Everything was just fine. The pool was a little cloudy for my liking.

The beds were very comfortable! They had limited breakfast items, esp. for kids. The pool was small and the area around the pool was kind of dirty and nasty.

Good news. House keeping cleans rooms everyday. Unlike hotels in America that does it every two to five days interval Toilet is too low for anyone five foot eleven or taller..... especially in regards to men. They have an indoor pool that actually is open for use. There is a Tim Hortons/Wendy's, right next door. And the hotel is very close to the QEW highway

Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by a very friendly staff member at the registration desk who was polite, and welcoming. The hotel was clean and fairly modern, and the continental breakfast had excellent options! The room beside ours had very clearly been pried open (likely by the local fire department), and was heavily damaged, and adorned with duct tape and a padlock. While the room was unoccupied, it was a bit unnerving for my children to see the condition of the door of this room and know that it was one that adjoined to ours. The gym was small, but very clean and well-maintained. The equipment was quite high quality and all three machines (treadmill, elliptical, and recumbent bike) worked very well. The mirrored wall was heavily damaged with very large spiderweb cracks in one entire panel (approximately one-third) of the wall. The hotel pool was located in a warm area, and although quite small, it was quiet, as there were no other occupants. The temperature was good, although the amount of chlorination affected my children’s eyes and they weren’t able to swim for long. Our room was very clean and well-maintained. When we realized that the television remote was not working, a quick visit to the front desk had them fix the issue by replacing it within moments. The staff were very accommodating, and pleasant to deal with! Overall, I would definitely stay here again, and recommend to others!

Loved our stay here. Room was spacious. The bed was really comfy with lots of Channels to watch. Bathrooms were very clean. Breakfast was included and was pretty decent. Bagels, bread, cereal, oatmeal, yogurts. Then they had a small waffle maker and eggs and usually bacon or sausage. Overall it was a great stay. Pool was a little smaller than I thought and kind of cold but was still clean and refreshing none the less.

The room itself was fine but the pool area has a massive leak in the ceiling. The bedding on the second bed was stained as well.

The pool was unmaintained! The water was green, despite being a beige tile. As soon as you opened the door to the pool you smelled algae, musty, and very unpleasant. The stairs of the pull were covered with green algae. Some staff seemed concerned while others were not. After they were notified the pool should have been closed to any swimming due to high bacterial levels as the water was also very warm. Manager agreed it smelled horrible and unacceptable. No signage was placed up and pool remained open despite the concern. Conditions in lake Ontario might be safer. The rooms are nice but the hotel is small and seems disorganized. It is a 2 star hotel for sure.

Awesome staff. Very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast option. Clean rooms. The only constructive feedback is that they should upgrade their Air conditioner. Its not a central AC but a window AC and its too noisy, and enough noisy to keep you awake at times! Free Parking. Good Location (Oakville). Rest all good! I will definitely recommend and if i come to Toronto again, will prefer to stay in here, if they have updated their AC System, as it was bummer!

Room was spotless and they supplied all the basic shower and bath needs as well as complimentary bottles of water. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were of the highest quality I've seen recently. The free continental breakfast was absolutely the best continental breakfast I have ever eaten anywhere. This is an excellent Hotel and I would recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is very clean. Good quality with a reasonable price.

Floor was soaking wet from the air conditioner, smell was awful, and had a very clear water stain on the wall that obviously wasnt very old. Front desk gave me 2 towels to fix the issue. Had to get Expedia involved to rectify the problem.

Property could use a bit more cleaning, but the place was overall nice and the rooms were comfortable.

Friendly staff, however ice machine was not working, room were dirty, mold spots on the room walls and ceiling. damp musty smell in the rooms. Leaky roof in lobby area. Hotel needs some severe TLC.

It was a nice convenient hotel. The breakfast and staff were very nice. I was just disappointed with the cleanliness and bedding. The nice chair in the room needed vacuuming and wiping, and there was dust and crumbs along the seams and something gooey on the seat the size of a toonie. Good thing I brought my own wipes to clean the gooey mess off the chair! The fitted bed sheet was also riding halfway up the mattress.

