Staff was super friendly and helpful always, lovely team. Can’t say I felt safe but that had more to do with the clientele. There was other peoples hair in the shower and the tub itself was very slippery like it needed a scrub, otherwise a slightly above average hotel and a decent stay. The laundry was a huge bonus.

When I checked in. Took a long time for somebody to open the door because it was after 11. They put me on the third floor and then told me the elevator wasn’t working. Website said they had breakfast free, but they only thing they offered was bad coffee and granola bars.

Cut every corner and failed. No housekeeping until checkout. Floors were sticky. Breakfast was muffins and instant oatmeal. Cups and glasses had to be checked out from the desk...

This is definitely a “no frills” place. I wish they had an ice machine and you also needed to ask for anything for the kitchen. Decent place to just lay your head. Very clean room.

Rooms did not come equipped when offering full kitchens

If you need a quiet place to stay this will do just fine. Each room has a kitchenette with a full fridge and stove so you could make food if needed. Across the street from the mall so there are shopping and dining options. The included breakfast is just coffee and granola bars so don't expect a buffet breakfast.

We were very surprised at the hotel with the small kitchen that was provided. Also, very comfortable beds and ample parking.

This hotel is overpriced for what you get. Room needed an update: dirty carpet, broken bathroom door handle, toilet seat loose. Housekeeping left trash in the room from prior guest. Desk staff all unfriendly. And the “grab and go” breakfast is nothing more than coffee and cheap packaged muffins. It was a convenient location and parking was plentiful, but those were the only positives.

Facility had full washers and dryers for those spending an extended stay. Sort of out of the way, and near a sewage treatment place - nuff said about the smell. Bare bones - no real amenities. I would not recommend staying there.

Our room was very clean and the kitchenette proved very convenient. We were able to cook and had a full-size refrigerator. A coffee machine was not available for our room; we were able to have pans (but no spatula) and dishes and plates. The morning breakfast options across from the main desk were extremely limited and only prepackaged. This hotel was very active all day and night with many live-in guests on varied schedules so it was not quiet. Our room was also above the laundry facilities and the rinse cycle of the washers would set our room rocking!

When we go to our room, it was dingy, had a sour smell, and the bathroom sink did not drain properly and was full of hair; the whole bathroom did not look clean (the bathtub and toilet looked dirty). We communicated with front desk, to find out there was no one available in maintenance to come to fix the issue. After a while, the clerk came by to offer us another room, which we gratefully accepted. The 2nd room smelled better and looked cleaner...water flowed as it should. One small issue...the fridge and AC were making annoying noises. The clerk was courteous and willing to assist as best she could. Truly appreciate the pointer on where to go for brunch, thank you!

Cleanliness needs to be worked on, my room smelt like as if someone has been living in there while walking my dogs i seen 1 if the side doors propped open with a stone which anyone can just walk in the hotel. To top it off my room was infested with roaches. We had to leave the Property and let the staff members know.

This hotel was just okay. Lots of unpleasant smells throughout the building, in the room, and bathroom. If it weren’t for the smell, I would have rated it higher. The room itself seemed fine and clean, but the smells made it unpleasant to be in.

The room we were in had ants. They were crawling in the bed all over the floor and the room was filthy,We told the cleaning lady which told the general manager. He never addressed us. I finally went to the desk that evening they knew nothing, told me to address general manager tomorrow. I did he explained to me that’s common there sugar ants I’ll spray your room later. I explained not only that the room was filthy eye lashes on floor bathroom was dirty, that we went to the store bought bug spray last night sprayed the room cleaning supplies my wife cleaned the room, we don’t need you to spray. I would like to know why you didn’t explain this when we checked in. This man didn’t seem to care. We ended up checking out a day early my better half slept in the chair ended getting some kind of bug bites. We are not asking for all the money back but! We think some kind discount should be granted. Thank you

Don’t bother staying here. The rooms are disgusting and clearly never cleaned properly. There was a layer of dust on everything, the lights were all damaged and cracked. The curtain in the room one side was completely off the wall. Holes all over the room, and some nasty food stuck on the wall dripping down to the floor. The hallways smelled like dirty feet and smoke. Barely lit. The elevator hadn’t been serviced in over 2 years it said. The fridge in the room was completely rusted but they tried to use some cheap paint to cover it. The stovetop was DISGUSTING. I’m actually surprised we didn’t see a bug. Do not stay here.

my stay was fine besides the fact that when i entered the room it smelled like nothing but urine i had to spray my room

The room was very dirty and we saw a roach. There was mold on the bottom of the sheets. I would never stay here.

Upon arrival, my husband saw a bug on his pillow. It was a bed bug. We took a picture of it and it was positively identified. There was no other room, so we had to find a different hotel to stay for the night.

The property stank like cat urine in the rooms/hallways and the outside smelled like sewage which our Uber driver pointed out was because we were feet away from a sewage plant. The lady who worked the front desk was barely professional and unpleasant, after waiting 30 minutes to check in (we arrived early, and waited with no problem). She saw us coming and checked in another party that had just walked through the door before us. She pushed the keys across the desk while never mentioning the room number or that we would need to ask for cups or plates and went on to the next person. You don't have to be happy to be at work but at least do the basics.

Dirty stairways and hall to room. Noisy fridge . Uncomfortable and noisy bed. Price was good. Get what u pay for I guess. Internet did not work . Desk person put one in but I had to log in every time. Serve coffee later than 9 on Sundays!!

Check in was quick and easy, room was clean, layout of the room was odd and definitely needs to be updated.

