McDonald’s & Tim Hortons are within walking distance, they also have a restaurant downstairs. They provide you with plenty of towels unlike other hotels. They fitness gym is really nice

There was no pool, it was out of the way, pricey, and the restaurant in the building was out of operation. The room was small and kept bumping into the footboard of the bed.

I checked in and went to the room to realize that the beds were not made. The room was not clean. I wasn’t even sure if someone was sleeping in the bed since as soon as I walked in and saw it, I left the room

The room or possibly the AC unit had a very musty, not so pleasant odour. Also, the bathroom had an unpleasant odour when we arrived. Some areas where dusty on top.

Small rooms. Cheap renovations in bathroom, esp shower. Next to no room in the bathroom or main room. Hairs left in bathroom shower floor. Flat pillows. Not a great stay. For the money, I would have spent another 20-40$ at the Novotel down the road.

Room was nice and clean. The pillows were too soft, and there was a hump in the middle of the bed. The noise level was not great. Could hear the room upstairs and the banging and running back and forth at 730am. Otherwise, nice hotel

We had a good stay at the Four Points Vaughan. The hotel was in a convient location although not much around it. We had a drink at the Boston Pizza in the hotel before turning in for the evening. Our room was very large with a kitchenette. The fridge was loud throughout the night.All staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. Overall a good one night stay for two friends on an overnight getaway.

Our stay of 3 nights was great our room had king bed, full apartment size fridge with freezer on top half, dishwasher, Counter top hot plate, had dishes for 4 people and nice set of pot and pan. Large flat TV. Bed comfortable could use firmer pillows. Walk in shower, Full size sofa with bed. We would stay in that hotel and room anytime very comfy and clean. Our room was nice and clean, we had the king studio. It was very convenient that it had everything in the room (full fridge, plates, bowls, cutlery, dishwasher, microwave, stove, toaster.,etc) was great with having young kids. Bathroom was clean and nice as well. The pillows and the ac was our only complaint- we set our room at 65 and it was still pretty warm. We would stay here again.

There was a hockey tournament with several teams/children staying at the hotel. Children were running around screaming unsupervised while their parents were getting drunk on the attached Boston Pizza restaurant. Hotel staff did absolutely nothing. Unacceptable. Our children used to play travel hockey several years ago and back then, hotels would require hockey teams/parents to sign rules regarding noise level and children activity. This hotel only stated that there is a hockey tournament when we raised the issue to them. Like I said, unacceptable. We are paying customers as well. We will never use this hotel again. Oh and our room wasn’t cleaned and/or the overfilling garbages around the hotel. Disgusting.

Everthing was ok but ambiguous term n conditions. They charged me for the nights that i informed them 38 hours in advance. They said our terms is 48 hours while i have had been reserved a full refundable stay. Never go Four points anymore, i omitted from my white list of hotels

We were not due to stay at the Four Points. However my wife gave birth a day after our arrival in Toronto. This was unexpected and meant that our stay in Toronto was going to be longer than the 3 nights originally planned! However, we found the prefect location to allow us to get on with the admin we now need to complete to get our new born home to the UK! The staff here have been incredible and cannot do enough to help. They have made the unusual situation we find ourselves in much easier. We have been able to stay for as long as we need without the worry of having to find other accommodation!

Staff:) front reception - Kriza- was the perfect hire for representation of 4 points brand- went above and beyond to accommodate us Mohamed - very respectful and helpful Boston pizza & hotel breakfast servers were professional with exceptional service. We encountered a few issues and you could definitely see that all staff mentioned above were aware and communicated to each other. Clean hotel, too.

It was OVERBOOKED. There was no room available. I spent 2 hours trying to book a room….going thru Expedia. Told by the hotel that Expedia was OVERBOOKING…then had to find another hotel room and then try to get my money back from the original overbooked room.

Early check-in was smooth and stress-free, and the noon check-out was perfect after a late night at a concert, it gave us just the right amount of time to rest and get ready without feeling rushed. The stay was comfortable and everything went seamlessly from start to finish. Would definitely stay again!

We were visiting York University so needed a hotel close by. This hotel was clean and the beds were super comfy. There is not much around the actual hotel (Tim Hortons, Boston Pizza and McDonalds) but it was a short cab ride to Vaughn Mills. If you need a hotel near the University this is a great choice.

Visited this location over the weekend. It’s a quiet and safe area. The location is very clean and the restaurant next door is good. Would stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family. Staff were friendly and the cost was great too!

The room was excellent however we were extremely disappointed that the restaurant opened at 4pm and closed at 12 am. We were only able to enjoy the restaurant once in a four day stay because of the opening times.

Location was Ok with respect to the customer visits that had to be done. Restaurent was closed and will only open in April - This should have bee posted on the webside. Breafast incluided was a joke. a muffin and a coffee. I was there for 4 days - my room was never cleaned.

This hotel was booked because it advertised a restaurant right in the hotel. Restaurant was only open for breakfast. We would have booked elsewhere if they would have advised the restaurant was not open. Very dissapointing
