This is a very good hotel which met all our expectations. It is situated right next to the sea and not far from the centre of Hythe. The only negative is that some of the furniture is showing signs of age otherwise all good.

Lovely hotel by the beach. Very friendly staff. We were unexpectedly given a room upgrade which was lovely. The room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. We used the pool and Spa facilities which we really enjoyed. Would definitely recommend the hotel and we would certainly stay again 😊

We had a lovely, relaxed stay in a sea view room. Staff were always helpful and the breakfast was very good.

Place needs a major refurb. Everything’s worn, tatty, pillows are flat as a pancake, carpets stained, cobwebs dangling from the ceiling and don’t get me started on their breakfast. Inedible. It resembled Fawlty Towers.
