In der Werbung steht, Karte für Öffi inklusive, das gilt nicht für Graz. Der Orangenjuice war beim zweiten Frühstück mangelhaft, die Mixanlage konnte nicht in Schwung gebracht werden. Ansonsten sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück.

In der Brause ist das Wasser nicht richtig abgeronnen, so das ich das 1/2 Zimmer unter Wasser gesetzt habe. trotz Meldung bei der Rezeption am nächsten Morgen war am 2. Tag dasselbe. Am Abend um 22.30h war die Bar bereits geschlossen, weil ein Mitarbeiter ausgefallen ist. Bei einem Nächtigungspreis von 157€ ist das nicht nachvollziehbar

They didn't clean the room, they left dirty glasses etc. They didn't clean the room at all. This is definitely not a 4 star and just barely a 3 star. Breakfast was terrible especially for how much we paid for the hotel. By far the worst stay.

Schönes Hotel nahe dem Hauptbahnhof. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Leider funktionierte der Fernseher nicht und am Abend fand man auch keine Lösung dafür. Die Straße vom Hotel in die Innenstadt ist gruselig, aber dafür kann ja das Hotel nichts. Wir kommen dennoch gern wieder.

Convenient to train station,about 20 minute walk to old town. Room was very hot even with air-conditioning. The bathroom had a glass wall, with sheer curtain and very small piece solid curtain, not a lot of privacy.

Hotel is clean and comfortable but the staff was awful, unfriendly and inefficient. We asked for hypoallergenic pillows and duvet way before our stay but had ones with duck feathers. We asked for a change but they never did it. We had to search for them after midnight with the night watchman in several floors' service rooms. Not what you expect from a 4 star-hotel! And we had other problems with the staff. Really bad experience.

Stayed 2 nights for business, as it was close to my meeting. A 20 minute walk into to Graz, but not a problem as I like walking. Directly opposite the railway station, so if you are using the train, it is in a great position.

A very good and modern hotel. It was a very rainy day so i was happy that after arriving by train i didn't have to walk too much in the rain as the hotel was very close to the station. The room was very clean and modern, i liked the wallpaper map of Graz a lot. There is a big bottle of complimentary quality water and there is also a fridge in the room. Breakfast was good although the staff could not keep up with the big number of guests, it wasn't easy to find and empty table and most of those still had the leftover plates from the earlier guests.

Hotel is modern and conveniently located near train station and town. Easy walk to old town area and all the attractions. Rooms were a good size by Europe standards, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was roomy and enjoyed the rainfall walk in shower. Staff was friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast had lots of hot and cold selections and was good quality. Overall very pleased with my stay. Good quality for the price.
