Great place to stay! The owners were very welcoming and friendly. A very lovely B&B and the room was clean and well equipped. The breakfast was excellent! I would highly recommend if you are staying in the area.

Gabriella and Dominic were wonderful hosts. This is a small B&B and is being updated and improved. You can feel their love for the house. Bedroom and en-suite were clean and comfortable. Everything you needed was well planned out. The breakfast was devine. A very pleasant eating area. The driveway is a little tight but achievable. Thank you both for a very pleasant stay and if in sittingbourne again we will definitely stay here.

A family run business. Very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. We certainly stay there again and I recommend if you looking for a nice b&b place to stop
