For what it is (certainly not a top tier property) it is well priced, clean, and comfortable. It's also close to the airport with a shuttle that runs from 4am till midnight. That was the deal maker for me.

Property clean and staff friendly. Very noisy didn’t sleep heard people arriving all night long. Doors slamming. Over priced considering you had to pay an additional fee to park car for week. Ended up not using shuttle and drive to airport.

We loved our modern stay at TRU! The Peloton was a hit for adults who needed movement and the foosball table kept our kiddos happily busy. The entire facility felt very clean and updated. We liked the well lit parking lot for safety reasons. We especially loved all of the clever signs and touches.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here for a concert at St Joseph’s Health Amphitheater. Both times check-in was quick & easy. The rooms were clean had plenty of space for the price. There’s room to hang out & play games in the lobby with some comfy furniture & various types of games. There are snacks for purchase & free coffee, tea & hot chocolate in the lobby 24/7. Breakfast is included with eggs, sausage, muffins, toast & pancakes among other things. The topping bar for the pancakes is a kids dream with chocolate chips, crushed Oreos, nuts whipped cream & more. The location is about 15 minutes from the amphitheater & about 5 minutes from Destiny Mall. It’s right off the expressway so you have easy access.

When we entered the hotel there was a smell that continued throughout the building. Quite frankly, it smelled like wet dog. Did not understand how management allowed that on College Graduation weekend when we are paying 50%+ more than normal! Had to request more towels, tissues ,toilet paper and did receive in a timely manner. Staff was very nice. Room was ok, bare minimum.

I'm a bit of a hotel snob because one time we picked up bedbugs and had to spend thousands getting rid of them in our home. Plus the trauma it caused us. SO when it comes to choosing a hotel, I will look for as long as I need to and then I'm scared. Lol I finally choose this motel because overall it seemed the best choice. I was actually quite pleased! There's Foosball table in the lobby and plenty of desks and tables and little cubbies to sit in. It has a fun colorful feel yet feels clean. The guy running the desk could probably clean up a bit better but at least he's working and not just sitting at home. So I'll give him that. Our room was clean and the bed was nice. I did notice a small stain on the other bed sheets when I was tucking the children in but the sheets seemed clean. Oh yes, I did notice a roach on the wall the minute we walked in so I killed it. I didn't see any more but where there's one there's usually more! Overall the place seemed clean and I was pleased. I would stay there again.

The room was spotless , the staff were very friendly and professional, the lobby and continental breakfast areas were very clean and modern. The area experienced a heavy snowfall and the parking lot and walkways were well maintained. Overall a great experience and we would highly recommend.

The only issue was our room. A/C kept the room cool but the rooms could use some TLC and quality control. It rattled loudly the whole time when it came on. The bed also squeaked with any movement. The bathroom sink also drained too slow and would fill up while simply brushing my teeth or washing my hands.

The room had a rolling office chair with a small desk attached to the chair (arm that flipped down).The floor was vinyl plank with no rug. There was a thin board/shelf on the wall (no desk or table) and no coffee maker - basically a bed with an office chair. I would not recommend this property.

Unfortunately we stayed in a room next door to the rear exit. My guest and I did not sleep well due to the constant slamming of the exit door at all hours of the night, in addition to the morning at 7am until 8am. Other than that, the hotel is very clean and free breakfast is a plus.

I never checked in. When I was arrive, I was met at the front desk by a man who presented very inappropriately. He was eating some kind of donut that was covering his mouth and hands. His shirt was undone and untucked, and his zipper was down without having any underwear on. I could not believe what I was saying. But then proceeded to insist that he use my cell phone to look at that itinerary. Then he started to scroll down at which point I grab the phone and said I’m done. I can’t imagine what would’ve happened if a woman or a family had walked up to the reception desk and found that man servicing this hotel. I would like to be refunded the charge for the two nights for this hotel.

Two different front desk clerks told us we could park our motorcycles under the cover because it was supposed to rain. A few hours later we had to move them and park them in the rain. I was very disappointed

This location is just outside of Syracuse, it’s very easy to get downtown and to Destiny USA. The hotel staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was enjoyable and the coffee was fresh. We really like the Tru Hotels.

This hotel was clean and comfortable and a great value. Nice staff. Five minutes from the airport and 12 to Syracuse University. Walk to Tully’s for lunch/dinner but otherwise not too many things to do close to hotel.

My sister and i left the hotel to grab snacks from Dunkin’ Donuts and McDonald’s and felt unsafe. We went back immediately and locked ourselves in the room until it was time to leave for my sons activities 20 min away

Not a luxury hotel, but ultraclean, modern, and with the right variety of amenities. I like that the floor isn't carpeted; all those fibers can harbor crud and chemicals. Friendly staff! The area surrounding the place is old sububan but our stay was so enjoyable that we didn't mind the traffic and tacky buildings nearby. A terrific value.
