Stayed 4 nights

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. When we arrived the air conditioning in the room was set at 60° and was freezing. I went to the front desk to ask for an additional blanket and was told that they did not have a key to the housekeeping closet. I asked if they could get a blanket from an unoccupied room, and I was told that they could not and was advised that there was a Walmart around the corner that I could go buy myself a blanket. The next morning after freezing all night we asked for room service for fresh towels and was told that we could reuse our towels for the length of our 4-day stay that they don't offer services until after we leave. After finally convincing them that we needed fresh towels we were given them. The next morning we woke up and had no hot water after complaining about it we were told that we were lying that there was no way we didn't have hot water the maintenance man was sent up to the room and confirmed that we in fact had no hot water we were told we could switch rooms at that point we had had enough and told them if we were packing that we were packing to leave and we wanted to be reimbursed for the remainder of our stay and ask that we receive a call to speak to management 3 days later we have still not gotten a return call we tried calling them my wife left her phone number and ask them to repeat it to her and they couldn't this hotel is horrible I wouldn't stay here again if they offered the room service for free

Stayed 2 nights

The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful & very nice. My room was clean but smelled musty & carpet felt damp whether from humidity or door to outside. Very old furnishings that were not pleasant, lights falling off walls. My main complaint, as a single woman traveling, is I did not feel safe in this hotel. There were people loitering by the ice machines & in the parking lots at all hours that made me question my safety. The sidewalks throughout were broken up & cracked. The best thing is the Metro station being steps away & Wolftrap being 2 miles away. Fix this place up!!! It’s a Quality Inn!! Make it quality!!!
