I just stayed for the night before an early morning flight. Location is perfect for the airport and the price was right. The front desk arranged for the shuttle to pick me up at 4AM and asked if I wanted a bagged breakfast. I thought that was so nice and unexpected and I said yes, please. The room is dated and definitely needs an upgrade but it was clean and comfortable. Despite the fact that the hotel is very close to the airport, I found it quiet. If I needed to stay near the airport when visiting the area again, I would chose this hotel. I did not experience breakfast (except for the bagged breakfast to go) so I cannot comment on how it was. The bagged breakfast consisted of a banana, blueberry muffin and breakfast bar (like a granola bar). The front desk staff as well as the shuttle driver were very friendly and helpful.

The place was okay for the night and the bonus was we could park there for the week for $10 a day and get transportation to the airport. The room was very noisy and we could not control the temperature in the room and the bed was very uncomfortable. The majority of the staff was good.

The room was great. Staff was Nice. Breakfast included. My only complaint was after hours there was only vending machines and they did not have an ATM on property to get money for the vending. Other than that, the shuttle service to the airport was very convenient at 4am. Good option for early flights and shuttle service and late returns.

Room felt moist. Both Queen bed comforters had what looked like fecal matter or dry blood on them. Curtain had stains all over it. Wouldn’t recommend if you prioritize cleanliness. Couldnt wait to get back home.

We staid 2 nights for a business trip as a party of 3. The room smelled very musty. The pull out couch had dirty/stained sheets and was unmade. Even if the mattress linens were fresh, the mattress was nothing but springs and fabric…much too uncomfortable to sleep on. I ended up sleeping on the actual couch Instead. The walls were very thin and we were woken up multiple times throughout the evening. Overall, I feel this hotel was quite overpriced considering the condition and our experience.

I have to say - my room was SPOTLESS, and especially the bathroom. Nothing fancy but very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was as expected - typical hotel breakfast continental buffet - hot items, cereal, yogurt, fruit, bagels, toast pancakes etc. Juice was really good. Convenient to airport. Nothing to do in walking distance. Plenty of safe parking. Perfect place to hang you hat for a night or two.

Whatever cleaner they use is overpowering. We had the window opened for three hours and could still smell it. Beds were extremely firm. You could hear traffic on Post Rd all night long.

It was a great stay for the price range I was looking at. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff was very pleasant. Room was a bit small but clean and served its purpose. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattress or add a pillow top as it was a very hard mattress and I had some back pain after my stay.

Everything was Clean, which is really important, however the Sink for the Bathroom is located in the main area and not in the bathroom with the toilet & tub 🤔 I prefer everything together. The Bathtub & toilet area was very small & the fan was super loud… other than those issues all was good.. I prefer a Hilton or Marriott brand just my opinion.. was very Clean !

We stayed here during the Memorial weekend. We stayed on 3rd floor right by the elevator. Throughout the night, we could hear the elevator-ding sound, neigbors closing doors, people talking at the front desk, and noise from the road - I could not sleep at all. The room was small and did not feel very clean. Bed was supposed to be a king size, but it was smaller than queen size. The bathroom door did not shut and the bathroom smelled bad. All of this for $250 a night is outrageous. We cancelled the 2nd night and moved to a much better hotel. I will not stay here ever again.

Breakfast had nice options including fresh yogurt with toppings. Nice to have toasters separate from pick up items to keep congestion down. When we first arrived, our room given to us smelled strongly of smoke. We asked to be moved. One of the staff realized he should have taken this room out of service. The new room assigned didn't smell and it was a suite which was considerate, but the window was cocked and would not close completely so it was loud. Also, room air controls did not work very well. It was ok - it just didn't react as you would expect. The biggest problem was lack of wifi internet. Neither or our two phones or laptop would connect. The staff was able to get wifi working at front desk, but as soon as I went back to second floor, it dropped off. Wifi did not work for me the entire time I was there. I made it clear to the staff that it didn't work. They claimed they would call tech support - I don't know if they did or didn't, but wifi was not available to me which made things very inconvenient. Shower was mediocre at best. This hotel needs some attention.

