Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Our room was a good size with a comfortable bed. The hotel changed the reception and dining area on Sunday, whilst we were out (as there was building work being done) and when we arrived back it looked amazing! Not only had they moved all chairs and tables, even all the signs were changed. It looked, from the outset, a seamless transition. The one constructive criticism would be, the shower wasn’t particularly powerful. Other than that, it was excellent and I will definitely stay there again.

Unfortunately picked a night on which there was a party at the venue. We were given a disabled room on the ground floor which we didn't need and which was along the corridor from the very noisy disco in a suite just a few doors down. Lots of ither niisy guests back and forth, would have definitely chosen a different hotel had we known.

Close to Farnborough Air field and Farnborough shopping area, with great restaurants. Also, Electric charging was available for our electric rental car which was a huge relief!

The staff were wonderful, helpful, friendly and very warm. I would say though that the room could easily have taken a king sized bed the queen is a little snug for two and the mattress was a little firm for my taste however the room was super clean and comfortable otherwise. It was quiet too given the location with excellent blackout curtains

Good clean facilities, quiet room, well stocked with towels, ironing, kettle etc. The Reception staff were very polite and the breakfast with its exceptional choices, recommend the hot porridge, and good coffee. The Food and Bar Manager Raz was excellent in his dedication and welcoming you with a keen eye for clearing the decks and ensuring you are well fed with plenty of coffee and extras. Yes a very pleasant 3 night stay, Thankyou.

Was great for attending the event at the Farnborough Expo center. Lobby was very nice. Food better than average for a hotel. Room VERY tired. And, you could not control the climate system. Either blasting hot or turned off (and cold). Honestly a bit expensive for what you get but I guess the options are limited.

Stayed in the original part of hotel, floors were creaking, so when people in the room above were moving around it was loud in the room, but it's an old building. Also had a dispute with paying for breakfast payment was taken twice, nearly 3 weeks on still not resolved as awaiting for money to be refunded. I have to chase, hotel is nice and breakfast was good, good location for exhibition centre. Just these 2 things have let them down, and will deter me from booking in future.

Booked in for 2 nights stay as I was working in the area and needed somewhere to sleep. The hotel was easy to find and there was plenty of car parking available. My room was quite dark inside as there was only a small, single window situated in the corner of the room. Otherwise, the staff were very nice and the room was clean.

staying in room 434, when I arrived the temp was set to 23 degrees which, in that room was far too hot. I tried opening the window but this room opens directly onto the air con vents so it was noisy and hot. I set the aircon as low as possible and closed the window but the room never reached a comfortable temperature, preventing me from getting much sleep at all

Ok hotel to stay at, beds are subpar - rooms are quite noisy and either too warm or too cold - but what really stuck out was the rudness of the bar staff and manager one of the evenings. Marketing a deal with ”two large glasses of wine” and get the bottle did not seem to apply to us. And when we questioned it we got a rude response that we had to opt in. No one asked. Got a rude answer from the lad in the bar and then a followup rude response from the bar manager. Wont be coming back here again, there are other establishments that appreciate return customers.

Was at Sandhurst for a wedding so location wise this worked well. Delightfully surprised with this hotel! Excellent service, really clean and good quality furniture. I was in room 432 which was a suite... that had several Anglepoise lamps. They don't come cheap! Can't fault it, would highly recommend and definitely stay again if in the area. Thank you!

It did not feel like a Holiday Inn. I gave my IHG number to reception but I had booked via an agency so they did not seem to know what to do with it. I dont think that the meal we ate was awrded points. Certainly the stay was not. Breakfast was excellent. There was a chef and friendly staff on hand. Reception staff were helpful about taxis and buses

Stayed here for the British Motor Show as only a 10-15 minute walk. Cannot fault the appearance and up keep of the hotel. Service in the Restaurant was a bit hit and miss but overall food was enjoyable. Having family in Hospitality and seeing the effects post covid, don't let the comment about the Service be a deterrent to choosing this hotel on your travels.

Travelled for work and had a good experience on the whole. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming; very chatty and smiley which was nice and it felt very authentic. Very quiet and slept well. The only minor gripe was the food in the restaurant wasn’t the best; I had a pizza and it tasted very much like a lower end supermarket pre-made pizza. Other than that, it was brilliant.
