Pool wasn’t open.

Pool was nice. Stayed here twice already and was not disappointed.

The hotel's restaurant was hosting 2 events which filled up the hotel parking causing the paying, hotel guests, to have to park on the side of the street. This was very unprofessional, and inconvenient.

The hotel charges $12 a day for outdoor, unsecured, uncovered parking in a lot next to the hotel. It’s difficult to find a parking spot especially at night and is not safe for an elderly woman like myself.

This is the first time I’ve ever stayed in a hotel that is adjacent to a large airport where they didn’t have a van to the airport - all other hotels in Providence seem to accommodate some means of transportation for their clientele, but not Hilton!

Very nice room, everything was excellent. Only problem is I picked the hotel in part because it had a pool. Nothing said in the description that the pool was empty and undergoing service. Pretty disappointed as I was very much hoping to swim.

Right across the street from the airport and rental car pick up. Also easy access to the freeway. Staff was very friendly and the restaurant, The Iron Works was amazing!! Not happy with Expedia's knowledge of them though. They do NOT have a 24 hour shuttle as Expedia said and you CAN check in after midnight.

The hotel is centrally located to many restaurants and shopping and not far from tourist areas. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area looked nice, though we did not use it. The fitness room had sufficient equipment and was clean.

The elevator was broken the past two times I’ve been there which were separated by a few weeks. Pretty ridiculous.

Its $12 a day to park...but visitors to the restaurant (not hotel guests) can take the hotel guests parking spots. And hotel staff didnt really seem to care.

Our shower had dark spots on some of the caulking, looked like mold.

The hotel is clean.

Front desk personnel were efficient and helpful. Only drawback to the room was a dirty toilet bowel.

I unfortunately arrived to find an unclean environment. The floor was dirty in the bathroom and bedroom, the bathroom toilet had a pubic hair on the toilet seat, bloody toilet paper behind the toilet, and used tissues in a tissue box.

Staffing were super friendly and helpful. Our first room had a big stain on the floor in between the beds and trash that was missed. I called to the fridge desk and they immediately moved us to a different room, but this room smelled like cigarette smoke. Not something I ever want to smell and especially while traveling with 2 kids. We ended up just sleeping in the smoky room because it was late and we just wanted to go to bed. I had the worst time sleeping and literally tried burying my face in the pillow but you could still smell it. I did mention it to the front desk as we were checking out and they apologized and offered me to take a couple of snacks “on the house” for our troubles. Again staff were very nice and the lobby was very clean and pretty. Rooms need improvement.

Staff was friendly and the property presents itself well. Was right across the street from the parking garage and rental car return for the airport. Most places have at least 2 complimentary bottles of water, but this hotel only provides them to their higher level club members, all other guests are charged $3 each and the water is not anything special, more than the going rate. It may seem like nit picking but I don't like to be taken advantage of. One of the pillow cases was visibly yellowed and when I checked I found the coverings around the pillow were also very yellowed. Needless to say, I wasn't going to use it. I have no idea why the maids would put such a dirty looking pillow on a guest bed. Makes me wonder about the housekeeping in general and whether I am being given unclean bedding to sleep on. It looks to be an older property that is generally well kept but the rooms still show signs of age although updated. Some of the lamps were not working, could be they meed bulbs replaced, and someone should probably have the job of seeing that they are all kept in working order. The phone charging plugs nearest the beds did not appear to work, also one on the opposite wall. We did finally find one near the coffee maker that worked. The fridge did not appear to be cooling. Minor annoyances maybe, but the phone chargers are important to most travelers to have working. Minor annoyances can add up to big ones. It was close enough to restaurants for delivery.

The mattress was awful! Could hardly sleep. My room had 2 beds and they were the same as was my son’s room mattress. They need to replace them! Very lumpy. I really thought a Hilton would be better….

Stef is always super friendly when I stay here rooms are spacious. It’s nice that the room has a fridge. Shower is warm and water. Pressure is great. I’ve been dying to try the restaurant but every time I go, it is packed.

Reserved a King size bed and got a double, room temp was an issue, not sure it was working properly, and would have liked blackout window curtains too much light coming into the room. Everything else was good.

