is top notch!

Très bon séjour , hôtel bien situé au calme dans le village piétonnier . Le service et personnel sont au top. Le buffet pour l’action de grâce du comptoir était excellent. Points négatifs : La piscine intérieure est un peu trop fraîche. Les jeux en libre accès libre (baby foot, table de ping pong, baby hockey) mériteraient d’être changés, aucun n’est en bon état (filet cassé , poignet qui reste dans la main…)

The property is under renovation on our floor but we didnt hear a thing nor did it negatively affect us. Nice pool with poolside bar service, valet parking was quick and you're right at the top of the Tremblant pedestrian village. Staff was very friendly and courteous.

We were really happy with the view of the room, but the room was full of dust and my boyfriend has asthma and he had several asthma attacks in there. We also tried to dine in the restaurant and we ordered a bottle of wine and oysters, and the waiter only brought one glass and he forgot the second glass. And then we ordered tuna tartare and then he said he forgot that we ordered it and then said sorry.

Overall Great Stay at Fairmont Tremblant From the moment we arrived, the service at Fairmont Tremblant was exceptional. The staff were consistently friendly, polite, and attentive, making us feel welcome right away. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgraded room featuring two queen beds — it was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. The nightly turndown service was a lovely touch that added to the overall experience. The outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi area were a highlight of our stay — the perfect way to relax and unwind after a day of trekking around Mont-Tremblant. The only downside was the breakfast buffet, priced at $50 per person. While the food was fine, it didn’t quite justify the cost in our opinion. We also dined at Choux Gras restaurant one evening. While the food was good, the service felt somewhat uneven — our waiter, Étienne, seemed to tailor his attention based on what guests were ordering. The prices were also on the higher side considering the portion sizes, so I’m not sure I would return. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Fairmont Tremblant and would gladly come back for the hotel experience itself — just perhaps skip the breakfast buffet next time.

The coffee shops all closed at same time till 5 or 6 pm. No lattes or specialty beverages or hot milk. The server at the bar, was rude to not wait for my husband to come make the payment for baby's milk. She kept harrasing me for the payment, treated us so cheap with no trust. I am writing to express my profound disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. I booked two rooms (Gold Room 721 and Room 621 on the 6th floor) for a family trip from May 18th, which was meant to be a memorable experience for my three children and my 75-year-old mother, who was visiting from Jordan for the first time. Upon checking in, I was informed that my children could not access the Gold Lounge. I understood the policy but requested an upgrade or to pay for my children's access to the lounge. My request was refused due to hotel capacity. The situation escalated when my daughter came to see me while I was at the lounge. She took a small cupcake and cookie. I did not want to create a scene and planned to explain the situation to her later. However, the receptionist approached me in a loud and rude manner, reprimanding me in front of my daughter, my elderly mother, and other guests. He also threatened to charge me $75 if any child was seen in the lounge again. I did not expect such treatment from Fairmont. I was willing to pay or upgrade to accommodate the policy, yet I was met with unprofessional and discourteous behavior. This incident not only embarrassed me but also distressed my family, particularly my elderly mother, for whom this trip was supposed to be a special experience. I hope you can address this matter promptly and ensure such incidents do not happen in the future. I look forward to your response

We had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Tremblant! The location is unbeatable—right at the base of the mountain and steps away from the village. Amazing time at the Fairmont. Sebastien in Le Comptoir each morning at breakfast was so good to our family. The ski in/ski out and ski valet is amazing. Skis on, slide 50ft down hill onto the lift. Pool and hot tub are great with poolside drinks. Choux Gras Brasserie was delicious and great wine list. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. All in all will definitely return.
