The hotel was great. My only feedback is to heat the pool. It was between 35-40 degrees outside and the pool was still too cold to use. Also note the breakfast is truly continental. There are no hot options.

Staying here was overall good. I would have rated it excellent; however, as someone else noted on their review (I had the same experience) the sound proofing is awful. Choose to be on the top floor and you won’t have the same issue. Unfortunately for me the person above was up very late and it was very loud in our room. The breakfast in the morning could have had some better options. The staff during our check in was excellent and provided lots of information. The room was great and clean. I thought the pool was going to be bigger from the pictures, but it was not. Overall good but for the reasons noted. I couldn’t rate an excellent.

Our room was clean, and was large having one king size bed, a couch and chair and a gas fireplace. The TV worked well, but I would have preferred to have a smart TV where I could have loaded in Netflix or any other programming of my choice, instead we really only had the 25 or so channels that was on the TV. Breakfast was OK, but I found after the second day of eating cheese, sliced ham, and a hard-boiled egg with some toast or bagel got very repetitive. I was so hoping for something hot, maybe some scrambled eggs or a sausage or something, but then I thought maybe they would change up the meat or some of the items, but they were exactly the same every single day. By the third day we ended up going to A&W in town about a 20 minute drive to eat a real breakfast! The only other issue I had was with the thermostat in the room. For the first few days, it seemed to work fine, but for the last three it seemed like it was always hot, and I had to basically leave the sliding glass door open to cool down the room, especially if we were using the fireplace. I did peek inside the furnace in the room and noticed that it looked like the air filter hadn’t been changed in quite some time. All in all, we had a good stay, I would say Sunday to Friday was probably too long of a time as in the middle of October, most everything shuts down in the village, like all the chairlifts, and that kind of thing, and it was very, very quiet.

We stayed for a weekend at Ermitage du Lac and were pleasantly surprised with the size of the room. It had a kitchenette with microwave, bar fridge/freezer, small stove top, fully stocked with dishes/utensils. Dining table with 4 chairs. There was a nice living area with sofabed and armchair. There was also a gas fireplace, so very nice ambiance. Our room only had a Juliette balcony but it looked out onto a very nice footpath that went around a small pond. The bed & pillows were extremely comfortable. The room was extremely clean as was the whole hotel. A continental breakfast was included with a variety of options. Parking was extra but the free breakfast made up for the parking fee. The only thing the room was missing was a safe and streaming options on the TV but those are minor things. We will definitely return and would highly recommend for couples or young families.

The location is convenient, easy to arrive and really close to the free lift to the mountain. The staff was really friendly. The room is cozy, well equipped, clean, has a great bed and the heating was amazing. The WiFi just sucks, they give a code that did not worked properly, there are some parts of the room where the WiFi will not reach at all and on peak hours will definitely not work. The breakfast was limited, would love something hot and healthier, we were tired after 3 days of eating the same bread and cheese. Overall a good hotel.

Enjoyed everything about our stay. The staff was friendly and they had the room ready for us 2 hours early. Our room was spacious, clean, had a nice electric fire place, and a kitchen with all the utensils needed to cook up something quick. The bed was also very comfortable and the room had a view of the pool and hot tub. The hot tub wasn’t dirty the floor was just missing some paint. Their continental breakfast was more than enough to grab a quick bite and head for the mountain, it had hard boiled eggs, ham, cheeses, fruits, baked goods, cereals, juices and coffee. The property was about 10 min walk to the mountain or you could take the gondola which is behind the property directly in front and takes you right to the mountain. I love everything about it.

This resort is quite an unexpected treat. Located at the bottom of the village. You have easy access to all the amenities at the village has to offer. Parking included, which is a huge advantage. And because you’re off the beaten path, it’s a little bit quieter. The complementary breakfast is a bit weak, but that being said for the price that we paid I’m OK with it. The rooms were excellent, clean, spacious, a large, especially for the price that we paid. The staff was friendly, courteous, and was able to address complex problems in a very professional manner. M the biggest issue I have and the main reason why I’m not gonna give five stars is because there is a staff shortage at this property. Having 20 guests trying to check in and only having one person minding the desk at a period of time where the entire province is on vacation and at the height of the holiday season was quite surprising. What I did appreciate was that staff member took their time to properly explain everything and make sure that every single gas was treated respectfully and properly and not rushed. Well, sometimes we want things to go fast, we also wanna make sure things are done properly and that’s the one thing I can definitely say is that things were done properly. I hope they can fix their staff shortage quickly because this is a great place to stay and a great value.

Staff at reception was not very friendly. No smiles. A cold front is the best description. Everything else was good along with the breakfast provided. Excellent location in the walking village of Mont Tremblant. Aside from the cold reception, I would recommend this hotel. Free parking and roughly 5 minutes to walk back to the hotel

I feel the staff at breakfast should be more friendly and helpful. There is no signs that I have to put my dirty dishes in the side and staff just pointed out to put the dirty dishes in the corner. Not smile nor kind reminder. Not helpful nor friendly.

We had a lovely studio room here. We were near the edge of the Village by the small church but very near the cabriolet and walking distance to everything. Loved that we could keep our skies checked by the lifts as part of our stay package. The continental breakfast was good and varied- and coffee was available all day.

Set at the base of beautiful Mont Tremblant, our hotel offered easy access to food, hiking trails, and activities. We enjoyed the on site parking most, as parking is scarce and hard to come by in town.

Our room was clean, and was large having one king size bed, a couch and chair and a gas fireplace. The TV worked well, but I would have preferred to have a smart TV where I could have loaded in Netflix or any other programming of my choice, instead we really only had the 25 or so channels that was on the TV. Breakfast was OK, but I found after the second day of eating cheese, sliced ham, and a hard-boiled egg with some toast or bagel got very repetitive. I was so hoping for something hot, maybe some scrambled eggs or a sausage or something, but then I thought maybe they would change up the meat or some of the items, but they were exactly the same every single day. By the third day we ended up going to A&W in town about a 20 minute drive to eat a real breakfast! The only other issue I had was with the thermostat in the room. For the first few days, it seemed to work fine, but for the last three it seemed like it was always hot, and I had to basically leave the sliding glass door open to cool down the room, especially if we were using the fireplace. I did peek inside the furnace in the room and noticed that it looked like the air filter hadn’t been changed in quite some time. All in all, we had a good stay, I would say Sunday to Friday was probably too long of a time as in the middle of October, most everything shuts down in the village, like all the chairlifts, and that kind of thing, and it was very, very quiet.

Staff were very kind and property was very clean. The breakfast could be a better; all options were cold including the hard boiled eggs. Paid parking was a bit much too.pool was closed. Overall the experience was good and room was well equipped and nice. Would recommend 😊