Carpets were stained and had cigarette burns but overall was a pleasant stay

The property seems in need of some refurbishing. Furnishing are a bit tired, carpet is somewhat worn, and though not overpowering, the smell of smoke persists.

Good area (really close to a Raising Cane's and the climbing gym, great parking). Super kind staff. Smell was not great in the hallways, but the room itself was good. Biggest complaint is the water -- very hard to get hot water and it would switch between warm and freezing randomly.

Beds were lumpy and worn down. Clean rooms but uncomfortable sleeping. Showers took awhile to heat up and low pressure in shower.

Staff was very nice but for an extended stay the hotel was very run down. Air conditioner raddled while running. Although dishes, glasses, pan, coffee pot ect were available at the front desk it is very inconvenient for the guest not to have these items in the room. Refrigerator was rusted. They said call us and we will bring what you need but there was no phone in the room. We had multiple parties from out of state rent rooms for my brothers memorial and I was very embarrassed this was the hotel I chose especially for the cost. Staff was extremely nice.

The bed was terrible, the remote for the TV was broken

While checking in, a food delivery person walked into the lobby to deliver to someone in one of the rooms. The desk clerk told him to go ahead to the room. I didn’t like the fact that anyone not staying at the hotel could walk around in there. This was my first time staying at an extended stay facility and it may be my last. They allowed pets and I heard dogs barking at night. Noisy in general. Could hear TVs, talking, and the people above us sounded like they were moving furniture half the night. Room did not have a pleasant smell.

I was not able to get into the building after dinner with my wife as the scanner would not read my key. I picked up the phone to get attention of staff and they stared at us from inside the lobby. Our room was on the first floor near the front desk and we could hear the lobby phone going off and people banging on the door trying to get in most of the night and other hotel guests not being able to get in. My wife actually got up to let some of the people in. She noticed the staff on their phone ignoring the guests at the door. We also found a cockroach in the bathroom. Not a place I would recommend staying in.

Tv broken, no batteries in remote, nobody at front desk at chen or out

The front desk clerk was missing when I tried to check in. They showed up after 7 minutes. Once I had to go back down to the desk and again they were missing and I had to wait for them to show up. I also noticed their phone was off the hook. The place smelled bad inside. There was a bag of trash in the lobby all night. All the hallways also smelled bad and the room smelled bad. There was trash/litter in the hallways. The carpet in the room was stained many places. The parking lot had signs about management not responsible for breakins to your car. It was the most gross, smelly, inhospitable, and sketchy hotel I've ever seen. I almost left even though I paid, and slept in my car. I think I saved $20 from another hotel, the price was $129, and it was NOT worth it. I would have paid more than $20 over, to stay in a place that smelled good, seemed safe, was hospitable, was clean. USUALLY to me staying in a hotel is like a little vacation and they are nice and hospitable. This felt like a nightmare. I barely slept because I was worried about my car being broken into, my room being broken into, bugs in the room. I slept on top of the covers, fully clothed, with the lights on. And let me be clear, I am the kind of person who camps outdoors, is not easily scared, is not prone to anxiety. I was anxious and uncomfortable and just fell asleep in my clothes above the covers, woke up and used the bathroom and FLED in the morning... I don't know how this hotel has not been shut down.

We checked in, were given card keys to a room that was occupied. Went back to the front desk, explained the situation and the lady at the front was surprised, but didn’t even apologize. Gave us a new room and unfortunately one of the key cards we’re not working, sighhhhh. Go in the room and noticed hair all over the bed, stains on the carpet and remote wasn’t working. The walls are thin and the rooms are run down. Never again!

Good for the price, very quiet and close to city would recommend for people staying for a few days

The hotel was okay but people there were creepy. It felt like a hotel for homeless people. Got a couple of knocks on my door and it was not from hotel personnel. There was a strong smell of weed right outside the hotel. Several people in there cars for hours. Felt very unsafe.

First of all we loved its proximity to providence, Warwick town park and the beach. Grocery stores and a mall are super close. The property is well maintained, spacious, clean and super nice. I would like to visit it again.

The refrigerator looked all rusted and dirty on the outside. The stove burner was dirty and very old. The area was very shady with random people hanging around in the parking lot. Definitely felt unsafe.

We stayed with our dog, which was very easy. Ample area to walk, and quiet with no traffic. The property is maintained, and the rooms were very quiet and clean.

They advertise free breakfast. Coffee and half frozen, miniature blue berry muffins were available. Oh yeah, also packets of instant oatmeal. I think continental breakfast would be a better term to have used. But even that is stretching it.

just horrible..room smelled like a mix of a smokers convention and body odor..we had to keep spraying air fresheners we brought with us…Breakfast was basically no breakfast..just muffins and a fruit bar.coffee was bad…save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else…

The main amenity that i was looking for when choosing a hotel to stay at for this trip was a morning breakfast...the breakfast here was no more than a basic continental breakfast which is how it should have been stated instead of the play on words "breakfast on the go" that were used...ill never stay there again.

Room was awful..Smells like dirty old cigarettes and cleaner masking the smell.Floor was sticky so had to wear shoes or sandals all the time..breakfast wad only a pre package muffin or oatmeal instant..didn’t have a bowl to put oatmeal in you had to use a coffee cup!!? no fresh decaf there or just plain cream there.. only had coffee mate creamer which was terrible..too much sugar in it..The receptionist didn’t seem to care about our stay there..Very much to herself..Every night there kept hearing loud noise from 2 or 3 floors..Couldn’t sleep very well..I don’t think we’ll be staying at this hotel again..

Serviceable ESA location. But breakfast is just coffee and packaged muffins. Common areas were somewhat clean. Property is getting beaten up, needs some refurb work.
