Gutes Hotel in guter Lage sehr nahe des Stadtzentrums. Zimmer war sehr geräumig und in gutem Zustand. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Tiefgarage liegt gleich unter dem Hotel.

観光施設には歩いて行ける範囲で、ホテル周辺にはスーパーなどもあるためとても便利。ホテルの部屋は清潔に管理されており、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。華美過ぎず居心地のいいホテルで、グラーツに来て良かったです。

Sehr kompetentes Personal!!! Die Reinigung des Zimmers lässt zu wünschen über , wurde aber gleich geklärt. Das personal ist sehr freundlich und hat sich darum gekümmert.

Ich war nur eine nacht in einer suite aber mir sind einige Mängel aufgefallen. Verschmierte Wände wo auch einige kanten abgeschlagen sind, schimmelflecken über dem duschkopf, ein lockerer lampenschirm beim doppelbett und verschmierte spiegel

Moderne hotell i Graz. Utmerket frokost. Lå på Lend-plass. Det tok bare ca 10 minutter å gå inn til det absolutte sentrum (Hauptplatz). Vil derfor si at hotellet lå sentralt til. Rommet var moderne og med et romslig bad. Kan anbefale dette hotellet !

The staff I interacted with were freindly, authentic & efficient. Sadly the room was too hot, even with the thermostat set to cool, it felt like a sauna. Hence sleeping with windows open (4 degrees outside), but this meant additional noise. In addition there arent enough staff at reception during busy times.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. We had a bit of a mix up with the booking but it was resolved without issues. The only thing was that the a/c seemed to be malfunctioning so the rooms were stifling, very hot. Opening the window seemed to help a bit.

The room they gave us had a broken air conditioner. When we asked to get it fixed they told us they knew was not working and it was getting fixed later. They gave us a fan but it did not do enough cooling for the room. They did not offer us any new room. As we were only staying 2 nights we tolerated it but told them at checkout we were not happy.

AC was not working when I arrived. Front desk immediately checked it and had another room available for me and had the key to my new room delivered to me in the first room. I was upgraded to a privileged room with wet bar included at no extra charge. They handled it extremely well.

Über 300 km mit den Öffis angereist wegen dringender Familienangelegenheit. Trotz fast leeren Hotels bekam ich um 12.30 Uhr von der nicht gerade freundlichen Rezeptionistin kein Zimmer mit der unglaubwürdigen Begründung, es wäre nichts sauber und ich müßte bis 15 Uhr warten. Mußte am dreckigen Boden der Eingangshalle meine Sachen umpacken, um Sachen für die Familienangelegenheit mitnehmen zu können. Wenigstens hatte ich keinen Termin, für den man sich umziehen oder frischmachen mußte. Von wegen, man solle sich bei Accor wie zuhause fühlen. Ich poche ja auch nicht um jeden Preis auf mein Recht, das Zimmer bis zum Check-Out zu blockieren, sondern checke wie der Grossteil der Leute nach dem Frühstück aus und hinterlege mein Gepäck an der Rezeption. Gastfreundschaft sieht anders aus und das Hotel wird bei meinen Graz-Trips so schnell nicht wieder gebucht.
