Swimming pool was not working. Staff was on strike. No room cleaning and services provided. Three nights of inconvenience. Only breakfast, no other dine in was open during staff strike. Booked through Expedia. Nobody bothered to call me of ongoing strike and swimming pool maintenance. No wonder staff is on strike for poor working conditions. No thanks.

The room was great. Elevators were terribly slow! The “heated” swimming pool was colder than expected, hot tub was cooler than expected. Like that there was an hour at end of day to attend pool without kids. Good gym although didn’t use equipment. Pleasant staff at hotel desk. Didn’t use room service. Restaurant in lobby was unclear if was available so never used.

The room had a terrible old bathtub with some type of sand painted into the bottom of it I guess for grip, but it was absolutely terrible on my already sore body and skin. I specifically requested a bath because of my medical status right now, it's required, and it was awful - especially for a renovated hotel, they definitely cut corners on the tub in room 1413. The hotel is nice, for the most part it's pretty clean, however, there was a huge stain on the carpet beside the bed that looked like old vomit that still had dried up crusty stuff on it. There was also a very large stain on the wall in the bathroom that obviously hadn't been wiped properly or cleaned properly. There was also a lot of really weird smells throughout the hotel on different levels and by weird I mean absolutely disgusting. The staff were very kind and thoughtful upon checking in and checking out. The bed was comfortable and clean and the in room furniture was decent. Not sure if I would stay here again as the price is quite high for what you actually get. Overall it's okay. Not great just okay.

Beautiful property. Staff was excellent. Train in the bathroom would not drain. I asked them to repair it. They said they would. It was no better. Also, when my son was looking for a towel after his shower, he pulled out a towel that looked as though somebody threw up on it, folded up and neatly put it back. Surprise!

We were three adult guests staying in your hotel for one night. The hotel itself is pleasant and well maintained. However, we had a king size bed and pull-out couch in our room which were very uncomfortable. The king size bed badly needs replacing and offered no support at all. The pull out couch was in terrible condition. Every spring in the pull out stuck out and the bed squeaked so badly with the slightest movement. With uncomfortable and noisy beds it made it impossible for anyone in the room to get any sleep. One of our guests travels frequently for work and would not recommend your hotel to anyone.

Super quiet, clean, comfortable property. Rooms large. Beds, bedding, and towels perfect. I asked for a room away from the elevators and they provided us with a room at the end of the hall and it was so quiet. Staff very polite. Outdoor pool open long hours and heated nicely. I was supposed to receive 2 - 25$ meal credits for Silver Expedia status but I had to ask for this and only received one. But, I used my 25$ to order room service for breakfast and it was awesome - came right at the time ordered and a perfect meal with carafe of fresh Starbucks coffee and a lovely carnation in a vase. Great hotel!

The stay was okay. Room was clean except for the fact that there were black hairs on the inside of a pillowcase when I removed it to potentially use on my ergonomic pillow I brought. It was nice to have the Netflix button on the remote but was disappointing I couldn’t watch anything because the connection cut out every minute.

The highlight of our experience was the exceptional service at the front desk—special thanks to Anthony, who was incredibly professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. His warm demeanor made check-in smooth and set the tone for the rest of our stay. We were also blown away by the stunning view from our room—absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset. I had hand injury and kids and wife were busy with packing stuff so I tried to get trolly usually they are on each hallway but was not there so I requested to front desk if they can send one to my floor they rejected rudely.

Rooms are delightful! Room service/front desk is HORRENDOUS when it comes to ordering food. Ordered food at the front desk, was told it would be 20 min. 53 minutes later (and the first phone call down to the front desk curious as to why it was taking so long) arrives only but only half there. The following 22 minutes is spent calling front desk back 3 times (after they say they will call back up shortly) and them not understanding what the issue is with the missed “sides” of the meal. It’s been 45 min of just waiting since the initial call (with no calls from the front desk as to what is happening or what can be expected) and now the morning plans have been undone because of this ridiculous wait and back and forth with the front desk. After many disappointing phone calls the manager of something spoke to me and seemed to be the only person who knew how to properly communicate with another human at this hotel. He was very helpful and transparent in what had happened and ensured the situation was rectified. Unfortunately this coukd have been avoided if the front desk properly communicated to their own team as well. It shouldn't take hours to solve what could have been a simple problem. All that was wanted was the food that was initially paid for and communication. Both of what was never given. This all could have been avoided with some understanding and communication from the front desk!

This property is amazing. The room is extravagant and the hotel is amazing. The bed and sheets are so comfortable you don’t want to get up. The dining is unbelievable the sea bass was the most amazing dish I have ever eaten. This hotel is absolutely a must stay.

I stay here quite often and it is good, always clean and great staff. I usually stay in a club room because it includes breakfast which was great. They have changed the breakfast for the club rooms and it is not near as good as it used to be. There are a lot less options when it comes to fruit, vegetables, and meats.

Food was not so good only eating one time because for $50 bucks my wife and I had a chicken salad the chicken was horrible dry and no taste why anyone that calls them self a chef and then served me and my wife the worst ever chicken salad we have ever had the food courts in the mall across the street I was told maybe more of what I would eat I have been a chef for 42 years the hotel was a pleasure to say we would have eaten all are meals at the hotel but unfortunately we had a bad experience for the price of $50 for two salads and coffee !!!
