It is an old property, of course, but the rooms were spacious and well cared for. There is a lift, but still expect stairs here and there as you navigate all the (39) bedrooms. The restaurant was excellent, a nice pub attached with a beer garden, and all the staff we encountered were helpful and attentive. We would definitely stay here again (with less luggage to carry!)

This is a hotel in the high street. It has a very small car park at the rear (5 or 6 vehicles), and behind that there is a public car park (no charge in the evening). This is an old building, there is a lift but there are still stairs to negotiate when out of lift. I was in a room on the 2nd floor. It was okay, ensuite bathroom okay. No view from the window in the room (but I had not booked the room for a view).

Wash basin water very slow in draining. Shower head fell out of holder whilst showering, caused bruise on foot. Excessive noise early morning from delivery personnel pushing trollies outside window. Otherwise all good and bed very comfortable. Fantastic full English breakfast. Managed to park at rear of hotel for the 2 nights I had booked.

We stayed at the Swan Revived hotel as it was the venue for the funeral wake we were attending. The hotel had plenty of character and was ideally placed for the centre of Newport Pagnell The staff were first class. Food excellent Bedroom was a good double with interesting route from reception. The limited parking was 6 cars but free public car parks within easy reach. We were one of three couples stopping and we all would all stay there again.

Check in was easy, the rooms are basic but have everything you need. Mould in the shower cubical needs to be addressed. At 6am a towel delivery arrived outside on roller wheels on cobbled ground which was very loud and unnecessary. At breakfast the team were short staffed and we had to ask twice for hot drinks which finally arrived after we had eaten our breakfast. At check out, they didn’t ask how our stay was. They just wanted confirmation of the room number. Lack of hospitality!

Having to walk though thick cigarette smoke to get to the door to reception is not a welcoming start, and unfortunately the smell of cigarettes lingered throughout the hotel. Our room was not very clean, tea or coffee had been spilt down the wall and left, the carpet was very stained. bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a guessing game, we were showed to a table but not offered drinks or told if it was table or self-service. We had to ask for tea and toast. Food was good quality from the buffet .

I then had to go and find someone so we could pay our bill after waiting for quite a period of time. Service from booking in to leaving was good. Polite and professional. Unfortunately the room allocated was above the outside bar area and was incredibly noisey until past midnight. Would not stay there again as couldn't get any sleep due to the level of noise until early hours. If your offered room 107 do not accept it and ask to be changed!!!!!

We chose this hotel for location and value. We had no complaints about the accommodation. The room was typical for inns of this era (small) but expected it to be so. It was reasonably well appointed. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but the staff helped.

Overall was a nice place, the room was clean and nice...a bit small tho (and really warm, fortunately we had a fan in the room). I wasn't a big fan of breakfast - as italian I need an espresso in the morning, but that was not included in the breakfast price - I think they should give a wider choice...espesso, cappuccino, latte...this kind of stuff. Except for this small detail, evening was ok.

Amazing stay. Receptionist very welcoming and friendly. Waitress very attentive. Breakfast excellent. Extremely clean. Great place for a family summer gathering ad pub restaurant and rooms all under one roof.

My first Choice hotel in Newport Pagnell. Ask for an even-numbered room to avoid noise from outdoor pub seating if you need to be asleep before midnight. Breakfast was good 3 of 4 mornings. Monday bacon was over cooked and rubbery so not eaten, Possibly a reheat. Sadly, I wasn’t asked why, nor was asked if stay had been comfortable, else my feedback would have been direct to them rather than here. I would still stay again as mostly a fine hotel. Their bar & restaurant could do with a review as menu very limited. However, locally an Italian restaurant and a Chinese takeaway were good value.
