Safe and secure, surveillance and security onsite, I had a ground floor and was able to park outside my room. Very clean and good pressure showers!!! Less than 5 mins to airport which is awesome.

Excellent free breakfast. Bed not made two of the days and no clean towels provided-had to go hunting for them. Front desk staff mostly too busy chatting to greet guests. Some made a point of greeting us. Lobby minuscule and cluttered with furniture. Elevator efficient. Evening security guard too busy chatting with front desk to notice an elderly woman exiting the hotel and make sure I was okay in a dark parking lot. Yucky stuff spilled in front entryway not cleaned up for the duration of our stay.

Full disclosure, we were refunded for this experience by the hotel manager who contacted us via email about our experience. Cost was ~300$ for a double Queen basic room with the following conditions: - soiled/ rotting paper towels, chewed up gum around the bed frames, dirty, warn and bunched up carpets. - malfunctioning point of sale system at the front desk and broken hair dryer in the room. - Insufficient amount of hygiene supplies for a double Queen room booked for 2 people. - Poor customer service from majority of the front desk staff. (On their phones, unable to attend to issues based on number of staff available or simply throwing their hands up and blaming Expedia with no effort or willingness to resolve the issue) We have a been on a cross-Canada road trip for a week. Every other place we have stayed has been cheaper, cleaner and much more accommodating with zero issues. For these reasons, I would not stay here again.

The bathtub was clogged in the room. The house keeping kept knocking on the door starting 9 am despite having the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. The main idea of a hotel is comfort and hospitality. These were unfortunately lacking.

The staff are friendly and hotel is nicely updated. The breakfast was fantastic! The only downside was that the room had a slightly unpleasant odour, but not bad enough that I felt I needed to change rooms. Overall this was a very good experience and I would stay there again.

Hotel was just fine- nothing fancy, clean, pleasant staff. Slightly dated but no issues. Warning- room 201 is very loud as it is directly above the lobby doors. You can hear every time the doors open or luggage is pulled across the bricks. As it is an airport hotel, this occurs all night/early morning.

My stay here was average overall. Positives: Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms / hotel overall, breakfast is decent, Location is close to airport and restaurants. Negatives: Room is dated, beds are excessively soft and uncomfortable, carpets are kind of old and gross, etc. Overall an average but decent place to stay, hotel and rooms overall were clean, but rooms are definitely dated. I think the price per night is a bit expensive for what you get.

The room was comfortable, but the cleaning staff were very eager to come into our room in the morning, in spite of the do not disturb sign. They arrived the first time about 30 minutes before check-out time and we told them we were getting ready to go. They came back 3 minutes after 11 am and entered the room even though the sign was still up and I was not completely dressed. Really not appropriate behaviour for a man to enter when a woman says she is not ready yet.

Had a great stay. Staff at the front desk were excellent and accommodating. We arrived to the city early and I had a virtual class starting at one so they found a clean room to put us in as an early check in.

Bed was comfy No food options on site but were close by Unfortunately the couple staying in th unit next door to us couldn’t open their door so they tried their key on our room It worked and they proceeded to enter our room while we were relaxing in bed watching tv This was extremely disconcerting and upsetting The front desk was rather nonplussed about providing the entry card to our room to someone else and didn’t seem to want to take responsibility for their error
