Great location for a DIY spa weekend. Front desk staff were friendly. Rooms were nice with comfortable beds and pillows. The heated pool (which was really a huge hot tub) and sauna were amazing. Great long weekend!

Really comfortable rooms with plenty of space. The heated pool and sauna are both excellent. Evening staff were all super friendly and helpful, but a member of staff on reception during the daytime was less so. Only small thing to let it down as it spoiled our welcome and departure - otherwise great.

Mountain view room was worth the little extra. Quiet and clean, location was a good fit for us. Staff was friendly. Only 15 minutes drive to Mt. Tremblant village. EV charging was nice to have.

Our hotel room was dirty, the shower did not drain and the sheets had tears in them. When we went to the pool we found hairs, pieces of skin and a bandaid floating around. Really disgusting and an overall disappointment. We were booked for 2 nights but left after the first night. I would like to request a refund.

We enjoyed two nights at the hotel and loved it. Our room was spacious and very clean. We appreciated the fridge, microwave and sink in our kitchenette. The only thing that we can recommend that the hotel improve on is the cleanliness of the pool/hot tub. There was a lot of hair and other ‘things’ floating around the water. All in all though, a very nice property with a very ‘chill’ atmosphere and a great, helpful staff.

We loved the hot pool and sauna! The location is perfect for a ski vacation at Mt Tremblant! We didn't like the fact that the rooms were not cleaned daily (only if you stay more than 4 nights), there was no safe box in our room (we were told that no room has any), breakfast was advertised at $15 for adults and $5 for kids... Misleading... The dishes were priced at $15 or $5... We ended paying $80 for a decent breakfast for a family of 4... Not too many food options around... You need to drive 15 min or more to get a good dinner. Note that there's no ski room... You keep all the equipment in the room with you... All in all, it's a great deal. We enjoyed our stay. Some small things that make this even a better experience!

The good: Hotel is conveniently located and check in was very friendly and efficient. Room was clean and well appointed with a nice view of the mountains. We enjoyed the pool and had a mid afternoon cappuccino in the lounge area. The not so great: The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy and rarely shut off Skip the in lounge breakfast. Extremely expensive and food quality is TERRIBLE

Front desk people are very non-interested, cold welcome, wouldn’t look at us or smile. Night shift didn’t greet us when we came back from the restaurant, just kept on chatting and playing with their phones. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Usually we love our stays at the Ax, but this time the overall vibe is just not there.

Good location only 15 min to Montremblant village. Breakfast not included so thats an extra cost to be added to the trip. However, within 2-5 min distance some food options available. Mountain view rooms have great view. Although small size but still great outdoor hot pool with sauna. Nice spots to view sun set into the mountain. Not a vey big hotel but has nice cozy interior. Room, washroom and hotel open space nicely maintained, looked clean. Staffs were helful and friendly and most of them with nice smile (some had grumpy face though). Didnt like the fact that hotel room telephone was not working, no microwave available to warm food like other hotels have. Overall good experience.

My fault for not realizing this hotel was not at the mountain itself. And bus directions to the mountain from reception were very bad in that there was a bus stop outside hotel but that bus went all around before going to mountain. If he had told us to walk a block or two into village it would have been a much quicker journey. Info on Expedia site for location should point out this hotel is not at the mountain resort itself.

Great place to stay close to Mont tremblant without the jacked up pricing of the hotels in the village. Clean, updated and comfortable with friendly staff. Heated outdoor sauna and pool were great after a day on the hill. I would skip the breakfast at the hotel and opt for a coffee shop up the street

I like the boutique type of hotel, it is in a quiet neighborhood compared to being in Mont Tremblant village. Short distance to the attraction of Mont Trmeblant Village and the lake. I like the cafe/restaurant, more food selections and reasonably priced. The pool is small though but it doesnt bother as it wasnt our priority for booking hotel. The facility is very clean and lots of towels and toiletries. Kudos to the housekeeping team of AX Hotel. We will definitely book again next summer, this time with our grown up children.

Pour un endroit que nous avons réservé dernière minute nous avons adoré! La piscine chauffé n'est pas la meilleure pour se rafraîchir, mais ça restait tout de même bien ! Parfois il fallait demander de refaire chauffer la nourriture au bistro car c'était un peu froid. La seule chose vraiment notable est l'absence de barre chauffante ou d'endroit pour faire sécher les serviettes et maillot de bain. Le personnel était très efficace et serviable! Mais en vrai, super bien situé et prix au bistro très raisonnable 😊 Pas trop d'enfants non plus comparé aux hôtels au pieds de la montagne!
