Its not fancy but its in a nice area with lots of amenities, theres a gorgeous trail we stumbled upon on the way to the grocery store down the street which was lovely. The breakfast was better than your basic oatmeal, toast and cereal, they had some microwavable breakast sandwiches. I also accidentally had my wallet drop out of my purse the night before in front of the lobby and it had been returned to the front desk which was such a huge relief for me so its a really nice area! For vancouver it was a better price than alot of places and we had a good experience :) also! there was a grocery store down the street called Sungiven that had alot of cool treats including those frozen creamy mango and peach shaped desserts that ive always wanted to try.

This Econo Lodge is old, but it is clean and well maintained. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. There is a variety of pre packaged breakfast items, plus toast, waffles, yogurt, etc, and they are adequate. The Capilano Market is across the street, as well as two pizza places, with one serving pizza by the slice. We used an Uber to get downtown and it averaged $15. It takes 20 minutes or less to get there, which includes Canada Place for cruise travel. Check in time in 4:00, but we left our luggage for the day to at LuggageHero nearby for $23, instead of paying $80 at the ship storage. Econo Lodge and Luggage Hero saved us money and the Uber saved us time and frustration.
