Overall the hotel was good! Staff at check in were extremely friendly! Breakfast was what you'd expect! Sausage, bacon, toast, bagels, eggs, etc. Overall the hotel served my needs perfectly! The only odd thing was that there was a lot of security here at night. Several security guards roaming the property, one asked me if I had a card in the parking lot. Not a big inconvenience or anything, but I did find it a little odd. The area seemed safe. That being said, it didn't spoil the stay at all!

Parking was very hard to find, if you are paying for a room you should be able to park in a spot. Breakfast, no where to sit, had to take back to the room and make several trips back for coffee etc.

After a long drive from Ottawa, it was easy to find. Check in was professional and courteous. Ample parking. The room was clean and everything worked fine. I found the A/C to be a bit loud. The bathroom water pressure was very good and lots of towels were provided. Breakfast was fine for my small appetite. Good coffee! Would suggest an elevator for those with mobility issues. Also the property seems a bit dated and could use a refresh of carpets, amongst other things.

The first room I was given had no microwave, no TV, the drapes were hanging off the rod and not covering the window, the bathroom had not been cleaned to the point that there was a tissue with blood on it on the floor. The second room I was moved to was almost as bad, the tub had several pieces of hair and a dead bug in it.. the bathroom basin did not drain, and the toilet seat had not been cleaned.

The stairway is a little smelly. Also one of the lamps was very finnicky, and there was some crown molding missing on some of the walls, which was a little icky looking. Cleaned every day, and friendly staff though. Pretty good location too, near everything you pretty much need.

Firstly the front desk agent reeked of smoke. Like he just walked in from having a cigarette. Im sorry but if youre dealing with customers your should do something after having a smoke. The hallway to the room was dirty.

Hotel did not live up to the pictures. Halls smell of pee and cigarette smoke. Beds were very firm. I wanted to leave but checked the no cancelation . So me and my 2 kids had to thought it out for 3 days. Best part of the stay was the breakfast included. And the lady working in there was very nice.

We had a few loud guest next door to us until 3 am, and the bathroom fan was not functioning so showers steamed the room up a lot. The staff was wonderful, greeting us every time we came in. Check in was easy fast and the room was clean, bed was comfortable

Book a room last minute as my mom was in ICU at hospital and we live over an hour away. Hotel listed as pet friendly the front desk was rude to my husband say nope dog can’t come in. Told us to figure out the refund from Hotels.com. The front desk lacks any sort of human compassion. I’d never stay with the hotel chain again because of this experience.

Room keys did not work the first time and the second time. Had to go to our event (with 10 mins to dress and holding up the shuttle which was stressful) and then get working keys at midnight upon return from the event. At one point 7 people in line to checkin. Only one person at the desk. With being fullly booked, at checkin time there should have been at least two. That might have alleviated the key issue as we were not the only guests with that issue. Total checkin time took 45 mins and then using someone else's room to get dressed. Otherwise, the room was fine, quiet. bed was comfortable, man checking us in was friendly, kept his cool as the line got bigger and the key issues.

I booked a room for 4 nights {7/21/24 to 7/25/24} at your Peterborough location. On check in I told the desk clerk that my trip maybe shortened he said to contact the booking agent. On Tue July 22/24 we checked out at 12p and check out was 11a so I did expect to pay for said night. When I got home I contacted booking agent and told them about what had happened, they said they would contact hotel and ask for a refund of the two night {Tues & Wed}, when they got back to me I was told the hotel REFUSED to refund the extra two nights. Even a credit FFS would have been nice since I'll be back on Dec 8th, 2024 for 1 night, 2 rooms

I think the only two things I can say that aren’t the greatest is the price, and yes I know it’s a long weekend but still shouldn’t be $204. And also the dinning area for the included breakfast should be bigger considering the size of the motel. Too many people in the one area trying to get their breakfasts and on top of one another….I mean we are still in COVID times technically

There was not enough food at breakfast by the time we got there we were lucky to get. Coffee Very noisy and yes we know that the hotel is packed with kids for hockey tournament but that’s not are fault The manager should not just cater to one style of guest I paid for a room just the same as the hockey guests Are time was not enjoyable This place needs better management They should be ashamed that there is no control of unruly guests

For this type of hotel. General maintenance and cleanliness of the room was above average and way above my expectations. Floor rooms have a patio door that gives you easy access to your vehicle. Which is quite convenient for me travelling on a motorcycle. Located on a commercial boulevard with many walkable dinner options and stores. InBreakfast was good with variety compare to usual free breakfast.
