Tiny terrible gym with two pieces of equipment broken, ice machines broken, hot tub jets broken, water fountain broken, sink tap in room leaked all over counter, shower head garbage. Really outdated. Rooms were clean, staff friendly, easily accessible. Bed was too soft, pool and hot tub were dirty (alot of things floating in the pool.. so gross, couldn't stay in it) no way to turn on hot tub jets, ice machine only worked on 1 floor.

Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations. The building is very old and poorly maintained. The room was not clean, the floor was very dirty. We had showers and walked onto the floor and our feet were dirty again. There were stains on the wall, and smeared poo marks on the bathroom wall by the toilet paper. There was lots visible dirt and grime. Worst of all, the entire place reeked of cigarette smoke, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. Would not recommend staying here. I came and talked to the front desk and both people I spoke to gave off they don’t care attitudes.

I recently stayed at the Ramada location in Surrey/Langley, and it was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Upon checking in, I was given a room that was filthy, with a strong odor and visible dead bugs and stains on the walls. The room was absolutely disgusting. When I requested a refund and to check out immediately, I was told no manager was on site and that it wasn't possible. Instead, I was moved to another room that still had a strong smell of wood, like a construction site. While it was somewhat cleaner, it was still subpar. To make matters worse, there was no hot water in the shower. I was told by the front desk to turn the faucet to cold to get hot water, which is apparently a common issue at this hotel. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. For the price I paid, the quality was abysmal. I wouldn't even rate this place as a 1-star hotel. It would have been better to sleep in my car. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

This property was not good at all !!!! We did NOT stay here. We had booked the jacuzzi tub room with king size bed. The carpet was very stained and we found crawling bed bugs on carpet and walls. The person at front desk was less than accommodating. I questioning her and said you don’t seem surprised that we found bugs. Her answer was I am neither surprised or not surprised. We were left with no room for weekend. Ramada customer service said there was nothing they could do and the main person was not available until Monday to deal with any situations. Do NOT stay here, the room was very dirty and staff was unpleasant.

The bathroom was gross Hair on the floor and in the tub. Stains on the ceiling and walls…missing tiles, mild/mildew along the top of the shower walls. The tap at the dunk was leaking water all over the counter and floor. The carpet throughout the room was stained and dirty. So bad that m family did not want to take their shoes and socks off. The room is in desperate need of cleaning and renovating.

The building is dated and facilities need a thorough upgrade. It was evident paint had been used to “freshen” things up but that didn’t quite get the job done. There were scratches on the walls, grime on bathroom walls, floors. Staff were great! We had noisy neighbours who were dealt with kindly and professionally. Beds were very comfortable.

The bed was really comfortable which is important to me. Also pillows weren't paper thin which was nice. Bathroom massive, nice shower. Clean room. A great place for a stay. Only downside is I happened to be next door to a family with a kid who was loud - walls don't muffle sound too much, but by 11 pm he was out and it was fine. All in all, a great stay.

Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The only issue was the water pressure on the 3rd floor, sometimes almost no water would come out but it only lasted a few minutes and it would get back to normal. I would stay there again as the prices were very reasonable and the cleanliness met my standards.

Everything was fine with this property with the exception of 2 things--1) the person who checked us in (a younger woman) appeared to be totally disinterested in being there, yawned repeatedly, and even belched when she was talking to us. 2) the exercise room equipment was in dire need of repair and replacement. Otherwise, the gentleman who worked the front desk for the night shift was really friendly!

No the room was not spotless as the mirror was spotted - you could see the wipe marks. The cleaning staff was very courteous. Check in was very quick and robotic - the person in reception while informative did not smile and voiced her info very FAST and in low tones. She appeared angry but I did ask for her to repeat the info. For a senior with hearing issues this was difficult. Upon meeting the reception person again the following day I advised her that my hearing was limited and she did smile and raised her voice when speaking. The lighting in the room was excellent. I liked that you had recycling bins.

This is don’t judge the book by its cover. Staying here for 3 nights is really great. They have nearest mall and local stores you can visit whenever you looking something or tour around. The breakfast was superb. It was really great that I can walk outside and feel the fresh air before dining in (since there are only few cars driving in every morning) It was a pleasant to stay in this place. Will rebook again in this location if I have another chance to visit Canada PS this place is only 1 hour drive from Vancouver if you want to save money from high cost of hotel in Metro Vancouver

It has a good location on Highway 10 close to shopping and many restaurants. We had no concerns about the neighborhood. We had a kitchenette unit with a convection oven, mini fridge, sink and microwave. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was good. The pool and hot tub were good. And there was convenient EV charging available. Staff were quiet but friendly.

They have definitely done some updates. The hotel is very very clean. I’m very impressed.. The price was good for nine days and I definitely will be staying there again. The lady that cleaned my room was just superb. I don’t remember her name.. the rooms are also very spacious

The room seemed very clean, except one of the glasses, supposedly clean with a paper cap on it, had water in it. It makes you wonder how good everything else was cleaned. The sink, which had no counter space, wasn't attached to the washroom which we found quite strange and inconvenient. The fridge froze our food. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was nice to have a couch in the room. When we checked in we mentioned that only one night was at the price we booked at. The woman at the desk said she would change one of the nights to the same price. On checkout, the woman at the desk wouldn't give us the same price. It was supposed to be breakfast included, but it was at a restaurant across the parking lot. It ended at 10. The restaurant was dim and very smelly.

Our first room was right next to the elevator so staff kindly changed that for us . Shower had dark hair in the walls and there was raw ground meat left in the mini fridge. Gross !! Probably will not stay here again.