Stayed in hotel for a quick getaway with my family of 4. Our suite had 2 separate rooms which was nice compared to some other hotels that call a bigger room a 'suite.' Only complaint would be that the beds were uncomfortable and the bed cloths seemed old and the opposite of soft.

Front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and overall it was clean but really dark and dank. Nothing to do except sleep and the bathrooms are really small. I booked a standard room and there was very little space to get ready. The sink / mirror was also outside the bathroom so you will wake the rest of the room if you get ready early. The breakfast was just ok, not sure why others thought it was good and the attendant was not friendly. Overall, I’ve had a better experience in other hotels. For $170 I will go elsewhere next time.

Outstanding service, especially from Mitul the hotel manager. He was waiting for the hotel van picking us up at the airport, I did not realize he was connected with the hotel. He had a rough day, waiting over 12 hours for a flight out that eventually got cancelled. Despite this, he took charge at the check- in desk with efficiency, offering a complimentary upgrade and recommending an excellent dinner spot in Warwick. Even though his day had been difficult, he maintained a positive attitude and showed genuine care for his guests. We could use more people like Mitul in this world, truly one of the best!

The airport shuttle was great! Were there to pick me up in five minutes after I called! All of the staff was friendly, and helpful! Recommended a wonderful restaurant right across the street The breakfast buffet was full of wonderful choices, and delicious! Five stars all the way around!!

I appreciated closeness to airport and the shuttle. However, the wake up call we were offered never came and we woke up 30 minutes after the call should have come. My friend still made her flight but it prevented her from grabbing something from the breakfast and started the day with tension and frustration. The hotel itself was fine. Ice and snacks near the front desk. Beds were comfortable. Staff was pleasant. If the wake up call had come in, I'd probably be giving it the 5th star. Lesson to us, don't rely on someone else to wake us when it's important.

Waited 45 MINUTES to check in. No one was working the desk. Staff finally shows up and says “sorry but I am the only one working and I had to go to the airport”. My room smelled like dirty socks and pepper. I can’t believe this place has 8.6 stars. Pay the extra and stay down the street. You will be glad you did!

Staff were all wonderful, including shuttle. Location and room were good. The one and only negative was a wake-up call that never came, maybe because it was the night of the time change. Fortunately, the wake-up call was a backup and not needed. We did not eat breakfast bc we had a very early flight.

Conveniently located next to the airport. Very clean facility, staff is nice and the breakfast was a nice little perk. Keep in mind you are next to the airport/ busy avenue so you can hear everything at night if you are a light sleeper. Good stay- would book again.

Facility was clean, staff was very attentive. Very well insulated rooms. Jet noise was non existent. Even though Rt. 1 was a mess from construction access into and out of hotel was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

I guess you get what you pay for. Although this Best Western was not a what would be considered a premium hotel, the price was pretty expensive for what we got. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was nice. There was no coffee available in the 24 hr. coffee station and the breakfast was pretty bad. Eggs were very unappetizing,no toast available,and the bagels etc, were awful. Trash cans were overflowing and the lady who was working there was obviously trying, she but could have used additional help. The cereal selection was obviously geared for children, and the "fresh Yogurt' machine was empty and was not able to be refilled..Corporate should come and evaluate what breakfast is offered, and update that and other amenities.For about 10% more in price, I usually receive 100% more in value when I use other hotel chains.

This is a nice, no frills hotel. My sister and I came out to visit family. We had separate rooms and the staff put us next to each other without us even having to ask which was nice. My room was spotless and the bed was comfy. The free breakfast had lots of options. The people working the area hustled and kept the tables clean and everything stocked. I will stay again when I am in the area.

The breakfast was very good with pancakes, bacon, yogurt parfaits, and the usual other items. Coffee was very good. The shuttle from the airport is prompt and hotel is very close to the airport. Also close to downtown. Beds are comfortable and entire facility and rooms were clean and decorated well. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

It was the perfect location for rental car drop off and a good night’s rest before an early flight. All the staff were accommodating, helpful and friendly. We had an early flight and were given a breakfast “to go” bag. We did walk from the parking garage to the hotel, about 1/3 mile (we chose not to use shuttle. Restaurant just down the road, easy walk . One suggestion-the tub needs a mat, it was slippery.
