Hotel was amazing. Staff was great and friendly as soon as we checked into our suite. It was very clean and well maintain. Property does not have outdoor cameras for the parking lot and unfortunately our car was vandalized day one! Also the property only had one elevator working so anytime during the morning and afternoon I would avoid and just take the stairs. Overall, property was good just the parking lot and and elevator being down was not ideal.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was quiet and clean. Only one elevator operating so sometimes slow during breakfast hours but not too bad. Hopefully the second elevator will be operational on our next visit. I would recommend.

We booked a 2-bedroom 2-bath suite which was perfect for travelling with a child. It was a ton of space for the price and had everything you would need. The decor is very dated, but it was clean and functional. My one complaint about this place was the heating. The thermostat in our room wouldn’t cut in and out, so it had to be either full on, or off. And the forced-air heating unit is in a closet in the main bedroom, and is very loud, so we had to sleep with the heat off, and there’s just one thin blanket on each bed. I called down for extra blankets and got what I would describe as a top sheet. Overall it was a good value, especially given that breakfast, WiFi, and parking were all included, plus free laundry facilities on the main floor and a pool. It’s a great choice for a longer stay or a family. There was a pull-out couch in the living room as well, but we didn’t use it, so I’m not sure how good it was. It appeared new. Very friendly staff as well, they let us do an early check-in, and while the blankets were the only other thing I asked for, they were there with them within minutes of me calling the desk. And the breakfast staff were good at keeping the buffet stocked, and even checking to see if we needed anything.

Overall, the stay was great, my family was very happy. There was one issue, that is having 2 children in the family and them wanting to swim. On Sunday (12th), we went to pool to see a wasp infestation, we reported it and the exterminator did his job. Unfortunately, the rest of the week was the drugged wasps hanging around the pool deck and in the pool. As a result my kids swim time was very limited and my Wife and I had to deal with dozens of wasps.

This is a basic hotel that it a bit dated and in need of a refresh but it serves it purposes for us as a good base location for visiting Toronto, Niagara ect. The staff on the desk are polite and helpful we found it strange that house keeping would always take 4 towels away as four off us in the room but then only leave two new ones so we had to go get towels every day. For the full week we were there only one elevator was working which when you have a wheelchair uses and no choice but to use it was a little annoying to have to wait and then probably go to every floor. Breakfast was ok food quality was fine just got a bit boring as it is the same everyday. Pool is small but Ok for a quick dip after a long hot day out. Having free laundry to use on site was a bonus with power available to purchase from the front desk. So all in all of your looking for a place to stay while visiting that area that's convenient location and you not bothered about a 5 star hotel book in here.

You could tell that most of the food was freshly baked and cooked. Top muffins. The staff kept all the food areas very clean - after the guests make a mess. They have a lovely pool - did not use it. This is our 3rd stay in 3 years and somehow this time, the place looked a little run down and not so clean. It needs a pick me up. Our bathroom shower curtain was overly smelly and the bathroom smelled of humidity. Big time. We had to deal with a noisy AC and could not open the window as the screen was torn. Mosquitoes. When we walked into the room, it didn t have that clean room smell. They don t clean the rooms on a daily basis and it is up to us to ask for clean towels and empty the bins. Over a few days, the room is no longer very clean. Yes, I would stay there again as I love the kitchen facilities in the room, the staff and breakfast.

Honestly the cleanliness is holding this place back, very kind and helpful staff, but the cleaning is terrible. Obvious and easy things to see were filthy. Really embarrassing, piled up dirt, hair on the shower, bleach stains on the bed sheets, spiders somehow? Killed 3 during my stay. Dishes weren't cleaned ect. Breakfast was great though better than the holiday inn next door. But the holiday in is far and away cleaner. Don't come here just go to the holiday inn, the breakfast is not worth it.

Great hotel and great staff. The free breakfast buffet was a hit with the kids. Good spread too (eggs, bacon, sausage, muffins, yogurt, bread, bagels, etc.). Monday- Wednesday they also serve free dinner from 5:30 pm- 7:00 pm. Great way to save some money on your trip, especially with a family. The room was a great value and the staff were excellent. The only area they could improve on is renovations. The rooms were a bit dated (paint peeling, wallpaper peeling). The overall stay was great though and the ac worked great. Highly recommend.

Quick check in. Rooms are clean and nicely furnished. Only issue was noise. We had a room with a motor noise which went on and off the whole time we were there. Light sleepers would have an issue.

The breakfast was amazing but the room was really outdated. It had a broken CD player alarm clock haha No USB ports to charge my phone And the tv/cable were old and half the channels were pure static or offline. I wish I could have streamed my Netflix to the tv.

