I missed this stop due to a flight change, but the staff were both helpful and accommodating. ❤️

Amazing spot to stay while visiting Vancouver! A little out of downtown, but not far enough it’s a hassle to get around. The staff here were very kind and accommodating. The whole hotel was very welcoming and aesthetically pleasing. Overall if you don’t mind walking a little and staying in a smaller space, this place is a great choice. Our only critique is there are no Smart TV’s or third party streaming setups to use, at least not in the room we booked. We definitely will be looking to book here again next time we come back!

The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Like sleeping on a cloud. I felt as if I was in my own bed. Very quiet, no disturbance from other visitors. Lots of available parking. Restaurants and convienience stores within steps from the hotel. If you want more shopping oppertunities for food or supplies, 500M walk away is a shopping center with more restaurant choices, coffee shops, and retail stores. The staff, can't forget them. So friendly, polite, and helpful. Always smiling and welcoming. I'll defiently be returning, without hesitation, every time I return to Vancouver.

The reason we chose Queens Hotel (so call hotel more like a motel - no elevator) was because of the 8.6 rating. As soon as we arrived to check in the lobby door was locked so you phone in to get a code to open the door or have someone come to the door. The lady at the front desk was nice but immediately told me the room was very small and gave me a key to look at it. The room we booked was way too small to even open a suitcase other than on the bed. The room had a noisy portable air conditioner with a large hose vented out the window. My wife said we could not stay in the room and she wanted to leave even if we lost our $234.37 Htels.com payment. We were offered a larger room with a king bed for $20 more so we took it. It was clean with portable air conditioner similer to the smaller room. The furnishings were poor quality and there were no water cups in the room, useful for taking medications. When we checked out I did not receive an account statement so I asked for one. I was given a folio statement that said we paid $198.57. This was after the extra $20 was added. I asked why the statement paid amount was different than what I paid Hotels.com. The response did not make sense to me. I actually paid $234.37+$20= $254.37. This hotel does not qualify for that high a rating. I would think more like 5.5 or maybe 6.