The room had a funny smell, almost as if the carpet was wet.

Need thorough cleaning in a lot of areas, exhaust fan loud due to being clogged with dust . Outdated AC, Loud fan:( Breakfast area too small , uder equiped

Other than sun peaking into room each morning no matter how we adjusted the curtains, it was excellent stay. We have stayed here for 4th time I believe.

Owner left air conditioner off to save money. It took many many hours and sleeplessness until the room finally started cooling did honor request to change in the middle of the night(after a long flight)

Pros: comfy and clean room, great customer service, good breakfast. Cons: AC/heating unit is very noisy, also curtains don’t block morning light.

Was just a quick overnight stay. Rooms are clean and the showers have a nice pressure, I enjoyed there shampoo, conditioner, and body wash line that was supplied. There’s not much around however and again, it was just for a quick stay. Will note that the pillows were extremely comfortable.

Everything is excellent and met our expectations except the breakfast black lady, she is very rude to my 12 years daughter, picked everything on her, such as not close hot pot lids, not clean up afterwards.My daughter even didn’t take anything from hot meal pot, it was someone left open and my daughter was just left alone to pick out her food, so she rudely asked my daughter to close the lids. My daughter came to me with tears and told me she can’t easily knew it was not her left open because she can see the food from her plate. The lady constantly gave my daughter dirty looks. Bad services, definitely not returning. Hopefully management can approve staffing training and attitude to serve better. That’s why I gave 1 star overall

I did not reserve a hotel room but put in my card info to “hold” a room because we were in a desperate situation, their cancellation policy said it was free by Oct 27 but I asked for the room to be held on the 28th with their policy saying we can pay at the time of check in. We ended up not needing them so did not check in and yet my bank account was charged for $420 for a room we never used and the rental was for $379 for 2 nights. Now they are refusing to refund that money. Both this hotel and Expedia are very inconsiderate and unprofessional in this regard. A file with the Better Business Bureau and with all social media platforms will be made

We asked for late checkout the night prior, which they granted, until they called our room twice at 8am telling us they could not longer honour such. Their customer service is really bad, but at least it’s clean there.

the receptionist who answer the phone call is probably having a terrible day. she is not happy with her job and her voice or tone was very rude. i asked for a possibility of early check in and right away she said i cant guarantee that in a very harsh tone. didnt even bother check just said no. when i got to the site, i think she was there because even before i say something this gorl said she’s the one whos doing the check in. very poor customer service.

Staff was so helpfull and friendly

The property was suitable for what I needed. The air conditioning was noisy and the breakfast was ok. There is two restaurants next door if you need tastier options. The pool was small but we enjoyed it. The staff was friendly. My biggest issue was the distance from Toronto. It was supposed to be an approximate 25 minute drive. During the week and weekends it was 45-55 minutes. The traffic is horrendous and literally ruined our trip. This is by no means the fault of the hotel but something to think about if you plan on going to Toronto. I have no plans on ever going back to Toronto after this visit.

The check in was super easy, less than a minute, room was as promised, clean and beautiful. Location is quiet, I have an EV and I found a ev charging like 20 min walking distance so a plus. Finally breakfast was excellent and check out same thing. Definitely coming back when returning to Toronto o Niagara Falls.

Very nice hotel with nice staff. Pool was okay (a bit chilly for my old bones, lol). Food (restaurants) was a drive away but lots fairly near. Breakfast in the morning was good: scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, bread and gluten-free bread, bananas, waffles if you wanted, nice toppings for cereal. Would stay again!

Hotel a 20km dal capolinea della metropolitana, pulito. Peccato per la sala colazione veramente troppo piccola per un hotel di queste dimensioni.

The breakfast is the same every day. We stayed 6 nights and had the same breakfast every single day lol