The hotel rooms are pretty dated and in need of renovations. I called down for towels to which they indicated they would be right up and over an hour later I had to call again. The young man that finally brought them was rude and not very presentable. Front desk staff were amazing.

Originally I was thinking its not that bad, then when we asked for extra toilet paper the staff was questioning us like why do we need more and giving us judgy looks. ( we didn't get toilet paper in our rooms). The bath and bed were dirty. But my main problem is when we were checking out instead of them releasing my deposit, they charged me, AGAIN for the whole booking. I called them about it and they said it was their mistake and that they will refund me. Well guess what, they sure did not refund me the whole amount and I will be calling them again today. Just making our life harder than what it needs to be. I mean as a hotel how do you make so many mistakes for Gods sake, get your …. together!!

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was quiet and clean. Only one elevator operating so sometimes slow during breakfast hours but not too bad. Hopefully the second elevator will be operational on our next visit. I would recommend.

I found this property excellent, all the staff is professional, efficient, helpful and very friendly. Two were outstanding, Dwight and Victoria had to shuffle things around to accommodate us due to an unexpected situation. All the back and forth re-organizing in a very short time was not only done very professionally it was done in a manner that made us feel comfortable. Major kudos to Dwight and Victoria Thank you guys

Rude, unprofessional and confrontational. The front desk male who is bald and middle eastern is rude, he talks bad about other hotels to “brag or hype up stay ridge” which should be able to have a reputation and experiences that “speak for themselves” vs this employee... He tries to scam; talk bad and do as little as possible. He tried to charge me for a pet I didn’t have and then tried to trick my boyfriend into paying for a pet fee “not disclosed as a pet fee” AGAIN when I was unloading the car. I have Never had such horrible experiences. Expedia screwed up the hotels and information and he was less than pleasant and accommodating.

The first room we started with smelled and had a run down feel to it, the front desk staff was quick to address my concerns and within a short period of time, allowed us to check and move to an alternative room which was a better option in terms of odor and the less worn down feel.

The location is extremely convenient. It is close to everything for driving, not walking. It was clean and comfortable. The only problem was that they include breakfast, but the breakfast area and seating is far too small. There were no plates left, amd hardly any food left. The area was cramped while everyone was trying to get food and coffee. And there was nowhere to sit, all the tables were full.

A clean , comfortable hotel. Good breakfast facilities and food. Very nice staff. Needs updating in a few public areas and some furniture, but nothing that'll impact your stay. My only real peeve ( and it happens often ) is that you can't open the windows to get some fresh air. There's not much around the hotel. It's close to the highway which is a convenient but not much else around except another hotel .

The hotel was located in a good spot for our stay needs, not too far from a few restaurants and dining areas off of the 403 and close to the go station. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for affordable, clean, and an excellent stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near both the highway and the Bronte Go station. It was a very nice room, and a fantastic option for travelling with our kids to not only have a suite, but to not have to share a bathroom since there were two ensuites. The visit was quite enjoyable and made travelling the region easier. They also accommodated us easily when we added a night due to a poor experience elsewhere. I would absolutely book here again, and look forward to the area's continued improvements after construction.

Our room was clean and generally ok, bed was comfy and maid came in every day except weekend , breakfast was probably the weakest point , the food was the same every day and was only luke warm at best , there was only one person looking after everything so was run off her feet ( deffo need more staff there) . I think the lax way they allow customers to come in the breakfast area ( some in pajamas ) and many others unkempt and untidy and take away armfulls of food back to their rooms needs to be addressed , Im sure allowing that practice adds to the dirty reviews of some rooms I have read about although our room was not that bad . There is nothing around about the hotel to do or see ,no shops or recreation areas so is really only a reasonably priced place to stay although very close to the main highway QEW to Niagra or Toronto . Overall a good budget hotel if your not bothered about a cold breakfast ?

Hi our stay was amazing/ Breakfast was one of the best i have had, the pool was heated which was great not to many places offer a heated pool that is actually heated. Social time was wonderful we meant some other guest from England and else where. that's a great idea and the food was delouses thank you. The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. The patio was wonderful and we enjoyed it. Great stay over all we idefinitely recommend others to stay there. We will also choose the Staybridge suites again. Keep up the great hospitality. .

Great hotel and great staff. The free breakfast buffet was a hit with the kids. Good spread too (eggs, bacon, sausage, muffins, yogurt, bread, bagels, etc.). Monday- Wednesday they also serve free dinner from 5:30 pm- 7:00 pm. Great way to save some money on your trip, especially with a family. The room was a great value and the staff were excellent. The only area they could improve on is renovations. The rooms were a bit dated (paint peeling, wallpaper peeling). The overall stay was great though and the ac worked great. Highly recommend.