Staff were really good and sheets were clean. However the toilet looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed in a while with a gray ring at the water level. The pipes whined whenever the person above us flushed. The mattress was awful with a spring sticking in my back all night.

The Hilton Garden Place is modern and recently renovated. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, a large flat-screen TV the built in cabinets are beautiful. The bathroom is large bright and well stcked with towels of every size.The beds were oh so comfortable and so are the pillows. I Didn't have a chance to enjoy the beautiful pool. Thank you for a first class accommodation.

Front desk staff not rude but not friendly. Called and asked to change room type, accepted my no. Given one room key that didn't work so made an extra trip. Breakfast should be absolutely free, not a charge for a basic hotel breakfast. Comfortable bed and pillows.

I stayed for two nights while in the area visiting family. On my first night, the people in the adjoining room were very loud and disruptive into the early morning. I eventually called the front desk and spoke to Pam about the loud guests. She immediately contacted the guests and was able to get them to quiet down. The next morning I spoke to Pam and Darcy at the front desk. I thanked Pam for her efforts and asked if I could change rooms to avoid a repeat of the prior night. Darcy was kind enough to provide me with a new room while Pam provided me with a breakfast voucher for my inconvenience. Their responsive and polite response showed me that they truly cared about their guests and wanted to ensure that I felt like my concerns were heard. They are spectacular employees and I will now make this my hotel of choice when I am visiting family! There was also an amazing gentleman working the breakfast service. He was working alone on the floor and made every effort to speak to all guests while providing quick food delivery. There were several families attending a polo event in East Providence. He asked about the event, and spoke to each family. He genuinely seemed to care about their stay and was curious about their trip. He noticed my baseball cap and asked me if I was a fan of the Patriots. We spoke for a few minutes about the team while I paid my bill. He did an impressive job for while working alone on the floor and still providing excellent customer service.

Hilton would not help with canceled flight reservation that impacted my stay at hotel. Everyone passes the buck, customer loses.

The breakfast (for an extra fee) is great value, and offers choices from continental to full-cooked meals. There's always a cold water drinking station (always clean) to welcome us as it was quite humid and hot when we were there. Definitely returining to this hotel as we have relatives in the area.

It’s average and expensive for what you get. The one front desk person was very rude, unfriendly and very unprofessional. We felt as if we were bothering him during check-in. Hard to believe a Hilton would have someone with such an attitude working the front desk.

The staff at this Hilton were super. Both the evening & daytime receptionist were very pleasant & helpful as were the restaurant staff. It was very refreshing. They appeared to actually enjoy their work. We fly into Providence frequently & will use this hotel again

The area was not walk friendly, but nice to have easy parking.

Very close to TF Green Airport; wish I knew about the Sky Walk when I arrived. It's an easy walk to the hotel. Train station is very close also. Restaurant/bar is attached to hotel. I did not need to rent a car. Very clean hotel. Rooms are quiet. Staff was great!

Darcy and the rest of the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The IronWorks restaurant adjacent to the hotel was a nice amenity, but there's not a whole lot more goods and services within walking distance

Clean, quiet room; welcoming, gracious staff; easy & pleasant walk to restaurant/s & best of all, to the airport terminal for early outbound flight. Will be our PVD hotel especially for early & late flights!

I really enjoyed my stay. It was a very relaxing weekend. The hotel was quiet and very clean. It was easily accessible if you plan on using public transportation. Also the staff was very welcoming and were ready and willing to answer questions or concerns i had. The breakfast was made fresh order. I enjoyed my breakfast both mornings and the breakfast staff was phenomenal. I would definitely stay here again when visting RI.

Hotel was amazing. Dont let the low price fool you. Etire hotel was clean staff was super friendly. And the attached restaurant/bar altgought absolutely packed, it was packed because that place is amazing and the locals know it.

Breakfast to expensive

Recently remodeled and very clean. I also like that a continental breakfast was NOT included in the room price. However the full service breakfast was very good but expensive. But it was my choice to buy it or not.

Very decent for the price and you would not expect a restaurant connected to a smaller hotel to be nearly as nice as iron works. Locals love the place and RI has no shortage of excellent restaurants and bars.

Breakfast was $17 not free and sausage and eggs were bad
